After the rider was killed, Silva pulled up his system screen and checked his stats.

"I think it's time you assign those free points," Zion said.

"Yeah," Silva replied and proceeded to assign twenty to each one.

He felt a wave of tiredness wash over him after he was done.

He stood there and looked into the void.

"How long will it take before I can awaken the first circle?" Silva asked.

"I'm guessing getting to level ten would be enough."

"Hmm, that's fine then," Silva replied. He sensed a figure in the distance of the Abyss headed their way.

"Something else is coming."

"And it doesn't seem to be weak," Zion added.

Silva got ready. He held his blade and prepared himself. When the being came within range, he immediately knew what rank of monster it was. It was an awakened Abyss monster.

It was a massive whale-like monster with a horn on its head, giant and grey in colour. It opened its mouth wide and began to suck everything that was around. Chunks of flying bodies were ripped apart and sucked into its mouth. They vanished the moment they hit the darkness of its mouth.

It did not stop there, as suddenly, the horn of the monster began glowing, charging up with energy.

"Shit, seems it's ready to attack."

Silva said. He got ready to tank the attack.

The whale unleashed the attack, and it ripped through the air fast, a dark purple bolt. Silva gritted his teeth and went with a slash. His blade cut right into the blast and managed to stop it. A massive explosion followed that caused the air to tremble.

"That actually packed a punch," Silva said. He did not feel it, though. Awakened monsters were now entering the realm of what he could deal with easily.

Seeing that the last attack did not work, the monster made a turn in the air and vanished into the Abyss, but Silva could still feel its energy around.

"Being sneaky?" Silva looked around. He could already sense where it was. Everything in the Abyss was feeling like an extension of him right now.

The monster burst out of the Abyss and rushed his way, but Silva was already prepared. He turned around and attacked with one slash. The black flame arc travelled through the air and slashed right into its face, leaving a very deep gash there.

Rawrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

The monster let out a resounding roar of pain and then shot toward Silva at full speed.

"It's not slowing down," Zion said.

"I can see that," Silva replied and raised his hand into the air. A fireball gathered above his hand and began to grow in size. Then it reduced and compressed itself before growing again.

"Fireball," he called out and hurled the ball at the monster. It spun through the air and slammed into the monster, knocking it back and causing a massive burn on its face.

"It might be an awakened monster, but it's definitely not strong compared to the last one I fought," Silva said.

As if hearing what Silva had said, the monster opened its mouth again, and its powerful suction began to pull hard on Silva and everything around him. It started pulling the planet apart as well as every floating body around it.

The monster consumed it all in an instant, and the horn on its head glowed more than it had ever glowed before.

"Shit, it's charged up even more."

The monster unleashed the attack. The blast ripped through the air, tearing through everything that was around in a spiderweb attack.

Silva dodged one after the other as they came like whips, managing to evade every one of them.

"Watch out!" Zion called out.

Silva turned to face the monster, only to get slammed in the chest with a blast that hurled him back several meters through the air until he used his wings to stop it.

"What the hell is that?" Zion said, looking at Silva's chest.

Silva looked down, and on his chest was a purple crack that was now spreading fast.

"Oh shit."

It did not take him long. All his minds analysed what was happening.

"The energy from that blast is built on destruction and still carries the property of destruction. The attack will keep breaking me apart until I do something about it."

"So what are you going to do?" Zion asked.

"First, I kill that monster," Silva said and then spread his wings. He shot down fast, the Abyss blade gathering flames and compressing them as fast as it could.

The monster attacked multiple times. Silva weaved in the air and dodged every attack fast. He got into the clear and, without hesitation, went with a powerful slash. The flame arc travelled through the air and slammed into the monster, slashing into its head and skull so deep that it screeched in pain.

It tried to recover and retreat as the pain from the attack grew, but Silva was already ready with the next attack.

"Void Slash."

Everything went black and then white. The slash ripped through the side of the monster down to its end and completely cleaved it in half.

He stood there and watched the body fall into the Abyss.

He looked at the crack on his chest, and it started fixing up.

"Seems that's the solution to it"

"Did you just kill an awakened Moby Dick by yourself?"

A voice came from behind Silva. He turned around to see who had spoken to him.

"You have to be kidding me," Silva commented as he saw who was there.
