A butler suddenly slammed the doors open before rushing inside the office, looking at one of the few most influential people in the kingdom.
“What’s going on? It’s unlike you to be rushing like this, Jimo.”
The old butler lowered his head and reported in a rushing tone. “My apologies, Duke. However, we have just gotten the letter from Her Highness Flora. The rescue attempt was successful. Right now, Count Ashton was—”
Before he even finished the report, both Duke Coline and his son rushed past the old butler as if they were trying to be faster than the other.
The butler smiled wryly, expecting this reaction. After all, for Duke Coline, Luke Ashton was like his own son. For the patriarch, he was like a brother.
After 12 years, that seal was finally broken, so it was no wonder they were rushing.
“Their location is in the new city. Go north after reaching Quivell City.”
“We know it. Thank you!” Duke Coline shouted back. “Take care of the business for today, Jimo.”
The old butler smiled helplessly and saw them off properly.

These two weren’t the only ones who received this news. Even Sullivan heard the news from Noelle.
Yet, unlike both of them, Sullivan just stood on top of the wall without saying anything.
“You’re not going to meet him? Isn’t Luke Ashton your student?” Vice Commander Layfon asked.
Sullivan remained silent for a few seconds before saying, “Battlefield is not something so simple. Both he and I know what kind of place it is.”
“…” The vice commander could only smile wryly, knowing how stubborn Sullivan was. Ultimately, he chose to leave him alone.
“Rather than that…”
“?!” Layfon stopped for a moment and turned his head around.
“Bring me wine.”
Layfon chuckled, understanding his character. A few minutes later, he brought him a bottle of wine and even a chair and a table.
Sullivan was just staring at the horizon while gulping down his wine.
‘Teacher, look at this!’
‘Teacher. I did this. How is it? Amazing, right?’
‘Teacher. That annoying Zene is stealing from me again. I’m going to beat him up tomorrow. Teach me something.’
The memory of him teaching this student flashed in his mind. He was annoying from time to time, but at other times, he would be caring or curious. Still, all of them were precious memories.
Sullivan raised the bottle as if asking for a cheer. “Welcome back, you brat. Don’t make your daughter cry anymore.”

After their first trip, their return was a triumph. There were several people waiting for them.
“Good work.” Vivian smiled while patting Nathan’s shoulder. “You’ve worked hard.”
“Congratulations.” Charlotte winked playfully.
Nathan chuckled. “Thank you. I’m home.”
“Welcome back.”
The Dragon King didn’t say anything and just hugged Alavenya. He knew that the trip was harsh, so there was no need to say anything else.
Alavenya’s serious expression melted as she just silently hugged her father back.
Sera and Noelle were probably the only ones who didn’t have anyone waiting for them, so they just smiled awkwardly at each other. In the end, they were the ones handling the letter to inform both Sullivan and Duke Coline. Of course, Sera had to use Flora’s channel to make sure the letter reached him.
Meanwhile, Melissa chose to come for Flora as her mentor. The connection between them might be weak, but it was still a connection.
“So, this is the city…” Count Ashton smiled, examining the city. “It’s good. And to think that you can still farm under this condition… amazing…”
“Yeah. Nathan is amazing. I need to catch up to him.” Selena nodded.
Count Ashton’s smile turned wry after seeing how Selena thought about Nathan higher than him. Then again, it was understandable. He didn’t particularly mind it.
After all, both of them were holding hands right now. In the past, he was sealed and couldn’t take care of his daughter for 12 years. Selena, too, had suffered numerous things.
This time, they could finally return together. That was enough for both of them.
Still, to their surprise, it just took fifteen minutes before two people showed up.
The letter itself was brought through the teleportation circle, so it arrived fast. Even so, this was just too fast.

“!!!” Count Ashton turned around, raising his eyebrows. He saw two familiar faces.
“What’s wrong? You have grown old. I almost didn’t recognize you.” Count Ashton grinned. Those words were exactly for these two.
“You little…” Duke Coline clicked his tongue but decided to let him go just this once.
Meanwhile, the patriarch of Tash Dukedom, Zenetera Tash, just clasped Luke’s hand and firmly held it. “And you… don’t age at all. I will let you say whatever you want today since you have finally returned… Welcome back.”
“Yeah, I’m back.” Luke nodded. “Still, I can say whatever I want? Zene, you look old. Look at this face. I’m much more handsome than you are now.”
Zene’s eyebrows twitched. “You little. Call me senior, then.”
“We are of the same age.”
“You…” Zene gritted his teeth. “I’m stronger!”
“But I’m more handsome. We might be born in the same year, but I don’t age in that state, so I can live longer than you and even practice surpassing what you have right now,” Count Ashton harrumphed.
“You really have a lot of things to say…” Zene felt like punching him in the face.
“Welcome back, Luke.” Duke Coline, on the other hand, regained his composure and solemnly greeted him.
Luke smiled. “Yes. I’m back, Uncle. Now that I think about it, Teacher is not with you?”
“He is in the front line right now. You know his personality.”
“Ah…” Luke nodded in understanding. “Teacher hasn’t changed at all.”
Duke Coline agreed. “Still, I have heard about a lot of nasty things about your family’s situation…”
“Don’t worry. I have heard about it from my daughter. I already have a plan to handle them.”
“Do you need help?”
“No.” Luke’s expression turned cold. “I will set things straight now.”
“Hahahaha. That’s the Luke I know!” Zene laughed and circled his arm around Luke’s neck while saying, “If you need anything, tell us. But do it tomorrow. Tonight, we’re going to drink.”
“Hahaha.” Luke laughed wholeheartedly. It was definitely nice to be home.
