Chapter 460: Aeli Is High [Bonus Chapter]
Both women stared directly at Silas, their expressions carrying an unmistakable frown.
Silas blinked, dropping his hand from the door handle. "Uh... what’s up?"
Evelyn took the cigar from her lips, blowing a puff of smoke into the cold air.
Her eyes were sharp, carrying the commanding weight of a fellow Lord.
"We need to have a very serious talk, Silas," Evelyn said, her voice low and dangerous. "Something came up and I need to know exactly what you—"
Evelyn’s voice completely died in her throat.
Her stormy gray eyes drifted past Silas’s broad shoulders and locked onto the blue haired woman standing just a few feet behind him.
Evelyn froze.
Her entire body went rigid a the lit cigar slipped from her fingers, tumbling silently through the air and landing in the fresh snow with a soft extinguishing hiss.
The Princess blinked, tilting her head slightly as she looked back at the imposing black-haired woman blocking the doorway.
At first, the Princess didn’t think much of her.
She assumed she was simply another one of Silas’s formidable commanders, perhaps someone in charge of the Keep’s internal logistics.
But then, the Princess’s bright azure eyes drifted slightly to the left.
She looked at the silver-haired Hero clinging so desperately to the black-haired woman’s arm.
The Princess was a royal, yes, but she was also a sheltered woman with an incredible amount of free time.
And during that free time, she had been an incredibly avid dedicated follower of the LordTube streaming network.
She knew the faces, the personalities, and the intricate dynamics of the top-ranking Lords.
The Princess stared at the silver hair and she recognized that face. It was Elm.
And Elm, as the entire digital world knew, was notoriously reclusive.
She had not appeared on a single public broadcast in months.
The only time the world had even seen her magic recently was when her signature four leaf clover spell had been violently unleashed across the battlefield during the Lord War against Blessed Land.
Elm was obsessively loyal to only one person in the entire cosmos... A notoriously smart Lord who was known for smoking sometimes.
The Princess looked at Elm, who was clinging to the arm of a black-haired woman with a cigar in her mouth.
The gears in the Princess’s brilliant brain clicked together with frictionless perfection.
The Princess gasped, her hands flying up to cover her mouth as her azure eyes widened to the size of dinner plates.
She pointed a trembling, delicate finger directly at Evelyn’s face.
"You..." the Princess exclaimed, her voice ringing out crystal clear across the snowy courtyard. "You’re Lord Sky!"
SILENCE.
The cold winter wind suddenly felt completely devoid of sound.
Evelyn’s face drained of all color, turning as pale as the snow beneath her boots. Her stormy gray eyes dilated in pure panic.
’Fuck.’ Evelyn thought, the single word echoing through the hollow terrified cavern of her mind.
Her meticulously crafted secret identity, the disguise she had maintained for so long had just been effortlessly shattered by a blue-haired Princess of all people in the span of three seconds.
Evelyn slowly turned her head, her panicked gray eyes locking onto Silas.
Silas stood perfectly still on the stone steps.
Slowly, a dark smug wicked smirk spread across Silas’s handsome face.
His blue eyes glinted with the dangerous amusement of a Lord who had just been handed the ultimate trump card.
’My secret identity as Vespera was revealed to this woman...’ Silas thought, his smirk widening into a full devilish grin as he stared directly into Evelyn’s terrified eyes. ’Did you really think I wouldn’t eventually find a way to reveal yours?’
Evelyn’s expression trembled violently.
The overwhelming wave of rage and profound embarrassment crashing through her system was astronomical as her fists clenched so tightly her knuckles turned white.
Looking at the incredibly punchable smirk plastered across Silas Graves’s face, Evelyn had only one coherent thought left in her mind.
’Ah...’
She really... really wanted to kick him square in the balls...
’I hate you.’
Even though a volcanic eruption of rage was currently boiling just beneath the surface of her skin, Evelyn managed to catch herself.
Her stormy gray eyes flared with a pressurized intensity, but she forced her clenched jaw to relax.
The crushed unlit cigar in her hand was quietly tucked away into her pocket.
She took a slow, deep breath, smoothing out the front of her sleek dark tunic, and completely locked down the panicked aura of Evelyn, replacing it with the haughty untouchable confidence of Lord Sky.
She took a step forward, her boots clicking sharply against the stone as she marched directly past Silas, her shoulder brushing heavily against his.
"If you and I are going to have a talk about this," Evelyn muttered, her voice dropping into a low dangerous tone meant only for his ears. "come to my room later. We’ll make a proper date out of it."
Without waiting for his response, Evelyn stormed off down the corridor, the silver-haired Elm scurrying faithfully right behind her.
Silas stood on the Keep’s front steps, watching her retreating back until she completely disappeared around the corner.
An amused smirk tugged at the corner of his mouth.
He turned his head, looking down at the blue-haired royal woman standing beside him.
The Princess still had both hands clamped firmly over her mouth, her azure eyes wide with the lingering shock of her massive discovery.
"Princess," Silas said. "You are not to expose Evelyn’s identity to anyone. Understood?"
The Princess didn’t try to bargain and she didn’t ask for a favor in return.
She instantly dropped her hands and nodded her head with frantic obedience.
"My lips are entirely sealed, Lord Silas!" the Princess swore, crossing her heart with a delicate finger. "I swear upon my royal blood, Lord Sky’s identity is safe with me!"
"Good," Silas nodded, pushing open the heavy oak doors. "Come on inside. Let’s get out of this cold."
Silas, the Princess, and Aurelia stepped out of the freezing snowy courtyard and crossed the threshold into the main Living Room of the Keep.
The heavy doors clicked shut behind them, instantly cutting off the howling wind and replacing it with the warm crackling ambiance of the massive stone hearth blazing at the far end of the room.
But the comforting atmosphere was instantly shattered by the absurdity of the scene playing out in front of them.
Silas froze dead in his tracks.
"What the fuck is going on?" Silas whispered.
Lying completely sprawled out across the massive velvet-cushioned couch to their left was Morwenna.
The fierce Pirate Queen was unapologetically naked. Her tanned, athletic limbs were splayed in every direction, one leg hanging off the edge of the cushions, her chest rising and falling in a deep unconscious rhythm.
And directly across from her, occupying the opposite velvet couch, was Thor.
The literal Goddess of Thunder was in the exact same state.
She was completely nude, her breathtakingly muscular physique fully exposed to the warm air of the Keep.
Her divine weapon, Mjolnir, had been carelessly dropped onto the floor with its heavy Uru-metal head denting the polished oak floorboards.
Both women were dead to the world, snoring softly.
Before Silas could even process the nightmare of how Morwenna or even Thor... had ended up stripped and unconscious in the middle of the living room, a rustling sound caught his attention.
Crouching low behind a potted Spirit Fern near the edge of the couches was Eluned.
The Goddess was giggling silently to herself, her golden-green eyes sparkling with pure mischief.
Clutched firmly in her hands was a sleek camera, it was the same one as before.
Moving with the stealth of a highly trained assassin, Eluned slinked out from behind the fern.
She crept up right next to the unconscious naked Pirate Queen, holding the camera up and framing the perfect compromising shot.
CLICK-FLASH!
A blinding burst of white light illuminated the living room.
Morwenna let out a low irritated groan in her sleep, shifting her weight slightly, but she didn’t wake up.
The camera whirred mechanically, spitting out a freshly printed picture from its bottom slot.
Eluned snatched the photo from the air, letting out a high-pitched, victorious giggle, and instantly bolted for the central staircase with her bare feet slapping rapidly against the wood as she fled the crime scene before the Pirate Queen could wake up and murder her.
"Kekekekeke~"
The Princess and Aurelia stood completely frozen near the doorway, blinking in confusion.
"Lady Thor?!" the Princess suddenly gasped, completely ignoring the absurdity of the nudity as she rushed forward.
She dropped to her knees beside the Goddess of Thunder, reaching out with her small hands to shake Thor’s muscular bare shoulder. "Thor, you must wake up! You are exposed in the main hall!"
Thor didn’t even twitch. A small line of drool escaped the corner of the Thunder Goddess’s mouth as she continued to snore.
"It won’t work!" a sweet and incredibly cheerful voice chimed from above them.
SWOOSH!
Dropping directly from the second-floor balcony with the grace of a falling leaf, Aeli landed perfectly in the center of the living room.
The woman’s vibrant blond hair bounced around her shoulders, and her bright eyes were crinkled into a sweet smile.
"Aeli?" Silas asked, rubbing his temples. "Care to explain why I have two naked women passed out in my living room?"
"Oh, it’s simple, Lord Silas!" Aeli said, clasping her hands neatly behind her back. "They finished battling the first round where nobody won and then decided to walk around the Territory naked and then challenge themselves outside while naked!"
Aeli leaned forward, whispering conspiratorially as if sharing a fun secret.
"So... I spiked their post-battle protein shakes with a highly concentrated dose of Eluned’s special sleeping herbs! They crashed instantly! They are going to be knocked out cold for at least another six or seven hours... and I might have taken some weird ones too."
Silas visibly trembled.
The casual cheerful way Aeli admitted to effortlessly drugging a Pirate Queen and a literal Goddess of Thunder sent a sharp terrifying chill straight down his spine.
’This girl’s skills are far too advanced...’
She was becoming a second Eluned!
"Don’t worry, Lord Silas!" Aeli beamed, noticing his slight shudder.
She walked over, patting his arm affectionately. "I would never, ever drug you! Or any of our new friends, for that matter!"
Aeli turned her attention to the doorway, her bright eyes locking onto the serene form of Aurelia.
VUUUM!
In a fraction of a millisecond, Aeli vanished from Silas’s side and appeared directly behind Aurelia.
’And not to mention, she’s high too...’
She wrapped her arms around the Saintess’s waist in a tight affectionate hug, resting her chin on Aurelia’s shoulder.
"You must be the new girl!" Aeli chirped, ignoring the slight widening of Aurelia’s golden eyes at the speed of the movement. "Welcome properly to Blessed Land! We are going to be the best of friends!"
Aeli then spun around, pointing a finger directly at the blue-haired royal woman still kneeling next to Thor.
"And you too, Princess!" Aeli grinned. "Lord Silas reported you’re probably just a temporary guest until your kingdom is sorted out, but that doesn’t matter to me! As long as you are under this roof, we are all sisters! And as your new big sister, it is my duty to give you both the grand tour of the Keep!"
Aeli looked over her shoulder, batting her eyelashes innocently at Silas. "May I borrow them, my Lord?"
Silas let out a long, exhausted sigh, waving his hand in permission. "Go ahead, Aeli. Show them around."
"Yay!" Aeli cheered.
She grabbed Aurelia by the wrist, grabbed the Princess by the collar of her armor, and effortlessly dragged both of the bewildered women toward the central staircase.
Before she disappeared up the steps, Aeli paused, turning back to shoot Silas a slow wink.
’I’ve got them covered, Master... Enjoy yourself.’
Silas stared at the empty staircase as the giggling faded into the upper halls.
’That girl definitely needs a reward for her services later...’ Silas thought, shaking his head slowly. ’But as of right now, I just want to calm down and process today’s haul.’
The Keep was finally quiet, save for the crackling of the hearth and the deep synchronized snores of the two naked warriors.
Silas walked further into the living room, stopping between the two couches.
He looked down at Morwenna, her tanned skin glowing warmly in the firelight then, he slowly turned his head to look at Thor.
Silas was a Lord of immense willpower, but he was still a mortal man at his core.
And the sight of the Norse Goddess in all her unclad glory was staggering.
Her chest was massive, her waist carved with thick functional muscle, and her hips flared into incredibly soft sweeping curves that contrasted wildly with her terrifying strength.
’Her chest sure is big...’ Silas thought, his eyes tracing the divine architecture of her physique. ’And her body is undeniably curvy...’
He stared for exactly three seconds before forcing his gaze up to the ceiling.
