Chapter 2091: Demon (I)

The Human King ignored Li Hao. There was only so much bickering with the young man he could take.

He was also running out of steam to trade verbal barbs with Li Hao because Chaos Sky was stronger than before. The longer they fought in his territory, the more valiant the man grew. Fang Ping’s life might be in danger soon!

Although he often suffered a beating, this was a rare occasion in which he couldn’t strike back at all. It was maddening!

He flicked a glance out of the corner of his eye at Li Hao. Although the young man roared with laughter and looked like he was having the time of his life, he’d sunk himself into difficult straits. Li Hao was also on the back foot in his fight against Long Zhan.

It was three against two, but they couldn’t do much against their two opponents.

As for reinforcements, forget it. It would be a stroke of luck if Withdrawal didn’t beat Ole Zhang’s group to death. Any support that came would be on Chaos Sky’s side, not theirs.

Another one of Chaos Sky’s punches broke some of the Human King’s bones.

“I’m going on the run soon if you still can’t take out Long Zhan!” Fang Ping roared. “I’m almost getting smashed to death here!”

Chaos Sky breathed out with relief. The Human King was ready to retreat. Although the latter was no match for him, he was too persistent. His maddened attacks rained down again and again, even when they only inflicted a tiny mark on Chaos Sky and worsened the Human King’s injuries.

The Human King was so worked up that it seemed like he wanted nothing more than to kill Chaos Sky!

It was a fight that gave Chaos Sky a headache.

By now, Li Hao was falling back on all fronts. However, his eyes brightened. It was about time!

You asked for all of this, Long Zhan. I will not erase the chaos race, but I’m afraid you guys will decline permanently.

The young man looked on with delight, despite Long Zhan bearing down on him. The dragon was about to fully suppress Li Hao, yet his heart missed a beat upon seeing the look in the young man’s eyes.

Of all of the overlords, Li Hao was the youngest. He wasn’t the strongest, and in fact, had been the weakest before this.

But this youngest and weakest cultivator had risen with extreme speed, eclipsing all of the old guys. Even someone with as much potential as the Human King was starting to be outstripped. This made for an opponent that Long Zhan didn’t dare underestimate.

The dragon wasn’t a thunder tribulation that was fixed in one place. Not to mention, did Li Hao even have sufficient energy of time left to use for such an endeavor?

“Are you trying to scare me?” Long Zhan asked frostily. Do you think I’ll believe you? You can’t get to me, Li Hao!

The more you are this way, the more determined I am to kill you. I didn’t want to do this, you forced me into it. You force everyone in existence to become your enemy.

“Who would be that bored to do so?” Li Hao murmured with a laugh. Why would I ever?

Long Zhan was showing his true colors as a chaos beast. He did well enough at tempering his body, but it was so strong that his brains hadn’t caught up.

More stars appeared around them, caging in the two combatants.

Although Long Zhan didn’t know what Li Hao had planned, he wouldn’t sit by and passively watch everything happen to him. Enormous claws materialized and clawed at the worlds. He popped the stars overhead one by one!

The immense world domains could be employed against other exalted emperors, but would be crushed by the dragon if used against the chaos beast.

I’ll make it impossible for your dao domain to form. You won’t be able to do anything to me then, no matter how many ideas you have!

Long Zhan’s sharp claws scored the void, breaking star after dao star.

Li Hao didn’t seem to mind.

The dragon’s thoughts couldn’t help but run wildly. Is he trying to wear me down?

Then Li Hao would be dreaming too big.

Long Zhan specialized in physical combat and gained his energy from his body. He didn’t actually consume that much dao strength. Compared to someone who relied on dao strength like Li Hao, the dragon was sure to overpower his opponent. He was also certain to win if the fighting dragged on.

But Long Zhan still didn’t understand. So what if order crafted these stars anew? What could they do?

He really didn’t get it...

Chaos Sky did, however. His expression shifted once more and he roared when Heaven’s Stratagem’s appeared. The man started drawing on the power of order pulsing in the environment!

The western region... damn it!

He fully comprehended why the madman had chosen the western region. He wants to steal the fruits of my labor, damn him!

I shouldn’t have tried to assimilate Li Hao with the Heaven’s Stratagem. I might’ve just handed everything over to him on a silver platter.

The young man had been immensely resistant toward order before, but now smiled radiantly. He no longer fought against the treasure, but fully embraced it.
