Andrew’s eyes were engulfed by the orange energy completely as his form started changing.

The phenomenon was similar to when he changed into a lich with a burning head when he used the Green Fluid Flames. This time, however, the change wasn’t directly physical.

The same orange energy that was covering his eyes took a physical form and started materialising around him.

Slowly, as if pink petals of a cherry tree cascading down with spring breezes, orange wings slowly grew on his back.

A shadow resembling a reaper, a deadly hollow of a being that seemed more unholy than divine, covered his body first, and then it materialised around him in the same form, making him an orange reaper with orange wings holding an orange scythe that glared at the target with his orange eyes.

A supernatural strength filled his entire being, and at the same time, the unique crystal balls that were placed in the formation of the orthodox world tree connected themselves to his back, forming a sigil of true judgement.

-Ooooooooong!

A shield different from the mechanical ones from earlier formed around the group as the reaper took a step towards the center, shaking the entire world, the entire space around them as if his presence alone was an anomaly the nature tried to reject.

But, that was not going to work out.

[ "You steal a child?" ]

A voice much different from the voice of the divine, true and godLike by nature, but completely different from the voice the lowGod had, reverberated throughout the temple.

It shook the eyes present all around the pillars, visibly shaking the light in those eyes, a strange fear rising within them.

[ "That..." ]

They had recognised the Artifact.

[ "How do you have that?!" ]

They were angry, furious. The voice was trembling and there was a strange fear in that voice. When the rest of the people heard this voice, they did not feel the same discomfort that they had felt just a moment before.

The orange energy of the reaper, as if the light of the sun itself, was spreading throughout their bodies, calming their minds and bringing a unique peace to them.

They knew at that moment that they were not the weakest here. They knew that the ’being’ they thought to be superior and almighty, at the end of the day, was nothing in front of a stronger power.

The trembling voice made them hesitate for a moment, but then, they understood something deeper.

[ "You’re not supposed to have that!" ]

The voice was scared and angry at the same time. The pressure around them, unknown to them, had increased several folds.

They watched the orange reaper move, taking another step towards one of the eyes, but... the eyes that were scattered across the entire temple condensed into three eyes bigger and more suspicious than any of them.

[ "You cannot use that!" ]

The lowDivine protested, not knowing why the divine relic of the gods was in the hands of a human, why it was in the possession of some random boy, why this same boy was able to use the power that not even the gods were allowed to.

It scared God. And then, with a deeper focus, the god discovered something worse.

[ "Y-you..." ]

The voice trembled as a physical attack in the form of a golden fire started gathering around the three eyes.

They were trying to attack him, but at the same time, they were trying to understand something. Something that was not supposed to be possible.

[ "Heathen... you tainted the weapon!" ]

There power of the divinities was inherent, the holy powers were temporarily stored in a different part, there were several other powers derived from different gods, but, along with that, there was power of a demon’s spell, power of a spirit’s life, and an empty spot that contained residual powers of an angel.

The presence of any other power aside from the one inherently belonging to the dagger was a sin in itself, but the power of demons?

The lowGod was furious that a mere mortal was pissing at the long, revered history of the divinities that they take pride in.

It was infuriating to this one as it would be infuriating to any other ’god’ that stood apart from the rest of the world.

Still...

[ "What does it matter if there are different powers, huh?" ]

The orange reaper that moved one step at a time, slowly and gradually if to have been restricted by the powers of the divine, took a step that made him disappear completely.

[ "You never used it the way it wanted to be used. You never heard her cries, you never cared enough to talk with what your forefathers had created for your kind. Then... " ]

Reappearing right behind the lowGod, the reaper slashed his scythe, slicing all three of the golden balls of energy in half.

[ "What do you care about how someone she chose herself uses her, huh? Who even are you to decide the good and right for someone that stands far higher THAN YOU!" ]

The reaper lunged forward, getting in front of the three bigger eyes.

-Ooooooong!

A strange red energy gathered around the blade of the orange scythe this time while the three spheres of golden energy exploded before the divine eyes.

[ "You reap what you saw." ]

With his red energy on his scythe, the reaper moved his hand in a single, calm movement.

-Sling!

A red line was drawn in the space, time, and the very reality that had created this space.

[ "ARGHHHHHH...!" ]

[ "It’s pitiful that you can’t even rot in hell." ]

The red energy ate the three eyes, the red, green, blue space around them, as well as the tube that held their prince.

The god had failed to obtain the boy as well.

At the end, the only thing that this nameless god obtained from risking the anger of all the Pantheon, risking the eternal life that they may have obtained with countless sacrifices, was a meaningless death.

A death so meaningless that Andrew did not even store their [True energy] inside the red mark of his artifact.

Instead of utilizing all the power that accumulated in the surrounding space, all of the divinity of the divine, was focused on the orange rune circle that made him the reaper.

-Oooooooooooooong!

He absorbed all of the divinity of the divine being, absorbed all of the achievements that made them the divine being, extinguished their [True origin] in the process, and while doing so, they captured and stored the [HighEgo] of the divinity inside of his red dagger.

His wives were ready for the aftereffects so he did not worry about the aftermath. He focused on completely wiping out the divine being, seeing it almost like a grudge that he held against these entities, the grudge that he held against this world.

But, soon he was done.

And soon... it was time for him to pay for using what he truly, genuinely, should not.
