The monster seemed enraged. Its gelatinous body suddenly swelled, extruding several sharp, black spikes from within. Unable to locate its enemy, it shot them out violently in a random direction!

Seraphina Sinclair stood her ground, silently watching the creature’s fury grow as its attack missed. She couldn’t help but crack a smile.

She’d been toyed with by monsters plenty of times, but this was the first time she’d gotten to be the one doing the toying.

Seraphina Sinclair watched the creature’s movements for a while. The longer she looked, the more she wanted to laugh.

The moment the black fog completely dissipated, the monster locked onto her position.

Seraphina Sinclair raised an eyebrow slightly. Like a matador with a red cape, she calmly beckoned to the creature with her finger. It wasn’t that she was getting cocky; she had simply figured out the monster’s attack pattern and was confident she could now finish it off with ease!

The monster once again extruded several sharp, black spikes and launched them toward Seraphina Sinclair’s position.

But under the influence of the Fish Oil, the Speed of the spikes was noticeably slower, and Seraphina Sinclair dodged them easily with a slight sway.

"THUNK."

The spikes embedded themselves in the wooden wall behind her, instantly corroding several holes in the wooden boards that billowed with black smoke.

Seraphina Sinclair, meanwhile, had already used the opportunity to silently circle around behind the monster.
