Chapter 1783 Nux was losing his mind!
BOOOM
Nux was sent flying again.
It was a similar pattern again.
After the first surprise attack, Aeliana didn’t continue; rather, she allowed Nux to stand up, take his battle stance, and mentally prepare himself. Once he was completely ready,
He was battered up again.
Even now, Nux was helpless. There was a limit to how much his body could adapt. Opponents like Vrakor and others, he could still handle, but a monster like Acliana? There was nothing he could do.
To the onlooker, it would look like, rather than training, it was a one-sided beating- bullying even.
Nux, however, could sense it.
Despite him being beaten up without stop, he could tell that something was changing. Actually, his condition was already a lot better than before, and it had only been a few hours since they started.
It was not a one-sided beating. Yes, Aeliana was fast, but she was limiting her speed to the point where Nux could just barely react to her movements.
She had been testing Nux’s limits for a long time now. This was also the reason Nux was able to block some of her attacks when the two started.
Yes, it didn’t happen because of Nux’s excellent battle instinct.
He was able to block because Aeliana wanted him to. She wanted to see at what speed Nux was able to block some of her attacks. Once she pushed him to the limit, she continued to attack at that speed until Nux was comfortable enough to block 5 out of 10 attacks before she increased her speed again.
It was a perfect form of training for someone like Nux, who had completely lost control over his body.
Nux’s biggest problem right now was his body that had grown too fast. Because of this, everything had turned into a mess.
Before, his [Sense] was so quick that it was no different than seeing things with his eyes instead. Since [Sense] could see everything happening around him instead of only the things that happened in front of him, for Nux, it was like he had eyes all over his body. With Zenith Flow, he had trained his body to the point where every single part of his body moved on its own without him having to think about it.
By deleting this ‘thinking’ process, he became much faster than others and Nux didn’t
stop at training his body to move on its own, he assimilated his other abilities with it as well.
In the end, once he completely mastered the Zenith Flow, he created a technique where he was no different than an automated bot that, even in his sleep, could fight against any opponent without making a single mistake.
Now, however, because his body had become so much stronger, every single one of his actions returned results far from his expectations.
When he jumped, he would jump too high. When he moved, he would move too fast or too far away. In other words, the ‘memories’ he had imprinted in his muscles became absolutely useless.
And since every single one of his abilities was assimilated into his body, his abilities were affected by this change as well.
Yes, everything went to shit.
Even moving in a straight line was a challenge for him and while his condition did improve in his battle against the five Primordials, he was nowhere close to having the control he once had.
Now, however, under Aeliana’s training, where Nux was forced to use his instincts to try and dodge her attacks, the rate at which he was improving was almost horrifying. Instead of destroying everything Nux had done so far and rebuilding it from the start, she was forcefully making his body adapt to the new changes by constantly pushing him to his limits.
It was a frustrating method where Nux would constantly be beaten up and unlike when Vyriana did it without mercy, inflicting as much pain as she could so he would get used to it, Aeliana made sure not to hurt him.
They were more like ‘light taps’ to someone at his level, and that made it even more annoying.
After all, with every exchange, he was being shown how large the difference between the two of them was, and it was not a good feeling.
“Aagghhh!!!”
Nux screamed in anger as he fell to the ground again.
This time, he had gone against this woman for 36 hours straight, but even now, he hadn’t landed a single punch.
Aeliana materialized in front of him without as much as a single drop of sweat on her face. For her, pushing Nux to this condition was like a walk in the park.
“You give up too quickly,”
Aeliana spoke with a frown.
“Vyriana said you were quite resilient, so why do you need rest after every few hours?”
“Please hit me harder.”
Nux spoke with a serious look on his face. His mind was so occupied with his other thoughts that he didn’t even realize what he had just said.
Aeliana blinked in surprise.
‘She didn’t tell me… this…’
Nux, however, still didn’t understand what he had done.
And you couldn’t blame the man either.
He was used to training with a heartless monster like Vyriana. That Dragon made him fight without his limbs!
She even plucked his eyes out and made him fight in that condition!
Why else do you think Nux was so calm while facing Zyros and others? He had been through much worse.
And now, this woman was just lightly tapping him while she threw him around. It was similar to an extremely fast mosquito continuously flying around you and biting you, and every time you tried to attack back, it disappeared.
You then take your stance, prepared to get rid of this annoying bug, but it is so fast that even after you give it your all, you only get to see it when it’s already sitting on your
body. When you attack it, it disappears again.
For Nux, this thing continued for 36 straight hours.
Even when he trained with Vyriana, every time he fell, because his body was so damaged and for the sake of training his regeneration, the woman let him rest.
But this Vampire?
She just tapped him so lightly that every time he fell, he was forced to stand up again
and face her again…
Without a single break throughout the ordeal, not even for a single minute.
Nux was losing his mind!
