Chapter 46: Call me that again*

"Darling, I have missed you so much," Cassian whispered, his hot breath hitting against Nova’s cheek as his arm wrapped tightly around her waist.

Noticing Cassian running so hot and breathing heavily, Nova already guessed what he had done. "You dismissed the maids and guards?" she asked, already knowing the answer.

Cassian sucked on Nova’s neck. "Mhm, no one will disturb us tonight," he whispered.

"What about Alan?"

"Shh, don’t mention another man’s name right now. Let’s have our time together," Cassian replied, carrying Nova with one hand by her waist as he walked up to the bedroom.

The bedroom light was off, with only a single candle casting flickering shadows. The tension in the room was thick and magnetic, heavy with anticipation and undeniable desire. Cassian dropped Nova onto the bed. Her gaze immediately fell on Cassian’s perfect abs, and she couldn’t help but bite her lower lip.

"Seduced by you in white," Cassian corrected. He stared at Nova, his fingers tracing up from her tummy.

Nova suddenly rolled over. Now she was sitting on top of him, staring at him with a seductive gaze as her fingers traced down his abs.

She leaned down and pressed a kiss on his abs, tracing them carefully.

Cassian could feel the heat rushing all over his body because of Nova’s actions. "Seems like my darling loves my abs, I should work out more," he thought, closing his eyes to enjoy the sensation.

Nova removed her top, leaving only her lace bra, which held her not-too-big and not-too-small breasts firmly.

Nova chuckled. "I would like to practice a particular style I watched in a porn," she commented.

Nova smirked. "Do I look like a kid?"

Nova poked her inner cheek with her tongue and rolled her eyes.

"Next time you want to watch such a movie... let me be present," Cassian said, his hoarse voice sending a flare of sexual tension straight through the room.

Nova chuckled. "Okay, daddy," she replied.

Cassian froze. The burning heat within him increased immediately, his face flushing as his heartbeat fastened. "Call me that again," he said, his voice revealing exactly how dangerously aroused he was.
