Chapter 1557 - 0th
Chapter 1557: 0th
“Haa…” Nathan waved his hand. The ena from his hand swept the entire area, splashing the trees in its path.
“I got it!” Nathan pumped his fist.
“Hahaha. You are good.” Elysion laughed while patting Nathan’s head.
Nathan made a big smile as if he were proud of himself for receiving praise from his teacher. “I won’t disappoint you, Teacher.”
“Of course, you won’t disappoint me. But isn’t ’Teacher’ a bit too distant? How about calling me your master now?”
“Ah!” Nathan blinked his eyes a few times before politely bowing his head. “Yes, Master.”
Elysion smiled. “Now you are ready. Shouldn’t you start looking for aliens?”
“Am I really prepared? I think I haven’t gotten strong enough to face the aliens.”
“Yes, you are. What are you talking about? You are already strong enough to kill a warrior class alien.” Elysion pointed forward. “Now, go. If you don’t go, I’m not going to teach you anything else.”
“…” Nathan looked sad, but he couldn’t say anything more.
Nathan followed Elysion’s instructions and headed to the front line. While walking in a forest, Nathan said, “Cronos. What are we going to do next?”
“It’s obvious. We need to get even stronger. This will be a good experience for you. There is an enemy you need to defeat, or this world will get destroyed.”
“What? The world will be destroyed? I mean, there is my master and other strong summoners, right?”
“There are, but they won’t be enough. In front of that alien, they are nothing but ants.”
“Seriously?” Nathan blinked his eyes a few times in disbelief. He couldn’t imagine an existence of that level.
“You will understand it in the future. Keep getting stronger, or this world will be destroyed.”
“I understand.” Nathan nodded furiously before hearing a scream from afar.
“Kyaaa! Help!”
“!!!” Nathan raised his head and glanced at Cronos. Cronos turned solemn and nodded in approval.
Nathan rushed to follow the voice and found a blond girl. “That’s…”
He felt as though he recognized her from somewhere, but because he had been training far too long in a secluded area, his memory about common knowledge had become a bit fuzzy.
Nevertheless, Nathan jumped on the alien that was chasing her.
Even though it was a warrior class alien, the moment Nathan arrived and punched down, the alien couldn’t resist the brute force he released despite turning its body around and putting both arms forward.
The punch released a powerful energy that broke the alien’s arms apart, allowing the fist to continue to pierce through the alien’s body.
Bam!
“Fuu…” Nathan let out a sigh of relief before raising his head, checking the girl’s condition. “Are you all right?”
“Yeah. I’m fine.” The girl nodded. “Thank you very much for helping me, but please… save my friend as well.”
“Your friend? Is she nearby?”
“Yes. I will guide you there.”
“Sure.”
Both of them ran toward the girl’s friend. At the same time, the girl asked, “My savior. May I know your name?”
“I am Nathan.”
“Nathan… You are very strong, but you look very young. Are you even younger than me? I am 25 years old, by the way.”
“Ah. I’m 23 years old.” Nathan pointed at himself.
“Really? Even though you are 2 years younger than me, you can actually defeat a warrior class alien so easily?”
“Well…” Nathan shrugged. “Who are you, Miss? I can help, but I don’t think I can escort you back. I still need to go a bit deeper into the alien territory.”
“Ah.” The girl looked disappointed. “That’s right. This might be fine as well. My name is Flora Vietta Ezelia.”
“Eh?” Nathan blinked his eyes a few times. “That name… You…”
“Yes. I am the eldest princess of the Azilia Kingdom. If you can escort us, I will definitely pay you generously.”
“That’s…” Nathan smiled wryly. “That’s what I want to do, but I don’t know if it’s possible or not. I still need to complete my master’s assignment.”
“Your master? Who is your master?” Flora asked. The master of this strong summoner must be extremely strong as well.
It turned out she was right. Nathan replied, “My master is Elysion Aquamoon.”
“What? Elysion? That Elysion?” As expected, only a monster could teach another monster.
“Yes. That’s why I have to complete the mission, Your Highness.”
“That’s… a shame. But I understand. I’m already grateful to you for saving me. If you ever come to the capital, please visit me. I will definitely repay you.”
Nathan just smiled. It didn’t take long for them to reach her friend, Noelle.
Noelle had short hair. After Sullivan’s death, she went berserk for not having anyone to comfort her. It wasn’t as devastating as what Sullivan experienced after losing his wife, but it hurt her enough for her to go almost insane.
“Anyway, I will have to go.” Nathan waved his hand.
“Thank you again.” Flora politely bowed.
“Your words are wasted on me.” Nathan ran in another direction.
Nathan continued honing his skills for the next few years. Before long, he became a world class summoner. He was having a hard time forming a rule, but that incident happened.
Elysion suddenly rushed into his room. “Nathan!”
“Master? What’s wrong?”
“We have to go to the front line right now. They need us. For some reason, there is a huge influx of enemies coming our way. If we don’t stop her, all four kingdoms will be destroyed in one year.”
“Ah?! I understand.” Nathan nodded and rushed to the battlefield. They fought countless aliens and saved numerous people.
People started to call them the two heroes. Nathan’s strength was gradually catching up with Elysion’s.
With their strength, they started to stabilize the front line until that incident happened.
“What is this?” Elysion looked at the monstrous being before him in horror.
“Are we supposed to fight this guy?” Nathan gasped. He had never understood despair before, but seeing this alien was more than enough to know why Cronos told him they were nothing but ants.
Its presence alone was more than enough to make them think there was no one in this world capable of stopping him.
At 29 years old, 13 years after his summoner awakening, Nathan passed away.
