Chapter 515 - 515: Summoning Crawler

Silva knew that he had to act somehow, and he had to act fast.

He covered his back with scales before her spear reached. Her spear stabbed into his back, and a massive explosion followed, throwing him forward, flipping through the air.

Silva transformed into his dragon form and turned in the air, a massive arch through the sky. It unleashed a massive stream of flames at her as she came toward him. She swung her spear down and cut through the flames. They pushed hard against each other, her spear against his flames.

Her blood-red energy wrapped around her spear, and she pressed down. The collision soon became explosive in the air, their energies colliding. The force continued to grow until one massive explosion ripped out. It pushed both of them back, but Silva refused to be pushed back for too long. He raised his head toward the sky, and his black flames began to gather, forming a massive ball of flames that grew and compressed, grew and compressed multiple times until it could no longer compress.

He swung his neck forward and unleashed the blast. It ripped through the air and headed toward her. She pointed her sword forward, and a compressed red blast ripped out of it and slammed into the ball of flames as it came closer. She poured more and more energy into it in massive bursts to ensure that she blocked it, but no matter how much she pushed back, the ball continued its journey, and soon it slammed into her, followed by a massive explosion that caused the sky to shake.

Silva transformed back into his human form, barely being able to keep himself floating because at this very moment, he was struggling to keep all his clones active, and they were all engaged in battles against the weeping angels.

"I can't keep this up. I'm stretched too thin," he muttered to himself.

"Do you see it now? The realization that your strength alone is not enough to stop what is to come? You are indeed stronger, Dark Dragon," Ragna said.

"But you are not enough."

Silva gritted his teeth, then he broke into a smile and then into a laugh.

"Hahahahahahahaha." He looked at her and then Ragna. "Maybe you two do not know the reason why I have done all what I have done to get to this point. I have done everything for the simple reason that I hated the fact that there was someone above me.

I'll never allow someone to stand above and look down at me, even if it kills me." His smile got wider, and he raised his hand into the air.

"You may be from the abyss, but my connection to it is great as well. Come forth, Crawler."

Those words left his mouth and reverberated through the air. It caused a tremble in the skies and caused the rift to shatter. The rift that had come and no one knew exactly how to stop, he had managed to stop it with a simple spell, a spell that consumed every last bit of divine energy that he had in his body.

"I have never used this spell with divine energy. It was already extremely destructive when it was only mana. I guess you all forced my hand."

In the sky, a massive black dot formed and began to grow in the sky. It blocked the sun and everything else behind it.

From this massive black dot came a drop, a black drop of liquid. It grew in size as it came out.

She looked at the drop, and immediately her expression changed. She knew what that was. She finally understood why Silva had called it a crawler.

She turned and looked at Silva. "How? How do you have control over it?" She yelled at him, wanting an answer.

"You are not the only one that has tools in her bags to be used," he replied and then faced Ragna.

"You've pushed me to the edge, I must admit, but it all ends now."

The drop fell from the dot in the sky and slammed into the ground like a massive splat. It stayed that way for a few seconds before it began to take its true form, growing in size until it was in its full-on calamity scale.

"Crawler, my calamity spell. I don't know how spells rank outside of my world, to be honest, but this was by far the strongest this world had ever seen, and I used it to end a war a while back."

The crawler stretched out its tongue and picked Silva, placing Silva on its back.

"Zion, use all my SP and purchase a spell strong enough to one-shot her," Silva muttered, and Zion immediately went for it.

She stared at Silva and his massive monster, and in a rage, she lunged at them fast, moving like the wind. She crossed the distance and tried to attack, only for all the mouths on the crawler to spew a black liquid. She dodged some, but a few managed to land on her, and what followed was a massive and gut-wrenching pain. She screamed from the bottom of her lungs. She had never felt that sort of pain before.

The crawler proceeded to wrap her with tongues and pull her in to end her. She gritted her teeth and began slashing through the tongues, only for another to come in and hold her, and then another and more.

Her rage grew until she emitted a massive blast from her body that absolutely destroyed all the tongues around her and rendered her free. She shot for Silva again, only to be faced with another barrage of attacks that began to melt her, and while she was facing that, Zion found one.
