Chapter 583 331: The Grand Finale

"Did you anticipate that the Dark Throne wouldn't let it go easily?"

Starlight Floating City, reception hall.

Maisy wore a faint smile, her eyes sparkling as she looked at Sunan across from her.

Sunan smiled faintly and said, "The Black Wizard Influence has always been about others suffering losses, not tolerating being taken advantage of themselves. The Dark Throne suffered such a huge loss, having their Plane Community occupied by others—it's strange if they can swallow their pride and not react. Don't tell me you didn't foresee this scenario."

Maisy smiled silently.

In fact, everyone could see that this incident was completely the Lawful Faction's way of weakening the Black Wizard Influence's power.

Though the Black Wizard Influence was dissatisfied, to swiftly resolve the Ancient Insect calamity, they had no choice but to grudgingly agree.

Moreover, unless the Ancient Insect calamity ends, the Dark Throne's one-third territory can't be reclaimed.

The act of the Dark Throne breaking their promise was anticipated by most people.

This behavior, placed on the Black Wizard Influence, is entirely typical!

Maisy also knew the Star Alliance must have been prepared for this day; otherwise, the Star Alliance wouldn't have reacted immediately when the Dark Throne launched their attack.

"Are you confident you can defeat the Dark Throne?"

"Who can say for sure about war?" Sunan shrugged, "After all, the opponent is one of the major Wizard forces."

Maisy glanced at Sunan with playful reproach, seeing in his demeanor not a hint of worry or heaviness, only clear confidence.

"If you need help, just ask me," Maisy said. "The Wisdom Code is happy to provide the Star Alliance some resources at internal prices."

"Thank you." Sunan nodded with a smile.

Clearly, the Wisdom Code also wants to seize this opportunity to eliminate a competitor from the Black Wizard faction.

Although it's unwise to openly participate in the war to avoid intense reactions from the Black Wizard faction, secretly supporting it poses no issues.

"At the Ancient Insect Plane, the Star Alliance still needs to leave a part of the army to avoid giving the Black Wizard Influence an excuse to act."

"This is easy; I won't redeploy the Star Alliance corps from the Ancient Insect Plane."

...

The attitude of the Wisdom Code is, in fact, representative of the entire Lawful Faction.

After reaching an understanding with the Wisdom Code, the Star Alliance can completely focus on dealing with the Dark Throne.

Starlight Calendar 8902, an intense war breaks out between the Dark Throne and Star Alliance centered around the Moonlight Plane Community.

Both sides throw in nearly all their combat power.

Despite being a senior large Wizard Influence, the Dark Throne has a deep foundation, even after suffering heavy losses in the Ancient Insect war, including the destruction of a Floating City, it still showcased its rich resources by deploying two Floating Cities at once.

By contrast, the Star Alliance only has one Floating City.

Facing two with one, the outcome might seem predictable.

However, the result surprised many.

The Star Alliance's Floating City, facing two, remarkably did not falter.

Even more astounding was the formidable power Sunan displayed in this battle.

The two throne Wizards from the Dark Throne joined forces, yet couldn't overpower Sunan.

After several exchanges, the battle ended in a draw.

Those were two senior sixth-level Wizards!

Through this battle, Sunan's reputation was established, recognized as one of the most top-tier great beings in the multidimensional universe.

Starlight Calendar 9234, the Dark Throne and Star Alliance gather large forces on the front battlefield for a decisive battle which, after more than two months of fierce fighting, ends with the retreat of the Dark Throne.

The Star Alliance capitalizes on this victory, conquering a dozen planes in a single sweep.

After this battle, the decline of the Dark Throne began to appear.

Starlight Calendar 9450, the United Front Alliance completely occupies the Ancient Insect Plane, expels the Ancient Insects from the multidimensional universe, and jointly seals the space passage.

At this point, the four-thousand-year-long Ancient Insect calamity comes to an end.

However, amidst the joy, many forces cannot spare the time to be happy, their attention shifting to the Moonlight Plane.

With the end of the Ancient Insect calamity, the war between the Dark Throne and Star Alliance is also nearing its conclusion.

Starlight Calendar 9534, the Star Alliance army reaches the Moonlight Plane, and the two throne Wizards from the Dark Throne engage Sunan once again, only to be killed by Sunan on the spot.

The Dark Throne headquarters, City of Utmost Darkness, subsequently falls.

The news spreads, causing a sensation across the multidimensional universe.

The Dark Throne, with its long-standing legacy, thus declared extinct, replaced by a new major Wizard Influence.

Everyone knows that the Star Alliance's ascendance to the top ranks of the multidimensional universe is a certainty.

...

Moonlight Plane, City of Utmost Darkness.

The massive black-themed city resembles a dark mountain nestled on the plains, with tens of thousands of golems moving in and out, beginning the city's transformation.

Above the city, the Starlight Floating City is suspended.

At the top level of the Central Crystal tower, Sunan looks down at the scenery below, with a faint smile appearing on his face.

The Ancient Insect calamity has ended, the Moonlight Plane Community has been conquered, and now it's a period of steady development; the Star Alliance only needs to fully digest the fruits of war.

Once it fully controls the Moonlight Plane Community, the Star Alliance can solidify its position as a major Wizard Influence.

"The Thunder Law is already close to 400 energy units; at most, within two thousand years, it should reach Dominion-level, allowing full concentration on breakthrough then."

Above True Spirit Wizards, there's the Dominator Wizard.

When Wizards merge True Spirit with the rules they control, forming an internal plane, they can ascend to become Dominator Wizards.

This level of Wizard essentially is equivalent to a plane, eternal and immortal, possessing power beyond ordinary Wizards' imagination.

The appearance of the last Dominator Wizard can be traced back to the previous era.

However, during the war at the transition between the old and new eras, all Dominator Wizards perished.

Since the new era, no True Spirit Wizard has reached this level.

To ascend to become a Dominator Wizard, the more types of rules mastered, the better; having one's own Half-Plane is ideal.

When merging True Spirit with rules, having a Half-Plane as a merging foundation at least doubles the chances of successful ascension.

Therefore, many sixth-level Wizards attempt to construct their own Half-Plane by all means.

Naturally, Sunan is no exception.

He has already begun arranging for this.

Though he is already among the most top-tier entities in the multidimensional universe, the road of Wizards seeking truth and power remains long; he won't stop here and will continue striving for greater heights.

The development of the Star Alliance will be similar.

The emergence of the Ancient Insects, although causing severe damage to the multidimensional universe, also reveals new opportunities.

Located at the Ancient Insect Plane, the space passage is the gateway to another multidimensional universe.

Sunan is well aware that with the conclusion of the war, all forces are recuperating. But once they've rejuvenated, they'll definitely reopen the space passage to wage war against the opposite multidimensional universe.

This is both revenge and expansion.

When that time comes, the Star Alliance will also join.

With the Synthetic Cube in hand, Sunan believes that whether it's him or the Star Alliance, they'll eventually reach the peak of the Endless Cosmos.
