Chapter 806 You’ll Make A Fine Queen [Part 1]
Tiona’s clone and several others from the Parade of a Hundred Demons, including the Ratman, Kesari, listened to the “Girl Talk” between Erica and Shana.
They all had the same thought inside of their heads—whether they should report this matter to their Master or keep it among themselves.
Tiona wasn’t around, so her Clone had the highest authority among the Demons under her command.
That being the case, all of them unanimously glanced in her direction, making the Clone ponder for a bit.
After thinking long and hard, the Clone decided to send the information to her true body and let her decide what to do with the information they had collected.
Tiona, who was currently coiled around the pillow beside Thirteen, received the information from her Clone and was amused with what she learned.
She then glanced at the two sleeping teenagers by her side.
Sherry was hugging Zion, her head resting on his shoulder, while the teenage boy slept peacefully by her side.
His left hand rested on top of Sherry’s hand, holding her hand in her sleep as if to make sure that she wouldn’t have any nightmares.
After thinking for a while, Tiona decided to wait until morning, sleeping on the decision as to whether she should tell her Master about what the Sorceress and the Saintess had talked about behind his back.
She once again coiled herself on the pillow and entered a semi-rest state, keeping her senses attuned to her surroundings.
On the other side, Erica and Shana were nowhere near finished.
They continued talking for two hours straight. Diana and Mildred were no longer able to take it and told both of them to shut up and sleep.
But before Erica really went to sleep, she whispered something in Shana’s ear, making the latter blush.
“Before you enter the temple, you should sleep beside Zion once,” Erica said in a mischievous tone. “You won’t be seeing each other for a year and a half, so it will be good to create memories until your next meeting.”
“Didn’t you just warn me that Zion has very bad sleeping habits?” Shana replied, her face beet red from remembering the scene that she saw when she entered Zion’s and Erica’s tent without permission.
“The decision is up to you,” Erica smirked. “But if you ever change your mind, just tell me. I will talk to Sherry, and we’ll make sure that the two of you will be left alone. Of course, you can do it more than once if you want to~ It will be a very wonderful memory before you enter the Temple of Zaphiel.”
The Sorceress winked at Shana before finally closing her eyes to sleep.
The Saintess didn’t know whether Erica was joking or not and was about to say that she would never do that.
However, after talking with Erica for more than two hours about Zion, she was also very curious about his bad sleeping habits.
Erica said that Zion didn’t have any bad sleeping habits when he only slept with Sherry. It was only after the Sorceress slept with him did he develop this habit.
Shana wanted to know if Zion subconsciously reacted depending on who was sleeping beside him.
She wondered if his sleeping habit would be fixed if Shana herself were to correct it.
‘If this will help curb his bad habits then…’ Shana froze when this thought appeared inside her head.
In order to hide her embarrassment, she buried her face under the blankets and decided to sleep in that position.
Erica, who was supposed to be sleeping, opened her eyes and gave her friend a sidelong glance.
A smirk then appeared on her lips before she once again closed her eyes to sleep.
The Sorceress was also very curious if Shana would accept the invitation that she offered.
Also, she wanted to know if Zion would treat the Saintess like how he treated Sherry when they slept together.
With these thoughts inside her head, the Sorceress finally descended into sleep.
Derek, who was doing guard duty, looked at Tiona’s Clone, coiled up beside him.
Thirteen had already informed him that Tiona’s clone would accompany them on their journey so that he would be updated on their situation, like if they were in danger or not.
This made the Swordsman feel a little better and relaxed since his Master was keeping an eye out for their safety.
The night passed peacefully, and Derek was finally able to take some much-needed sleep.
Since they were traveling with more people now, he didn’t have to drive his wagon on his own the entire time. He happily delegated the role to one of the teenage boys who was also proficient in handling this task.
Meanwhile, in Thirteen’s Wagon…
The young man abruptly opened his eyes because his sixth sense that alerted him of danger suddenly kicked in.
Tiona, who was coiled beside him, also raised her head as she looked at the West. “Sherry, wake up,” Thirteen lightly shook the young lady in his embrace. “There’s danger coming in our direction.”
The young lady opened her eyes, and the sleepy look on her face disappeared after a few seconds.
Thirteen had taught her to be on guard when they were in Solterra, so if anything happened, she would be able to shake off sleep right away.
The two teenagers then left their wagon to look to the west, where a dust cloud was headed in their direction.
“A monster stampede?” Thirteen thought when he noticed that the monsters running in their direction were composed of different creatures.
Surprisingly, there were no Jinns among them, which made him frown.
“Rocky, swallow the wagon,” Thirteen ordered. “Sherry, summon Ace.”
Thirteen didn’t want to fight these monsters and simply wanted to know the reason why they were running away.
His only guess at the moment was that there was a powerful monster who intimidated them enough to make them all run for their lives.
Sherry’s Adamantine Falcon allowed the two teenagers to mount its back before it took off to the skies.
Instead of flying away, the Adamantine flew toward the Monster Stampede due to the urging of its Master, Sherry.
After flying for nearly half an hour, Thirteen and Sherry finally saw the cause of the monsters’ fleeing, and it made the teenage boy’s expression turn solemn.
