[Emergency Mode is being activated!]

The Prince struggled for a moment, then lowered her head, took a sheet of paper out of her pocket, and handed it over. "Here it is..."

Dong Jun’s fingertips had just brushed that paper when she tilted her head slightly.

All the ice contracted in an instant!

The Magic and power from Dong Jun suddenly reversed and flooded back!

Snowflake-like pupils and the clover froze together.

The Prince slammed the emergency escape button beside her again—after dragging it out this long, she finally managed to hit the button!

At the instant she separated from the Mirror Space, countless mirror surfaces shattered and the space began to collapse at high speed!

Then an Ice Dragon roared as it burst out from the broken space, lunging to bite her!

[Space jump preparations complete!]

"Transfer!"

In a one-second gap, at the moment the Ice Dragon bit down, the environment around the Prince shifted abruptly!

Jumping back into the Mirror Country’s space, the Prince crashed hard to the ground. The ice crust around her cracked off with a clatter, scattering everywhere. Shivering, she climbed up, and her hand instinctively went to her pocket, pulling out her marriage certificate.

Only after confirming nothing was wrong did she let out a small breath of relief.

If she lost this certificate, she’d have no way to keep using Si Motu, and the plan would be hard to push forward...

[A full lockdown of the Mirror Country is in progress. Current safety assessment: High.]

Slowly crawling up from the ground, the frozen Prince sneezed, then braced herself against a nearby mirror pillar and stood.

"Heh, Cyan Cloud Sect... Cyan Cloud Sect is nothing special after all."

The Prince drew in a breath. "I’ll make Si Motu understand who’s actually worth partnering with..."

[Warning: Part of His Highness the Prince’s brain has undergone an aberration. Cognitive impairment may occur. Please conduct more detailed examination and thorough elimination.]

"How long will it take?"

[Unknown.]

She took a deep breath. Even though it was now confirmed she’d been hit and her brain had mutated, she still carefully thought through the current situation.

"I did suffer a bit, but Cyan Cloud Sect overplaying their hand like this did let me glimpse some of the Old World’s ambition. Consider it a reminder..."

Whether they did it on purpose or by accident, for her and the Mirror Country it was a good thing.

After this it has to be purged and cleaned up; otherwise, her position being exposed would be way too dangerous.

"Initiate a complete lockdown of the Mirror Country and prepare to implant the Alice function for me."

[Warning: You are a non-combatant...]

"I already said, I’m going Full Bloom personally." The Prince leaned back against the mirror and sat down, staring at the crystal pillar opposite her where the crown was sealed. The mirror reflected her own disheveled image.

"I’m going to personally wipe out the traitors. While I’m running the screening, send the sixteen deployable Alices to several high-suspicion Old World zones to collect evidence."

[Acknowledged.]

"And send the current Old World intel to Si Motu..."

[Warning: Given the current potential brain aberration, please minimize additional commands. Otherwise you may already be under the opponent’s influence and stepping into a trap.]

For a split second she flared with anger, but the Prince forced it down at once.

"Retract the previous commands."

The Prince rubbed her own head.

"So annoying."

The Prince’s red pupils, blurred, reflected a clover, then added a shade of disgust. "Magic that can alter consciousness."

...

Inside the Mirror Space that had already collapsed.

Although the Prince had collapsed the entire Mirror Space the moment she left, at the central area there was still a frozen safe Domain that had never broken.

Bingtang looked at the surrounding space, frozen into mirror-like surfaces, then turned her head toward the Si Ye whose hand she was holding.

Si Ye opened her eyes and scratched her head, a little embarrassed. "Sister Bingtang, she shut her consciousness down. It seems I couldn’t affect her."

"You worked hard." Bingtang patted Si Ye’s head, not particularly surprised. "Looks like she does have some ability. No need to worry too much."

Si Ye nodded. "Her reactions were really fast, and her handling was good too. She’s a very capable big sister—it’s no wonder the Sect Master is willing to cooperate with her. But there was no need to come in person, right, Sister Bingtang..."

"You still have to see for yourself who the girl marrying the Sect Leader is." Bingtang gently twirled her umbrella, then led Si Ye slowly through the warped spatial passage. Around them it was like a transparent frost corridor, and Si Ye looked around, a bit curious.

She couldn’t help stretching out a hand to touch it; even frozen, the razor-sharp spatial fractures still slid across her fingertips.

Si Ye instantly grew teary-eyed, stuffing her finger into her mouth, but then, afraid Bingtang would notice, she secretly wiped her little pearl of a tear away.

Bingtang watched and chuckled softly, not scolding her. "On the other hand, what the Sect Leader is hoping for is a breakup of the marriage. If she’s unwilling, wouldn’t that let the Sect Leader down? We have to get that part ready for him."

"But with just this level of influence, I’m afraid it’ll be hard."

"It’s fine. His Highness the Prince’s current control over the Old World is insufficient. The Witch Association and most of the Old World in fact don’t want to see the New Witch Association and the Mirror Country join forces..."

Bingtang thought for a moment, then shook her head. "That still won’t affect her much. She’s a girl with a considerable amount of pride."

"Yeah." Si Ye nodded repeatedly and hid her injured hand behind her back. "The more arrogant someone is, the less they can accept being deceived..."

"So we can relax a little. As expected of the Sect Leader—he always picks the most suitable candidate."

Si Ye was just a bit regretful. "It’s a pity we couldn’t manage to turn that marriage certificate into an engagement contract in the end."
