Chapter 822 - Dawnlight's Dusk
The Head Elder of Dawnlight charged towards the Azure Comet, but he would still need several seconds to catch up, which was a long time for Crushers.
He couldn’t see what was happening on the Azure Comet since it also had a Concealing Formation Array.
However, he believed that his leader would win.
And yet, he also felt nervous.
Azure Comet was a wild card. Anything involving him was unusual, unpredictable, and strange.
What if Ray of Judgment died?
Impossible. Ray of Judgment was a Unique Crusher with a Complex Level Five Law.
Then, the Concealing Formation Array suddenly dissipated, and the Head Elder’s eyes widened.
The Azure Comet was imploding!
Elation filled the Head Elder as he realized that his leader had destroyed the Azure Comet!
Then, he saw a mountain of wealth appearing out of nowhere.
This was Azure Comet’s wealth!
He was dead!
Azure Comet was dead!
They had finally killed the bane of the Secondary Sector!
Then, all of the wealth vanished, revealing the scene beneath.
The Head Elder’s mind stopped working as he saw a huge hole in Ray of Judgment’s body and an unfamiliar person standing in front of it.
Finally, the unfamiliar person turned to look at the distant Head Elder.
The Head Elder felt like he had entered the Hell Dimension as the reality around him turned into an oppressive hellscape.
Terror!
The Head Elder’s mind was filled with unending terror.
Dark red Sin Flames surrounded the unfamiliar person as he waved his hand.
An illusory azure hammer appeared beside the Head Elder and swung at him.
If he were in his peak condition, he might have been able to put up any defenses, but Kyle’s Momentum and Complex Mind Law just made him freeze in terror.
CRKSH!
The Head Elder turned into a cloud of blood, which was quickly surrounded by the valuables he had stored in his Soul Space.
The other Fulfilled and Advanced Crushers in the distance stopped advancing as they saw their Head Elder explode.
Shocked silence.
Then, a tremendous and oppressive aura banished the surreal reality in which the members of Dawnlight found themselves.
A giant, covered in evil red flames, was approaching them.
As Kyle moved forward, his body grew, giving his attacks greater reach. Against an equal opponent, becoming bigger than them was a stupid move.
But these people were not equal opponents.
They didn’t even count as opponents.
The burning giant waved his hand, and a humongous azure hammer appeared beside the group.
The people felt their death was approaching, but their instincts just told them that resistance was futile. Their instincts told them that freezing in place was more likely to lead to survival than fighting back or fleeing.
The hammer moved to the side, and over ten Fulfilled Crushers turned into clouds of blood.
This woke the remaining people, and they fled in terror.
Some of the Crushers summoned spaceships to escape. No matter how powerful or fast this giant was, it couldn’t possibly keep up with a spaceship!
Kyle charged forward and clenched his left hand.
Gravity Energy, with the properties of Specialized Gravity for Gravity Metal, entered the spaceships.
CRK! CRK! CRK!
The Formation Arrays that powered the spaceships failed under the intense gravity, and the metal compressed into a ball.
The Crushers inside the ships broke out of the ball. Something like that wasn’t strong enough to kill them.
Kyle waved his hand again, and another humongous hammer killed several Fulfilled Crushers.
“I surrender!”
“Spare me!”
“Mercy!”
The members shouted in terror, asking for Kyle to spare them.
CRKSH!
The azure hammer swung through another group.
Panicked screams of terror were silenced one after the other until only silence remained.
By now, Kyle had summoned his armor again, and he slowly stepped through the clouds of blood and mountains of wealth.
A lone man covered in azure armor, surrounded by dark red flames, walked through the void.
All the Advanced and Fulfilled Crushers of Dawnlight were dead.
Dawnlight was no more.
Some weaker Crushers arrived in space and saw this scene.
Somehow, this felt like a monumental moment. It was as if this moment symbolized a tremendous change in the Secondary Sector.
Kyle noticed all the newcomers.
“Vacate the 20 Planets closest to Dawnlight’s former Central Planet,” he transmitted to all of them.
After some seconds of shock, the Crushers fled and warned all their friends, who warned their friends, who warned their friends, and so on.
Within minutes, thousands upon thousands of Seekers left the Planets they had called home for centuries.
Kyle hadn’t created a plan for after Dawnlight was destroyed, but the immense influx of wealth and what he had seen during the battle had given him an idea.
‘My impact should be big enough to become a Legendary Crusher now, but I can’t check since I need to become a Unique Crusher first. Just to be safe, I should go even bigger.’
‘I have the money.’
‘I have the time.’
‘I have the Planets.’
‘The Big Five have turned into the Big Four.’
‘Soon, it will be Azure Comet and the Big Four!’
All the Seekers fled and spread the news of what had happened today to the entire Secondary Sector.
While a wave of shock traveled through the Secondary Sector, Kyle moved his Planet to a different one.
All of these Planets belonged to him, and he could do with them whatever he wanted as long as he didn’t harvest their Gravity Cores.
The Azure Comet slowly consumed a smaller Planet, the Gravity Core of the smaller Planet falling into the bigger one.
‘I can’t harvest Gravity Cores, but I’m not doing that. I’m just putting one Gravity Core into another one. As long as I don’t take the Gravity Cores out of the Secondary Sector, I won’t break any rules.’
Within less than an hour, the Azure Comet consumed over five Planets, regaining some of its former glory and mass.
Then, Kyle got to the first Planet that had a Law Well for a Level Four Law. Just like all of the Planets with Level Four Law Wells, it was gigantic.
Instead of absorbing it like the others, he sent an army of Formation Arrays to harvest its mass, turning it into a small Planet.
Then, he attached the small Planet to the Azure Comet, stabilizing it with Formation Arrays.
Now, the Azure Comet had a Planet-sized hill with its own Law Well.
Days passed, and the news of what had happened to Dawnlight spread everywhere.
Dawnlight was destroyed!
A single Fulfilled Crusher had destroyed all of Dawnlight!
However, before the people recovered from the first wave of shock, the second one arrived.
Azure Comet was constructing a Planet!
Huh? Wait, how could a Crusher construct a Planet?
Wasn’t Azure Comet destroying Planets? Why and how was he suddenly constructing them?
Many people traveled to the former territories of Dawnlight to watch the Planet that Azure Comet was constructing.
Yet what they saw wasn’t a Planet but a gigantic object with several “growths”.
It was misshapen and ugly.
Instead of the beautiful scenery of endless possibilities that was a sky filled with Planets, the Seekers only saw a tumor-like growth, surrounded by no close Planets.
The news of Kyle’s new Planet traveled through the Secondary Sector, but it was quickly followed by an even more shocking piece of news. Azure Comet was auctioning off the majority of the Planets Dawnlight used to own!
How many shocking things had Azure Comet done?
What had he done and accomplished ever since he had gotten to the Secondary Sector?
As more and more shocking pieces of news spread across the Secondary Sector, a new phrase popped into existence and gained popularity.
Azure Comet didn’t come to the Secondary Sector.
He happened to it.
