Super Strong Little Divine Farmer
Chapter 2413 - 2414: Strange
Chapter 2413: Chapter 2414: Strange
The enigmatic staff was now in Pan Hao’s grasp. He struggled with all his might, raising the staff high into the sky, his already frail body striving to stand tall.
Under Pan Hao’s bold uplift, the pitch-black staff suddenly emitted an overwhelming power.
With the spread of this power, Lin Chen’s already injured body couldn’t help but tremble slightly, swaying gently in place.
Lin Chen held the slender sword blade with his left hand, terror swirling in his eyes.
"What is this..."
Lin Chen’s gaze fixed on the suddenly raised staff, his previous calm now tinged with horror.
For the terrifying power that emanated from the staff, Lin Chen could clearly discern.
"What’s he doing!" a senior elder exclaimed in shock.
His terrified eyes gazed into the distance, able to see from Pan Hao, whose body was already somewhat liquefied, now further virtualized.
But Pan Hao seemed oblivious, instead appearing reckless and expectant. His hatred-filled gaze pierced the void, fixed fiercely on Lin Chen.
Lin Chen was now the primary target of Pan Hao’s resentment, the situation settled and unchangeable, but Pan Hao vowed not to let it end well for him!
Such was his resolve.
Pan Hao’s gradually liquefying body astonishingly climbed along the staff, and in a short span, his previously frail body was restored, his crimson blood ascending the staff.
His figure had vanished and was no longer traceable, his body having already ascended the staff.
Yet, without Pan Hao’s grip, the staff did not fall to the ground. Instead, seemingly untethered, it climbed even higher.
And the thick crimson hue from Pan Hao gradually climbed the staff, like a serpent, winding its way upwards.
Its crawling path scorched like fire, emanating a brilliant glow against the night, remarkably vivid.
Dramatic occurrences often herald danger.
Though Lin Chen didn’t know what was happening, he sensed something was amiss.
Why would Pan Hao submit? From his final words and looks toward Lin Chen, Lin Chen could perceive the malice within.
Such evident malice meant reconciliation was impossible, only one side’s demise could bring peace.
Yet now, Pan Hao suddenly vanished before them, disappearing into the staff, sending a chill through Lin Chen.
It was instinct, a life instinct, needing no reminder to be felt. Lin Chen was experiencing this now.
Thus his face appeared solemn, staring intently, his grip tightening on the Longsword.
"The situation’s changed, be sure to protect Lin Chen for me!"
Liu Qinghan spoke apprehensively, instructing the stout figure by his side.
It seemed that as long as the stout man agreed, this matter would be resolved effortlessly.
The stout man’s eyes were fixed entirely on Lin Chen, seemingly penetrating him, gazing into the distance at the staff, keeping this matter in mind.
Upon hearing Liu Qinghan’s further instructions, he appeared somewhat impatient, snorting lightly, indifferent to Liu Qinghan, and continued staring ahead.
...
Upon the staff, those winding and climbing blood lights straightened toward the sky, within an instant shooting straight into the air!
It was a beam of blood light, suddenly shooting upward, its crimson glow illuminating the night like a sunset’s fading red.
This crimson glow rose, covering half the sky in a deep red hue. Under this beam, expressions changed to subtle crimson.
The scarlet shot heavenward, within mere breaths, as if a fountain erupting skywards, aligning with the now fully rounded moon.
Like ink drip falling into water, instantly the moon transformed into a blood-red sphere.
The crimson halo discomforted those present, eyes widened as they gazed at the sky.
Miles away the sky appeared unchanged, but the moon had silently turned such.
"The blood moon portends disaster."
A senior elder murmured, regardless of the unknown threat approaching, the scene indicated ominous signs.
This ominous aura weighed heavy on their hearts.
Even at normal times, such sights were oppressive, much less now during a critical period targeting Lin Chen, who broke through restrictions, deepening their solemnity.
"Die!"
A sudden angry shout arose from the moon, followed by a thunderous voice spreading across the sky, expanding waves sounded.
The voice thundered, like an angry storm, encompassed the entire Green Ripple Sect.
Even distant from Chen Lin and others, they heard the growl, startling them, rising instinctively.
Their heads turned toward the mountain’s courtyard, eyeing the sky transformed into sticky red, and the crimson moon, their faces changed.
"Could something have gone wrong with Lin Chen?"
Chen Lin and his fellows exchanged looks, concern in their eyes.
Then they looked at the moon, vaguely spotting a face before it vanished, doubting their sight.
"Stay here, I’ll check it out."
Chen Lin, unable to restrain himself, spoke and moved, darting towards the spacious hall.
