Chapter 76: Chapter 76: All 66 Judgment Alliance Territories Wiped Out! The Entire World Claims Tyrant Is Cheating!
"This thing isn’t bad. If I can’t win a fight, I can simply run. Once I’m out of danger, I can relocate and start developing somewhere else."
John had no immediate use for the item, so he placed it in the innermost slot of his inventory.
He then casually took the opportunity to process another batch of materials he had accumulated recently.
[Fountain of Life upgraded to Lv. 3: Daily Water of Life production increased from ×10 to ×22.]
[Twilight Tavern upgraded to Lv. 3: Unit capacity increased from 200 to 600. Daily fixed level bonus increased from 5 to 7 levels.]

"Alright. Now I’ve really used up everything. I’ll just wait until tomorrow, when the final integration with the Main Continent takes place."
After muttering those words, John began feeling sleepy again.
...
Meanwhile, in the Real World, the entire world was in an uproar.
Over the past few days, enormous numbers of players had been forcibly expelled from the game.
The number of people being cast out had reached an unprecedented level, the most shocking wave in nearly a thousand years.
But today, something even more unbelievable had happened.
The Judgment Alliance, a globally renowned powerhouse and an enormous organization that commanded respect across the world, had actually seen every single one of its members on the Novice Continent expelled from the game!
The moment the news broke, the entire world was in an uproar.
"Breaking news! Just ten minutes ago, the Judgment Alliance officially confirmed that its entire headquarters on the Novice Continent of Godfall Battlefield has been completely destroyed."
"According to preliminary statistics, this is the largest single-alliance loss suffered in Godfall Battlefield in nearly a thousand years..."
The broadcast switched to a public transit hall in the Third District of the Underground City.
The hall was packed with players who had just been expelled from the game. Their faces were deathly pale, and the gray-white marks of failure on their hands stood out under the lights.
Some were crouching in corners with their heads buried in their hands, crying.
Others sat silently on benches, saying nothing.
A few had gathered around the microphones at the broadcasting station, arguing so heatedly that they looked ready to come to blows.
A young man stepped in front of the camera and began protesting furiously.
"You have absolutely no idea what happened!"
"There was a player called Tyrant in the game! He wiped out our entire alliance with just himself and a dragon!"
A chubby player squeezed his way forward and interrupted him.
"It was a completely one-sided massacre! There were thousands of us, and we still couldn’t defeat a single person!"
"We might be weak, but that guy was definitely cheating!!! There’s no way a novice Lord could possibly have an army like that!"
The radio host tried to steer the discussion back to the main topic, but the hall had already descended into complete chaos.
The broadcast eventually switched back to the studio.
The host remained silent for two seconds before continuing in the restrained, professional tone typical of a news report.
"At present, the United Defense Authority has not issued an official statement regarding this incident."
"However, sources indicate that the Judgment Alliance headquarters has already convened an emergency meeting to discuss whether to retaliate against Tyrant."
"We will continue to monitor developments."
A line of small red text scrolled across the bottom-right corner of the screen.
[Underground City Joint Broadcasting Network · Breaking News]
"Who Is Tyrant? Judgment Alliance’s Novice Continent Headquarters Destroyed! All 66 Territories Wiped Out! Nearly 100,000 Players Forcibly Expelled!"
"For the full report, tune in to tonight’s special edition of Godfall Frontline at 8 PM."
...
Virtually the entire world was shocked.
Everyone wanted to know who this mysterious Tyrant really was.
Yet nobody could provide even the slightest information about him.
Even the victims themselves claimed to know nothing.
After all, nobody had been able to view his status panel.
The only person who had gotten a close look at him was the Judgment Alliance’s Heir Apparent.
"Nothing. We can’t find anything... This Tyrant seems to have appeared out of thin air."
At the United Government and Military Headquarters.
Senior military officers and several highly respected veteran players sat on both sides of a long conference table.
A massive holographic display was replaying fragments of battle footage that had somehow leaked out of the game.
An enormous dragon blotting out the sky.
Streams of blazing Dragonflame pouring down.
And the Judgment Alliance headquarters collapsing amid the raging inferno.
The footage ended.
"Gentlemen."
The elderly general seated at the head of the table spoke in a calm voice.
"I believe we all understand what this means."
"The Judgment Alliance and those other major alliances have monopolized the finest resources and the most powerful legions on Godfall Continent for far too long."
"For hundreds, even thousands of years, nobody has been able to challenge their dominance."
His gaze settled on the cloaked figure displayed on the holographic screen. His eyes were filled with hope.
"And now, this young man has accomplished something we have never been able to do."
"I believe he could become a crucial figure in breaking the alliances’ monopoly."
A murmur of discussion spread through the conference room.
"Are we giving him too much credit?"
"What if he’s actually a member of another alliance?"
"That doesn’t make sense. The major alliances would never do something like this. They have rules against it."
The elderly general raised his hand, silencing the whispers.
"That’s exactly what I think as well. He can’t possibly belong to one of the major alliances. That’s why I want to bring him over to our side."
The general spoke slowly and deliberately.
"We absolutely cannot allow the Judgment Alliance to eliminate him before we have a chance to protect him."
The moment he finished speaking, several elderly players with white hair and calm, imposing auras stood up.
"If that’s the case, we’re willing to intervene."
One of them spoke up.
"General, we old-timers still have some influence on Godfall Continent."
"We can step forward and offer this young man our protection, giving him the time and opportunity to grow."
After a brief discussion, the military reached a unanimous decision.
Two senior veterans would personally intervene to protect this last spark of hope.
At the same time, the United Government immediately launched a confidential investigation.
They intended to uncover Tyrant’s true identity and, before his identity became public, secretly ensure the safety of his family, shielding them from any possible retaliation by the major alliances.
...
Meanwhile, on the side of the major alliances.
Another meeting was taking place in an equally tense atmosphere.
The Judgment Alliance’s real-world headquarters.
Inside a towering grand hall, powerful figures had gathered. One imposing figure after another sat silently, their auras deep and unfathomable.
Every face was frighteningly grim.
This time, the Judgment Alliance had suffered catastrophic losses.
Its branch on the Novice Continent had been completely annihilated.
Dozens of Lords, along with the troops and Heroes they had spent countless resources cultivating, had all been wiped out.
And their highly anticipated Heir Apparent, Raine Augustus, had not even been heard from since.
This was the first time the Judgment Alliance had suffered such a devastating blow since the arrival of Godfall Continent.
Nobody in the grand hall dared to take an optimistic view of the situation.
"The young master... I’m afraid he’s already gone."
Nobody knew who had quietly uttered those words.
The entire hall fell into absolute silence.
After a brief pause, the figure seated at the head of the hall slowly raised his hand.
"This time, we have indeed suffered tremendous losses."
"But all of you must remember one thing. What we’ve lost is merely a fresh batch of recruits, a group of newcomers who hadn’t yet had the chance to grow."
"The true foundation of the Judgment Alliance lies on Godfall Continent."
"Our legions, our Heroes, and the vast territories we’ve spent more than a thousand years building are all still intact."
His gaze slowly swept across everyone present.
"This is still a very long way from shaking the foundations of our alliance."
