Chapter 1038 - 1038: Who's The Lucky Girl?

“Finally, we can all relax a bit,” Tristan said as soon as their helicopter landed in Casimir City. “You did well, Zion.”

“Thank you, Sir,” Thirteen replied.

With the conditions of the alliance set in stone, both sides once again set aside their differences and came to a compromise.

It took a lot of effort for both sides to continue working together.

Fortunately, Thirteen now had allies among the Jinns.

House Pavareth was on top of the list.

Prince Valen was the only one among his people who knew the truth. But, since he was their current figurehead, and he decided to support his sister’s decision to be with Thirteen, their alliance was solid.

Of course, the only reason why he supported their relationship was because he recognized the teenage boy’s strength.

Although his rank was that of a Rookie, his trump cards and cunning won the Crown Prince over.

His second strongest ally was supposed to be the Skavari. However, since Prince Zorren was only the second in command, and the one calling the shots was General Varrak, the full support of the Skavari was still shaky.

The only good news was that General Varrak was also very wary of antagonizing Thirteen, especially after watching his exploits in battle.

Although the Skavari could create their underground empire, safe from the teenage boy’s bombardment from space, General Varrak was still hesitant to make enemies with him.

Because of this, their relationship was still warm compared to the rest of the Jinn Factions.

Another ally Thirteen could count on was the Velmoria Royal family. They might not come to the aid of the Wanderers if a fight broke out between the humans and the Jinns, but they would also not participate in attacking them.

This was their neutrality that they had followed since their kingdom was founded.

Last but not the least was the Azrakith Court.

Prince Xylen and Thirteen were still in good terms with each other. Also, even their strategist and generals didn’t want him as their enemy.

They also thought that the other Jinn Factions might have a few screws loose on their heads. They didn’t understand why the other factions still wished to make him their enemy even after they had seen the teenage boy in action.

Courting death.

For these allies, Thirteen planned to let them off scot-free as he eliminated the other fools who thought they could toss him aside after he was no longer of use to them.

As everyone headed to their own quarters, Thirteen couldn’t help but look at Princess Laventia, who was the ambassador of the Velmoria Royal Family.

Of course, the main reason why she accompanied the Wanderer back was because Roland asked her if she could come back with him.

The princess didn’t think twice before she said yes and managed to convince her sister to let her go to the city of Wanderers.

Of course, she didn’t go alone.

Four succubus also came with her as her bodyguards.

However, what made Thirteen shake his head helplessly was the fact that Vincent and Penny had two succubus clinging on their left and right arms as they walked toward the barracks of the 69th battalion.

Clearly, these four beautiful ladies had also come because they had been captivated by the two experts who could fight toe to toe with them in the arts of lovemaking.

“Brother, please don’t be like them, okay?” Thirteen said to Mikhail, who had come to receive him. “And sister, if you ever find someone you like, make sure to tell me his name. I’m going to do a full background check on him. He won’t pass if he’s not clean.”

Mikhail and Shasha smirked at their little brother, whom they had always regarded as the pillar of support for their family.

What they really love about him is that although he looked standoffish at times, he would risk his life for their sake.

“Mikhail already has a girlfriend, Zion,” Shasha said with a mischievous smile on her face.

“Really?” Thirteen looked at her brother in surprise. “Who’s the lucky girl?”

“No comment,” Mikhail knew that if he said the name of his girlfriend, Zion would tease him to oblivion.

Thirteen didn’t really pay too much attention to his siblings’ private life.

He only asked Athena to track them in Pangea and report to him if they were in danger.

Whatever they did in their private time was kept private, believing that this was outside of his jurisdiction.

“Also, Zion, I think Shasha has a boyfriend,” Mikhail, who wished to get back at her sister, spilled the beans.

“Weird, why do I suddenly have a military knife in my hand?” Thirteen blinked as he looked at the military grade combat knife he subconsciously took out of his dimensional storage.

“Don’t listen to Mikhail, Zion,” Shasha said. “He’s just making things up.”

The young lady looked calm and even had a smile on her beautiful face. Thirteen observed his sister for a few seconds before holding her hand.

“Shasha, if you ever find someone, don’t hesitate to tell me, okay?” Thirteen said. “I promise not to stab him on our first meeting.”

“Zion, you’re thinking too much.” Shasha hugged her brother before whispering in his ears. “Don’t worry, if I ever get a boyfriend, it will be someone you will approve of.”

“Promise?” Thirteen asked.

“Promise.” Shasha nodded.

The siblings then entered the barracks and headed straight to Zion’s room to talk about what happened in the Jinn conference.

“Gramps will arrive here tomorrow, alongside the elites of the family,” Thirteen stated. “They have also brought the warriors of the Ashford and Stallard Clans.”

Mikhail and Shasha sneered because they didn’t have a good impression of the ex-Monarch Clans.

Not only did Aaron Ashford and Norman Stallard try to eliminate the Leventis Family back in the Aldebaran Continent, but they also betrayed humanity by pointing their weapons at their fellow humans while the Wanderers were fighting in the Cygni Continent.

If Mikhail and Shasha had their way, they would not hesitate to execute the bloodline of the ex-Monarch Clans to pay for their crimes.

Thirteen smiled faintly, knowing what Mikhail and Shasha were thinking.

However, he already had a plan in mind.

In order for the two families to redeem themselves, he would force them to fight in the front lines of the war.

That was the only way for Thirteen to truly forgive them, especially now that they might be facing enemies who had the rank of a Majin Prince or above.
