RIIIIIIIP!

RIIIIIP!

RIIIIIP!

RIIIIIIP!

The sound of flesh violently tearing apart resounded a total of six times as four enormous arms brimming with an exceedingly dark aura ripped their way out from Arlo’s shoulders.

The monstrous arms immediately stretched toward the incoming palms.

The scene was like watching a single person attempting to stop a full-speed train with nothing but his bare hands.

And when the two forces finally collided,

KABBOOOOOOOM!

Another devastating explosion erupted through the night sky, its powerful shockwave sweeping across the smaller devils on the ground and reducing them to nothing but gore.

A massive mushroom cloud of dust rose into the sky from the clash of power, but it disappeared revealing the jaw-dropping scene beneath it.

A total of six titanic fists had been caught by the dark arms, despite those arms being less than one percent the size of the monstrous creatures they had stopped.

Through the eyes of the devils, one could see a faint glimmer of shock as the six-armed figure slowly raised his head, the smile on his face widening to its absolute limit.

"Interesting..."

SOOOOOOOOAR!

The sound of something violently tearing through the air resounded as the six devil giants were suddenly lifted into the sky by the tiny figure before being roughly flung away.

BAAAANG!

Blood splashed through the air as two hands clapped together against the head of another giant, causing it to explode in an instant.

In the next moment, the figure grabbed the leg of the now-headless titan and soared into the sky, chasing after the other falling titanic bodies as a dark blur zigzagged through the air.

BAAAAAAAANG!

BAAAAAAANG!

BAAAAAAANG!

BAAAAAAANG!

Crimson droplets rained down from the sky like rain, falling onto the devilish figure beneath.

The devils’ dumbfounded eyes remained locked onto the figure soaring downward before.

KABBOOOOOOOOOOOOM!

A mushroom cloud of dust rose into the sky as the enormous devilish body slammed violently into the ground, flattening every lesser devil beneath it into bloody paste and transforming the once-silent night into a scene that seemed to have borrowed a leaf straight from hell itself.

"Huuuuu..."

Arlo exhaled softly as his feet gently landed against the ground, the four dark arms attached to his body gradually fading away into dark mana particles as his former wild grin disappeared.

"That was quicker than I thought."

The voice belonged to none other than Arlo, whose eyes calmly scanned the bloody scene around him, completely unperturbed by the carnage.

[You have really grown, Arlo. Quite fast too.]

The System’s voice rang inside his head, causing Arlo to scoff.

"Stop sounding like a dying old man..."

Arlo replied before entering the nooks and crannies from which the monsters had emerged.

Each time he came back out, he carried a large pile of golden cards in his hands, which quickly disappeared into thin air as he stored them.

He repeated the process through every nook and cranny, searching for golden cards and immediately pouring everything he found into his spatial ring.

It saved him the trouble of carrying the cards around.

[Just a few weeks ago, you were scared to death and wanted to puke at the sight of headless figures but now look at what you have done with your own two hands.]

[A mini river of blood, gore, brain matter, body parts, crumbled bones, and internal organs.]

"You can’t compare the life of a man to that of a gnat..." Arlo replied with a shrug.

It was almost like comparing a battlefield filled with the worn-out corpses of humans to one filled with the crushed remains of countless ants.

Were those really comparable?

[Everything under the heavens is equal. Life is life. The life of a human and that of an ant are not different at all, and both hold the same immense weight!]

"Yep. That might be the greatest bullshit I’ve ever heard..." Arlo replied, continuing his work.

[But your fighting style is just as violent as the War Demon Stance...] the System complimented him, this time speaking seriously.

"I don’t have a fighting style. I simply fight as I see fit, doing whatever is required. You could say I adapt quickly to the tempo of battle and simply dance along with it."

"There is no such thing as me having a fighting style..." Arlo remarked, and that was truly how he felt whenever he fought.

He never really thought about what kind of punch or kick he should throw.

He simply followed the tempo of the battle, responding to every attack in the best and fastest way he could.

He genuinely didn’t believe he was using any sort of fighting style.

[Seems your years of practicing the War Demon Style still can’t be washed away. You’re still unconsciously using it.]

[That said, I have to say you’re becoming more familiar with your new skills.]

[Especially your Rakhasa’s Arms and that Piercing Needle you were taught by that girl.] the System said, and Arlo nodded in agreement.

Of course, he had made sure to test out his new skills the moment he arrived in this cold world.

He had learned about the new skills he had awakened, which were none other than Rakhasa’s Arms and Rakhasa’s Steps.

Each art focused on concentrating an extreme amount of mana through his arms and legs, transforming them into powerful destructive weapons.

That was how he had been able to crumble a devilish titan’s head with a single step and block the attacks of multiple titans using nothing but his arms.

After fighting for nearly three days, he had finally gotten the hang of them.

The same could be said for his ordinary mana manipulation technique, the Piercing Needle Technique.

He could now properly condense the technique, magnify it to whatever size he wanted, and even control the flow of mana through it.

Now, he could finally see the full power of the technique, and the same went for his true strength.

At this moment, there was no one Arlo believed could match him anywhere across this entire ground based on pure power.

Not that he had even reached his limit, since he had yet to find a reason to use his most decisive techniques, which were none other than the Infinity Joker skills.

"That said, it was mentioned that there would be a time difference, with days in the real world being reduced to mere hours here.

But I’m sure I’ve already spent close to three days in here, and it doesn’t seem like this will be ending anytime soon..."

[I’m sure the cards you’ve managed to secure should be more than enough for you to secure a win, right?] the System asked as Arlo’s eyebrows relaxed.

Indeed, for the past three days, he had been relentlessly grinding for golden cards after discovering that the more concentrated devils were within a particular area, the greater the probability of finding golden cards there.

Fighting through a horde of devils would have been impossible for any of the other students, but not for Arlo.

As a result, he had been able to secure a massive number of golden cards and should, without a doubt, currently possess the greatest number of cards.

"I can’t say for sure. There might be someone lucky who found a cave filled with those golden cards."

"Who knows? Until the very last second, I’ll keep hunting for golden cards relentlessly." Arlo mused to himself, preparing to leave the scene.

But suddenly, he turned his head toward a building where three figures could be seen standing, their hawk-like eyes locked directly onto him.

Seeing that they made no move and only continued staring at him, Arlo prepared to leave, to search for more cards.

But suddenly, the roof beneath the trio exploded into nothingness as all three figures shot through the air like bullets, crashing into the ground only a few meters away from him.

"Oh, Arlo..."

"Give us all your cards, now!"

"Huh?"

It came as more than a surprise to Arlo.

During his three days here, he had encountered countless other students like himself, but not a single one had shown any desire to take his cards.

They would meet briefly before quickly going their separate ways. After all, nobody really knew how strong the others were.

Instead of wasting precious time fighting each other, they simply went in search of more cards.

But now, there was actually someone going around ripping cards away from other students?

Judging by their expressions, it didn’t seem like this was their first time either. They had clearly been doing this for quite some time.

Three against one, of course they would be able to seize the cards of practically any student for themselves.

[First try saying you don’t have any cards. I don’t think they know about the storage rings.]

The system suggested.

"I have no cards with me," Arlo said, emptying his pockets as they scoffed.

"You’re an idiot. Aren’t you storing everything inside that storage ring of yours? Hand over the ring and we’ll leave you in one piece. Otherwise, I want to see how you’ll hunt for cards with broken limbs, and."

BAAANG!

A shockwave erupted from the point of impact as the ground beneath Arlo shattered into countless pieces.

He appeared directly in front of the male who had been speaking, then,

BOOOOOOOOOOOOM!

His punch smashed straight into the young man’s moving lips sending him flying into the distance.

All Aren saw was a fist rapidly enlarging before his eyes, and before he could even move a muscle, his head had already been violently jerked backward.
