The Succubus rolled her eyes at those words; she obviously wasn’t going to fall for such trickery after so many centuries of being together with this man.
Instead, she was going to use it to her advantage.
’Of course not, I would rather my husband stay with me all the time. I, in fact, have something to tell you in private, how about we go… talk in private?’
She offered, knowing exactly what she was trying to do.
Nux chuckled at those words; obviously, he too knew what Allura was trying to do, but before he could answer—

Shadow raised her voice.
Then, she wrapped her body around Nux’s arm tightly and looked right into his eyes with a strong, possessive look on her face.
“You are coming with me.
It is my turn now.”
Nux blinked at those words, Allura too narrowed her eyes.
The Succubus didn’t need to think too much; for Shadow to suddenly react so strongly, it meant she had heard their conversation.
Something that shouldn’t have happened since she was directly talking to Nux unless…

Saying those words, Shadow pulled Nux away, and just before she left the door, she glanced at Allura one last time, and the Succubus… she just stared at her in silence, not saying anything else.

“Why did you tease Sharnoth like that?”
Nux asked. Even though his tone was calm, full of love even, Shadow still felt like she was being scolded and, like an adorable little puppy, she began to rub her head on his chest and—
“…I warned her.”
“And you knew better than anyone that she was in no state to hear or understand that warning.”
Nux answered.
“She could hear it!”
Shadow raised her voice.
“She just didn’t wish to move, she was even thinking of taking my turn!”
“She didn’t even know about your tur—”
“She didn’t know but she was trying to hoard you all for herself! That isn’t allowed! Especially when it is my turn! Only I can have you all to myself! So I… I needed to show her…”
Shadow lowered her voice by the end.

Nux didn’t know what to say; he wanted to tell her that using her connection and authority to read her sisters’ minds wasn’t good but… the woman looked so absolutely adorable that he couldn’t bring himself to say anything.
Shadow, however, misinterpreted his silence and continued to explain herself even further.
“It wasn’t just her special day, it is my special day too.

Nux raised his eyebrow and muttered in a teasing tone and Shadow pinched his skin.
“It is!”
She shouted.
It was the truth; it would be her body’s first time today, she had been waiting for this day for a long time now.
“And she was trying to hoard it for herself! She had it coming!”
Shadow harrumphed. The woman was not apologetic at all.
Nux laughed at that.
“Then what about Allura, why were you reading her thoughts?”
“She… she was trying to hoard it as well!”
Shadow didn’t give away her advantage but Nux—
“You wouldn’t have known that if you weren’t reading her mind.”
He answered calmly and Shadow…
She paused for a moment. Nux raised his eyebrow as he continued to stare at her, waiting for an answer and finally—
“I… I forgot to deactivate the ability…”
“So you were reading everyone’s mind at that moment.”
“…”
Shadow didn’t say anything, but she didn’t have to. Nux already knew the answer.
“I had more important things in my mind!
I wasn’t interested in any of their thoughts anyway!
I am only interested in you!”
The woman declared proudly, not even a tinge of shame on her face.
At that strong declaration, Nux smiled and in the end—
