Sumatra's Greatest Fan

Chapter 132: Chief Traitor

Chapter 132: Chief Traitor

Era of the Empyrean Boar King!

It was named after the individual who entered the pinnacle realm and dictated the era’s progression.

Sumatra Continent had a mechanism in which it could birth a mirror of its capabilities, the Empyrean Tentacle Race.

It was called its Blessed Race, and was born as three variants–the Iron Empyrean Tentacle, the Silver Empyrean Tentacle, and the Gold Empyrean Tentacle.

There can only be one of each on Sumatra. When one of them consumes the other two, it would become a complete existence and reach the Mystic Grade. That’s when it becomes the Mystic Empyrean Tentacle, typically known as Sumatra’s Blessed Race.

And whenever a Mystic Empyrean Tentacle is born on Sumatra, a new era starts.

The three variants could be born anywhere on Sumatra. Only once they consume each other will a Mystic Empyrean Tentacle be successfully born. This meant there were times of large gaps between two eras.

It could range between a century to dozens of millennia or more. However, throughout Sumatra’s history, only the Mystic Empyrean Tentacle had an era named after it.

There was only one exception, which was because in that era, the world didn’t revolve around the Mystic Empyrean Tentacle, but instead, the following existence.

Mutated Beginner Mystic Grade Pranic Beast–Empyrean Boar King!

It was a short statured individual with a ravenous appetite, burning from hatred.

Saliva dripped down his mouth as he surveyed the valley, “Where is it?”

“I heard a baby Empyrean Tusk’s cries!”

“I ate it!” Came a reply from the Bhirully that licked its lips in delight, “Even though it was a baby, it was strong. So I ate it.”

“I see.” Came a nod from the short statured individual, “Then, before you digest it, I’ll consume you.”

“Come!” The Bhirully roared and blasted forth a nail-shaped Pelting Monkey whose form was reinforced by the psychokinesis of all the Pelting Monkeys it carried. The reinforced nail stabbed into the short statured individual and shattered.

’Tougher than I expected!’ It grinned and punched forth with its right arm, which was reinforced by the psychokinesis originating from all the Pelting Monkeys. Billakin mist also expanded in the region, seeking to deconstruct anything it came across.

“A head on attack?” The short saturated individual let out a cry in surprise and punched in response.

The two fists met each other and caused a thunderclap. The Bhirully found itself being sent skidding by more than forty metres, while the short statured individual had been pushed back by a metre.

“Hmm?” The voracious hunger displayed by the short statured individual subsided as he stared at his fist, which sported a scratch. He then eyed the Bhirully, “You are pretty strong.”

“That I am.” The Bhirully roared and activated its Natures in full swing, ensuring to fight nonstop at top condition for as long as possible.

Hundreds, thousands of exchanges happened in a matter of minutes, at the end of which, the two separated.

Major dents were visible across the Bhirully’s body, which squirmed to heal. More than half the Pelting Monkeys it carried had died from the exchange. However, its excitement had only climbed to its zenith, “I can now say this with assurance!”

“As I am currently, I can indeed kill an Empyrean Snapper.” It exclaimed.

“Empyrean Snapper?” The short statured individual asked while eyeing his bleeding fist.

“It’s an existence on the same level as the Empyrean Tusks that you regularly hunt.” The Bhirully exclaimed while sneakily having managed to gather a few droplets of the other party’s blood.

It mixed the blood into a vial of Billakin Spirit Elixir and stuffed it in Raurau’s mouth, all while pointing at him, “I’ve made it as such he’ll act as your guide.”

Pelting Monkey muscles served as a container to wrap around Raurau, who was tossed to a side, “You can visit them later if you’re curious. Their power will allow you to achieve your objective with better efficiency.”

“You know what my objective is?” The short statured individual asked.

“I’m not someone to offer a challenge without making preparations beforehand.” The Bhirully announced, “Now, face me!”

“I probably am the first existence on Sumatra to have injured you.”

“…” The short statured individual didn’t response and instead seemed to be contemplating something. “I was confused because this is the first time I received such an honest challenge.”

“Alright, I’ll humour you.” The short statured man uttered as his figure expanded to reach a length of 200 metres, generating fierce waves as an overbearing presence blasted into the region.

A chain reaction erupted in the Red-Draft River due to the presence, as all the Iron Grade Pranic Beasts in the region went mad with fear and fled the region, pouring into the surrounding regions en masse.

Some of the Free Human Kingdoms along the path crumbled to ruin. On Sumatra, a level of displacement in scale capable of destroying Free Human Kingdoms was termed a Minor Crisis.

The mere release of this existence’s presence resulted in the destruction of multiple Free Human Kingdoms and Pranic Beast settlements.

“I’ll be getting a bit serious from this point onwards.” Said the Empyrean Boar King as its presence collected and spiked in front of its mouth.

Astral Chart–Prana Shock X2!

Prana gathered into its mouth and blasted forth as a powerful shockwave, changing the terrain of the valley.

“I will proclaim!” The Bhirully roared, “The one that wounded the star first was none other than me!”

Crack!

The cocoon of muscle strands covering Raurau crumbled as his terrified self sprinted out, terrified about the constant sounds of thunder that reverberated in the region.

He was unable to recognise the place, for he found himself on a flat plain swarming with dust clouds. The sound of thunder came from nearby, and before he could even orient himself, a portion of the dust cloud cleared away, revealing the short statured man chomping upon the Bhirully’s eyeball.

“Tasty, but didn’t give me any Natures.” As he spoke, another clap of thunder reverberated in the region.

Raurau almost fainted in fear, for the thunder was a result of the other party’s stomach rumbling in hunger.

“Your name?” The short statured man stood before Raurau and asked.

“R-R-Raurau,” Replied Raurau.

“R-R-Raurau?” The short statured man licked his fingers clean and picked up Raurau, “Anyway, tell me where the Empyrean Snappers are.”

“Don’t test my hunger, alright?” He uttered.

Despair!

That was what Raurau felt. His thoughts swirled, for the Bhirully had completely taken advantage of his plan to get what it wanted. And now, the Predator’s focus fell on the one existence he never wanted to be disclosed, ’This shouldn’t have happened! Only the Bhirully should have been the prey. I planned to ensure the Cooter Clan’s identity won’t get disclosed.’

However, his thoughts were futile, for in exchange of making the short statured man fight for real, the Bhirully traded him information about the Empyrean Snappers.

Raurau had only hesitated for two seconds, by which the rumbling sounds of thunder had grown more intense. Blood poured down his ears as he had gone deaf. His facial muscles twitched as his eyes perceived the face of the short statured man that was poised in his direction, steadily losing patience.

And then, he gave in to fear, his voice a whisper, “I’ll bring you to them.”
