Jeremy Night was busy practicing his blade moves near the cliff. He felt it was good to practice in a place in the middle of the open wilderness.

He didn’t know why, but he felt he gained more inspiration here. It was better than practicing inside the training facility.

He was only using the basic blade moves repeatedly for his practice. He was so immersed in his training that he forgot about the outside world.

He forgot the fact that his lifeline beast had gone to explore the wilderness alone. For quite some time now, he had almost forgotten about her as well.

Stella chased the Tier-7 Snake Beast to the border. She was focused entirely on slicing the flanks of the snake beast.

Her winged blade attacks had caused multiple injuries across the snake’s body. The massive beast had many terrible gashes all over its flesh.

The Tier-7 Snake Beast managed to cross the border. The beast did not stop there; it went beyond the border and reached an unknown land.

It hoped that the pursuer would not follow it into unknown territory. But it was wrong. Stella had crossed into the unknown land by following the Tier-7 Snake.

Stella, however, was not afraid. She was well aware of her situation. If she wanted to, she could easily return to the wilderness border with her own speed ability.

Pfff!

As time passed, the Tier-7 Red Snake suffered massive blood loss. It eventually grew weak and collapsed onto the ground.

Still, the snake beast had managed to penetrate deep into the unknown land. Stella had not realized that, having kept her focus entirely on the Tier-7 Red Snake.

Seeing that the Tier-7 Red Snake was down, Stella ceased her attacks. She saw that it would only be a matter of time before the remaining vitality in the beast’s body faded completely.

A six-winged, bluish starlight butterfly hovered in midair. Stella waited until the beast drew its final breath.

The Tier-7 Red Snake regretted confronting the unfamiliar beast. It had never expected to meet its end at the hands of this mysterious beast.

When the Tier-7 Red Snake died, Stella decided to turn back. Only then did she realize how deeply they had ventured into the unknown territory.

She spread her consciousness across the terrain. It swept outward in the blink of an eye. She confirmed that there were no other corrupted beasts in the vicinity.

Swoosh!

Just before she withdrew her mental power, she sensed something intriguing: natural treasures.

Stella’s eyes flashed with excitement. She had not expected to come across natural treasures here.

Ever since hatching from her egg, she had not had the opportunity to consume many energy-rich natural treasures.

A second later, she dashed toward the spot. If she could secure that treasure, she could share it with Jeremy Night.

Using her speed ability, she covered the distance rapidly and arrived at the exact location.

The natural treasure grew upon a massive tree standing over 25 feet tall. She noticed several shimmering fruits growing across the various branches.

Stella’s attention was drawn away from them, however. Her gaze locked onto one particular fruit growing near the canopy. It glowed with a distinct golden hue.

Stella then pulled her gaze away and began scanning the rest of the massive tree, wanting to find a natural energy fruit for Jeremy Night as well.

Other fruits hung low on the lower branches. They also contained a notable concentration of natural energy.

Still, they were in no way comparable to the radiant golden fruit. Stella made up her mind; she decided to compensate with quantity.

Slice!

Using her wings, she severed the low-hanging natural energy fruits. One by one, they dropped to the ground.

She planned to collect them after claiming the hanging golden fruit.

Swoosh!

Stella darted toward the crown of the shade tree. As she drew closer to the golden fruit, she immediately sensed its dense, pure natural energy.

Slice!

She severed the stem, and the shiny golden fruit dropped to the ground. Stella beamed, eager to take the treasure back to Jeremy Night.

In a flash, she descended to the ground. The golden energy fruit captivated her attention, and before she could stop herself, she consumed it.

Within the blink of an eye, she had devoured the entire fruit. Golden energy immediately surged across her wings.

[What is this fruit?]

[It’s accelerating my growth!]

Stella marveled inwardly. The natural energy was extraordinarily dense, far surpassing that of Tier-6 or Tier-7 grades.

She urgently needed a quiet place to refine the energy; she had no choice but to rest right there. Shrinking her size, she settled down beside the remaining fruits.

Anyone who witnessed the scene would have been stunned: the miniature starlight butterfly was bathed entirely in a luminous golden glow.

She and Jeremy had become a Tier-4 Beast Tamer and Lifeline Beast not long ago, yet Stella was already experiencing another surge of rapid growth.

She was approaching the mid-stage in the blink of an eye. Her cells rapidly absorbed the energy, evolving at a blistering pace.

It did not take long for her to reach the bottleneck. The early-stage threshold shattered, and her body advanced directly into the mid-stage.

A fresh wave of profound energy circulated through her body. The breakthrough enabled her cells to absorb even more of the golden energy.

Her body underwent another transformation as her power steadily climbed and stabilized.

The golden energy was far from depleted. Even as her mid-stage foundation solidified, her body continued to absorb the residual energy.

The golden fruit possessed an immense reservoir of power, leaving Stella to wonder whether she might even reach the peak stage.

She could feel her cells evolving continuously; her newly acquired mid-stage strength was already approaching its limit.

Tier-4, Rank 1 – Peak Stage (Breakthrough)

Her body broke past the barrier and entered the peak stage. The newly awakened breakthrough power reshaped her physique once more.

Only then did the golden energy from the fruit begin to run dry, having provided just enough power to stabilize her peak-stage strength.
