Samsara Tower: Only I Know the Plot!
Chapter 467 466: Get the World! Jade Capital – Power Center
In the vast conference hall, Jadeveil Nation's top officials were flushed with excitement.
The cause of their joy was clear: in tonight's "War of the Century," Shura and Vivienne had led their forces to a decisive victory.
Not only had they thwarted Adam's conspiracy, but they had also driven Uvall—the bane of all humanity—back into Hell.
It was nothing short of a complete triumph.
At that moment, the door opened.
The Secretary-General entered and reported to the Supreme Leader:
"Chief, just now Natsikzebu, Bytin, and the Mistvale Kingdom have all sent congratulatory messages regarding our great victory. Their prime ministers have also expressed the intention to visit soon.
In addition, other nations have proposed deepening cooperation with us to strengthen bilateral trade."
The officials burst into laughter.
"Hmph, these opportunists do react quickly!" an elder chuckled.
"Indeed. When it comes to turning with the wind, they're second to none."
"Haha! At last, we can breathe freely again!"
The room hummed with satisfied chatter.
The Supreme Leader exhaled smoke from his cigarette and spoke solemnly:
"This is the sorrow of small nations. Unable to control their own destiny, they cling to whichever power is strongest. Their life and death rest in others' hands.
Let this be a warning to us. We must remain vigilant and continue to advance. Only then can we truly stand tall."
The words were heartfelt, not empty preaching, and every leader present nodded in agreement.
The smaller nations' desperate actions tonight had proven the truth of it.
The Supreme Leader stubbed out his cigarette.
"This time, Shura and Vivienne are our greatest heroes. The other Samsaras also contributed much. They must all be properly rewarded. A charter should be drafted immediately."
"Chief," said the head of the National Academy Office, "a concrete reward plan will be prepared before dawn."
The Supreme Leader nodded.
"There is another matter.
Regarding Shura's destruction of the Thousand Lanterns Island Nation, our education and intelligence departments must closely monitor domestic and foreign public opinion. We cannot allow malicious actors to twist this into slander.
Shura was right—Uvall was humanity's scourge. To eliminate him, sacrifices were unavoidable.
This is the sacrifice of the few for the sake of the many."
His tone left no room for dispute.
The leaders nodded and made notes of his directive.
The Supreme Leader's voice hardened.
"One last matter—and the most important.
The remnants of the Armand Family fled into the Cindralock Dominion. Contact them immediately and demand their extradition. Shura is our hero. They must provide a satisfactory explanation."
No one objected to labeling the Armand Family "remnants."
After tonight, everyone could see how vital Shura was to the country.
If Shura were to become dissatisfied and be courted by foreign powers, it wouldn't just be a loss for Jadeveil—it would be a national catastrophe.
"Chief, what if the Dominion refuses to cooperate?" one official asked cautiously.
The Supreme Leader's eyes glinted as he smiled thinly.
"Refuse? I recall Adam telling Uvall he planned to divide the world between them. Leak that footage as a video, and the Dominion will have no choice but to cooperate."
It was a brilliant trap—driving a wedge between Adam and the Dominion.
After all, when Adam spoke so arrogantly, he had been certain of victory. He never imagined he'd be defeated by Shura.
Now those words would come back to haunt him.
The Dominion, and every Western nation, would be unwilling to tolerate Adam as ruler of their lands.
Everyone in the room was quick to grasp the meaning. Their eyes lit up.
From this moment forward, peace between Adam and the Dominion would be impossible. At best, they would maintain a brittle alliance—while secretly guarding against each other.

Cindralock Dominion – Pentagon
The atmosphere inside the colossal conference room was heavy and suffocating.
No one spoke.
Since Adam's crushing defeat, silence had become the norm.
The image of Shura's destructive power—obliterating an entire country—had left even the most hardened generals pale. To think such a monster now stood in the enemy camp was intolerable.
Just then, the door opened.
The President's secretary hurried in, leaned down, and whispered a few words.
The President frowned, then addressed the room:
"Everyone, I have just confirmed—Will… Adam… is alive. He is resting in his private villa."
Relief rippled across the chamber.
"Thank God! It's enough that he survived."
"Yes, against that Shura monster, only Will can possibly stand a chance."
"As long as Will remains, Jadeveil's victory shouldn't trouble us too much."
The Secretary of Defense cut in coldly.
"Gentlemen, have you forgotten Will's ambition?"
The relief turned to unease.
Indeed.
Adam had made a pact with Hell itself, promising to divide the world with Uvall.
That ambition threatened not just the global order, but the Dominion's very existence.
Had he not failed tonight, his prestige and strength—combined with his influence within the Dominion—might have allowed him to seize control of the entire Western world.
In truth, perhaps it wasn't such a blessing that Adam had returned alive.
The room fell silent once again.
Finally, the President broke the tension.
"Jadeveil has just sent an official request. They demand the immediate extradition of all surviving members of the Armand Family. I want your opinions."
For a time, no one spoke. Then one senior member raised his hand.
"I agree, Mr. President. Perhaps it is time we reconsider our stance toward Jadeveil. Cooperation may serve us better now."
"I agree."
"I agree."
One by one, the voices joined in assent.
