Therefore, Leo thought the progress of the [Nether Rage Booster] was much slower than previously even though the attacks he received were more powerful compared to before.

Time continued to pass and in a flash a few minutes passed by; however, Leo’s [Nether Rage Booster] didn’t even reach the 10 percent mark as Leo killed almost all the supreme-ranked void dragons that flew towards him.

Hearing the loud voice from the underground, the surviving supreme-ranked void dragons became excited and saw hope.

Unlike the city leaders of the human worlds or any other humanoid worlds, the city leaders of this world were completely different.

The Void Dragons survive by absorbing the spatial elements in the world and all the void dragons focused on only two things.

One, increase their individual strength by absorbing more and more spatial elements or by fighting the other void dragons.

And the second one was to increase their numbers and every male Void Dragon has a female Void Dragon who spends their remaining time in increasing their numbers.

Even though there would be a lot of fights between the Void Dragons, they don’t bother to assassinate others; instead, they would do things openly.

In such a world, there was nothing much for a City Leader to do for his city.

Nevertheless, there would be competitions between the cities in the world; however, the overall results of that competition would be in the hands of the City Leaders who preferred to fight ‘one versus one’ duel with other city leaders.

Hence, most of the time, the City Leaders of this world would be in a slumber where they try to increase their strength.

However, the City Leader of the Red Void City opened his eyes when he sensed someone was killing his citizens which made him furious and come out of the ground.

“A mere human like you dares to enter my city and kills my subordinates?”

Soon, a huge red-coloured Void Dragon appeared in the sky out of nowhere and scoffed at Leo.

“Be gone.”

The city leader didn’t bother to waste any time as it directly attacked Leo to kill him in a single go.

Because the Fire Void Dragon King wants to go back to his underground slumber to increase his strength.

‘Let’s dodge the incoming attack now.’
