Bryce Walyon and his wife, along with Old Master Walyon, had already walked far away. Summer Sutton stood in place, unable to regain her composure for a long time.

However, Old Master Walyon had told her that Watt Bennet was fine. Knowing just this, Summer Sutton felt relieved.

What had happened wasn’t important to her; as long as Watt Bennet was okay, that was enough.

Without lingering at the hospital, Summer Sutton turned and headed towards the taxi stand.

When she returned to Scenic Garden, night had just fallen. The entire villa was lit up, and it seemed Watt Bennet had already come back.

Summer Sutton slowly walked into the house, her gaze sweeping around the living room. She found no one, and then looked up towards the floor above.

As her eyes scanned past, Watt Bennet happened to walk out of the hallway.

Their eyes met, and Summer Sutton quietly looked at him. She didn’t tell him she waited for him all night last night, nor did she blame him for leaving without a word, making her worry for so long.

She simply looked at him this way, staring at him for quite a while, then walked a few steps up the spiral staircase, opened her arms, and gently hugged him.

Watt Bennet froze for a moment, lowering his eyes to look at her in his arms, noticing her unchanged clothes from yesterday; he understood a bit.

He lifted his arm to embrace her back, and without waiting for Summer Sutton to ask, he earnestly said, "If something like this happens again, I’ll let you know first."

Summer Sutton buried her face in his chest, gently murmuring, "Mm."

Watt Bennet picked her up horizontally and carried her towards the bedroom upstairs. "Have a good sleep, and when you wake up tomorrow, everything will be fine."

The two quietly walked upstairs without saying anything else; Summer Sutton didn’t even ask what had happened to him at the hospital.

She thought if Watt Bennet wanted to tell her, he would do so without her needing to ask.

If he didn’t want to talk, it would be meaningless no matter how much she asked.

Not thinking about it anymore, after returning to the room, Summer Sutton fell into a deep sleep.
