“Coming through!” Revon shouted while smashing his body onto the wall, crushing the entire wall so that the others could enter. “How lucky I am… to think I can find my target right after entering…”
Revon lifted his head, staring at the woman who was already standing in the air. No, she was actually standing on a very thin thread attached to the buildings next to her.
“Me? Your target?” Spider squinted her eyes.
Revon smirked. The lightning sparked around his hand as the energy gradually formed into a long spear.
“Of course, you, who else?” Revon smirked and tossed the lightning spear.
“I see. It looks like you challenge me because you believe you have that ability.” Spider raised her hand, pointing her palm at the incoming lightning spear. “However, if you are going to challenge me with only this, you are going to be disappointed.”
Spider shot out a web from the center of her palm in all directions, turning it into a net to catch the spear.
“Really?” Revon grinned.
Suddenly, multiple magic circles appeared all around the spear.
“!!!” Spider widened her eyes in surprise. She used her net to stop the spear and successfully contained it, but the magic circles were transferred to all around her body.
“Chain!”
The multiple magic circles made their own pair a few meters away from them. Then, each pair formed a chain to each other, turning into another net that bound Spider.
“This…” Spider was taken aback. “Since when…”
“Lightning!” Revon leaped into the air and punched her in the face, with Spider failing to free herself in time.
Bam!
Spider crashed into the ground with several chains broken. Ultimately, she freed herself from the rest by using her full strength.
Still, blood leaked from the corner of her mouth.
“I have been waiting for this moment for 7 years. I’m not going to let this chance go.” Melissa stepped forward.
“You…” Spider gasped. She thought she had forgotten, but there was no way she would forget the woman she had traumatized so much by slicing her lover into pieces right in front of her.
Her shock turned into a smile, a very wide smile filled with excitement. “Ahhhh! I finally found you. Little girl. How was my masterpiece? I couldn’t replicate such a masterpiece on this continent! A lover who would throw his own life to protect his little girl and ended his life with a smile… Oohhhh!”
Melissa bit her lip.
Masterpiece? Bullshit. Jay wasn’t a masterpiece. He was a tragedy.
Revon rushed toward her while punching with his fist. The lightning sparked again, boosting his punch.
This was the punch that wouldn’t lose to the Dragon King.

The impact caused the entire city to vibrate, yet when they took another look at what happened, they would be shocked to see Spider catching the attack with her threads.
The attack never reached her.
“This is…” Revon raised his eyebrows. Now that he had been trapped, he realized what had happened.
There were so many threads already wrapping his own body, restricting his movements.
This was a trap. Spider had spread her threads all around the town. “It’s time for you to die. I wonder what that girl will think if she witnesses the same masterpiece again. No, can you even become my masterpiece?”
“Time for the show!” Spider pulled the threads, causing them to tighten. Just like Jay, Revon would be sliced into pieces… or so she thought.
The threads actually couldn’t cut Revon.
“What?” Spider looked at her hand. She was sure she had tightened her threads.
Revon simply smiled and started to take a step forward. The threads had indeed cut him, but they could only slice his clothes, not his body.
With pure brute force, he moved forward. The threads that had been attached to buildings around started to get pulled, causing the buildings to collapse one after another.
On Revon’s back was not just his lightning element, it was the accumulation of years of physical training with Evelyn.
Without ena or element, he would punch the rock again and again. Ultimately, his body was refined enough to be as tough as steel.
Revon broke through her restriction and raised his hand one more time. “Kill me? Try it!”
As he shouted, Revon punched Spider’s nose and knocked her down. He didn’t stop there. The punch continued onward even after she fell, turning the ground into a crater.
“Gah!” Spider spat a lot of blood.
“Hard work paid off.” Revon’s muscles bulged. Now that his shirt was gone, he revealed the unmatched muscles that had been refined to perfection. “Muscle Lightning!”
Another punch landed on Spider’s face. It felt like Revon intentionally targeted her face as if he wanted to ruin her in the worst way possible.
“Kh…” Spider gnashed her teeth. “I’m not going to lose just like this.”
She kicked Revon in the stomach, pushing him back.
Suddenly, a magic circle formed, linking Revon and Spider with a chain.
“!!!” Revon was surprised, but he realized what happened soon and smiled. Without hesitation, he grabbed the chain and pulled it hard.
Spider, who was trying to escape by using the little time she had bought herself, ended up getting pulled in Revon’s direction.
“Muscle Lariat!” Revon’s eyes turned bloodshot as he slammed her neck, boosted by his own lightning, and smashed her to the ground.
“Gah!” Spider’s eyes were rolling back, wondering how many bones that attack alone had broken. More importantly, she had a hard time breathing.
“It looks like you haven’t lost your mind, Melissa. Good job.” Revon turned his head toward Melissa.
“I know full well the meaning of this battle. I will achieve my revenge. The only way to do it is to maintain my cool. I have to keep my head cool to think of the best way to avenge Jay.”
The motivation aside, it was good that Melissa was still controllable. Her trauma was the worst after all, so it wouldn’t be weird if she lost her mind. That was why Nathan asked Revon to take care of her.
“In that case, I will—” As Revon turned around, he suddenly spat blood. “Gah.”
“!!!” Revon widened his eyes as eight black legs appeared from Spider’s back and pierced his body, legs, and arms.
