Staring at the "SSS" rating from the Insight scan and the words "All Things Unifier" in the notes, Seraphina Sinclair felt the token in her hand suddenly grow scorching hot, as heavy as a mountain.

An SSS-level item, even a fragmented one, was extremely rare for someone at her level.

An indescribable tremor spread through her—the instinctive shudder that comes from brushing against the edge of an existence so vast, boundless, and far beyond comprehension.

It was a common physiological reaction.

"This thing..." she murmured, her fingertips tracing the strange, seemingly flowing patterns on the token. "So the one in the Silver Moon Earrings just now... wasn’t messing with me. It helped me avoid a purple item to get this..."

She didn’t know if this was a blessing or a curse.

Its SSS-level quality was undeniable, but the unease its description inspired was just as strong.

’Gather the fragments? Meet the conditions? The secret behind the door? And... being watched?’

It didn’t feel like a good thing at all.

Seraphina Sinclair took a deep breath and carefully stored the Yog-Sothoth’s Door Key inside her Silver Moon Earrings. This was clearly not something she could handle or comprehend at the moment. She could only seal it away and deal with it later.

It was as she stored the item that she noticed the change in the Lucky Wood Carving.

The carving had been whole when she put it away, but now it looked as if it had been struck by lightning. A jagged crack snaked down from the top, nearly splitting it in half, and it was just barely holding its shape.

’So, that sigh from before... did it really come from this thing?’

Seraphina Sinclair bit her lip. After a moment’s thought, she decided to take the wood carving out to inspect it.

The Insight result was identical to before, but the crack was undeniably real.

For the moment, Seraphina Sinclair was completely clueless as to what had happened.

So long as its Legendary Traits were intact, it was fine. That was the only reason Seraphina kept it.

She didn’t dwell on it further, tucking the wood carving away and returning her attention to the Black Fog Roulette Wheel before her.

She still had one more spin.

’This time, without the help of the Lucky Wood Carving, what will I get?’

She steadied herself and selected "Yes."

The wheel began to spin rapidly once more.

The pointer swept past gray and blue sections, its speed gradually decreasing until it came to a firm stop on a space radiating a purple glow.

Seeing someone tag her, Seraphina Sinclair simply ignored it.

Share? She had no such interest.

Artemis didn’t respond to the commotion, but that Rex Shaw character popped up again.

"The top player in our Zone only has two S-ranks. Getting all S’s is seriously amazing!"

"That’s Seawatch for you! He’s definitely the real deal."

As the Zone channel was filled with compliments for Seaview, a message from a player in Zone 888 quietly shattered the atmosphere.

"Damn, all this talk made me go check our Master Blacktiger’s profile. My mind is blown. All of Master Blacktiger’s ratings are SSS-level. Truly worthy of the guy who took first place on the rookie leaderboards."

This person had expected to receive a lot of supportive replies, but the channel went strangely quiet for a few seconds before a few responses trickled in.

"SSS-level? For real?"

"Isn’t the highest rating S-level? Where did Triple S come from?"

"I checked the highest-ranked player in our Zone, Master Rex Shaw, and he’s only S-level. Where are you getting Triple S from? You must have misread it."

"Yeah, right. If you’re gonna lie, at least make it believable. SSS-level? Why not just say he can fly?"

Seeing that no one believed them, the player from Zone 888 seemed to get anxious. "I’m not lying! I saw it with my own eyes! The number one player on our Zone’s leaderboard, Blacktiger Ford, has an overall rating of Triple S! His Survival, Combat, and Development Potential are all Triple S too!"
