Lovis carefully examined his daughter from head to toe and asked:

"You... Have you got your wings back?"

There was a mixture of joy and sadness in his voice. Lina understood why: the joy of regaining her powers, and the sadness of realizing that she had become a Valkyrie again.

"Yes," Lina nodded, not wanting to hide the truth from her father.

"But how?" — Lovis was amazed. Even he, a being of the eighth rank, knew that losing a wing was like a sentence for Valkyries. He had never heard of Valkyries being able to regain their lost wings.

"I couldn’t have done it on my own," Lina confessed. "They helped me."

Lovis, her father, cast a glance in the direction of Milica and Eulalia, who, without interfering, looked at them in silence.

"They didn"t, Lina shook her head, hastening to add, "But they helped me in other ways."

After a short pause, she said:

"Father, I found him."

"Huh?" asked Lovis, puzzled, but when he saw his daughter’s smile, his gaze immediately changed, becoming serious and stern. He knew who she meant.

"Milica," — Lina turned to Milica and Eulalia. "She’s the one who saved him and took him on as her disciple. She’s his Master."

After listening to his daughter, Lovis stared into her eyes and asked a direct question.:

"Where is he?"

Lina’s smile faltered under her father’s stern gaze. She involuntarily turned around and looked at the Access Portal.

"So he’s there," Lovis realized.

"Father," — Lina gently took her father’s hands.

Noticing the concern in his daughter’s eyes, Lovis quickly softened and smiled, but inside he was already scolding Nemo.

Lina, turning to Milica, understood her intentions without words and nodded.

"Father, let’s continue the conversation elsewhere," she suggested, releasing her father’s hand and heading for the portal.

"Okay," — Lovis agreed, realizing the place in question, and followed her.

When they reached the portal, Lina turned to her father and added with a smile:

"I also want to introduce you to someone."

After saying that, she stepped into the portal.

In the Kingdom, Nemo stood at the portal, waiting for Lina and her father to arrive.

Admittedly, he was a little nervous.

Kitty, who was sitting on his shoulder, felt his anxiety and, as if wanting to cheer him up, snuggled up to him.

Nemo, feeling her support, gently stroked her, and she happily purred in response.

At that moment, the portal flashed, and Lina came out of it.

A middle-aged man appeared behind her, and his gaze immediately landed on Nemo.

The man’s gaze was stern, appraising, and slightly displeased. He made Nemo freeze and sigh heavily.

Then, a powerful Soul Force pressure descended on him.

Kitty was scared, but she didn’t run away. Instead, her fur stood on end, and she hissed threateningly at Lovis.

In all corners of the Kingdom, the Doppelgangers who were engaged in rapid construction froze, and their gazes turned towards Lovis.

They all felt Kitty’s fear and anger at the same time, and with them the threat looming over the one she was trying to protect. For the Doppelgangers, Kitty was like their ancestor, and her anger meant their anger too.

In the Forest of Doppelgangers, inside the auction house, Geminia, drinking tea and immersed in reading a book, suddenly stopped.

"I’ll handle this," Sierra’s voice suddenly sounded.

Geminia looked up and nodded.

"Leave it, go back to your business," she told her descendants and plunged back into reading the book.

The doppelgangers, ready to rush at Lovis, froze and, as if nothing had happened, returned to their business.

"Father," — Lina said, glancing at Lovis.

Milica and Eulalia, who appeared behind them, froze, feeling the oppressive atmosphere emanating from Lovis.

"Don’t scare people in someone else’s house, Hero of the Sword. This is not a Sword Sect," a charming voice rang out, and Sierra appeared next to Nemo. With a light wave of her hand, she dispelled Lovis’ pressure.

"You!" Lovis abruptly grabbed the hilt of his sword.

"Father, stop!"

Lina, with a startled exclamation, stood in front of him, arms outstretched in a stopping gesture.

"Lina," — Lovis, coming to his senses, lowered the hilt of his sword.

He closed his eyes, took a deep breath, straightened up, and opened them again. His gaze met Sierra’s.

"Sierra Darkial," he said.

"It’s been a long time, Hero," Sierra said with a grin.

Lina, her eyes wide with surprise, looked from her father to Sierra in turn. Finally, she asked: "Do you know each other?"

"Well, I wouldn’t say that," Sierra replied first. "We just saw each other a couple of times, but we didn’t talk."

Lina turned to her father.

"She’s from the Force Wing, just like your mother," Lovis said.

It was only then that Lina remembered that Sierra was a Rank 8 Valkyrie, just like her mother. And considering that the Valkyries of the Celestial Continent wouldn’t let her father see her, her father had a grudge against almost all the Valkyries from that continent.

After a short silence, Lovis broke the silence.:

"I’ve heard rumors that you’ve disappeared and may already be dead."

"Well, as you can see, I’m alive and well," Sierra grinned.

Only then did Lovis pay attention to his surroundings. He looked around and noticed a lot of unusual buildings, people and animals.

"What is this place?" he asked curiously.

"This is a Kingdom, Father," Lina said.

"Kingdom?"

"Yes," Lina confirmed, "That’s the name of this place, and added, "It belongs to those who helped me get my wings back."

Lovis was intrigued by his daughter’s words, and he wanted to get to know these people.

Lina motioned for Nemo, and he, still a little nervous, approached her.

"Father, this is Nemo," — Lina introduced him.

"Nemo?" Lovis looked at him with a puzzled expression. Of course, he’s seen a lot over the years, but he remembers the name of the guy who won his daughter’s heart very well. And as far as he remembered from Lina’s previous story, this young man’s name was Luka, not Nemo.

"Father, he is Luka, the guy I told you about," Lina said, noticing the bewilderment on her father’s face. "The day my avatar died, he was seriously injured and lost his memories. Milica saved him and gave him a new name, Nemo."

Hearing his daughter’s explanation, Lovis took a new look at Nemo. He noticed the absence of his right arm, hidden wounds, and the mask he was wearing.

Lovis, with his extensive experience, easily identified the source of these wounds by their nature. His gaze became stern, but at the same time, there was surprise and a question in it, how could this man survive after such a thing.
