Chapter 273: Chapter 138: The Might of the Three Judges. (Part 1)
Carrying a destructive force capable of tearing apart mountains, the Celestial Fierce Star, Wyvern Rhadamanthys, threw punch after punch at Aiolia and Shura!
"Greatest Caution!"
Thrusting both palms forward, he unleashed a devastating wave of dark purple energy that violently collided with Aiolia’s Lightning Plasma.
Golden light and dark purple energy entangled and detonated in mid-air. The resulting shockwave acted like a massive, invisible hand, plowing several trenches meters deep into the surrounding rocky ground.
Aiolia was forced back continuously, his feet dragging two long trails across the earth. For the first time, microscopic cracks actually appeared on the shoulder armor of his Leo Cloth!
Shura’s Excalibur flashed with a cold light. Every slash carried an edge sharp enough to cut through space itself, yet it could only leave white scratch marks on Rhadamanthys’s Surplice.
The Surplice, fortified with fragments of the Wailing Wall, was far sturdier than anyone had imagined.
The figure of the Celestial Heroic Star, Garuda Aiacos, blurred into a series of afterimages in the air, his speed breaking past the limits of human sight.
His ultimate technique, Garuda Flap, was suddenly unleashed. The immense force hurled both Aphrodite and Camus high into the air simultaneously.
Aiacos calmly stepped into position directly below them, tracing an icy cross in the air before him. His tone brimmed with murderous intent.
"This place will be your grave!"
Boom! Boom!
With two deafening crashes, Aphrodite and Camus plummeted heavily to the ground, kicking up a massive cloud of dust.
But what made Aiacos’s gaze darken was that the two men actually struggled up from the rubble. Although Camus’s Gold Cloth was heavily damaged, the fighting spirit in his eyes remained entirely unextinguished!
Camus gritted his teeth and clenched his fists.
"Alex, I absolutely must return to the Sanctuary alive and take back the Aquarius Cloth from your hands!"
"Ahhhh!"
Camus’s Cosmo flared up higher than ever before!
The intensity of his freezing air surged exponentially, becoming so fierce that even Aiacos was forced to temporarily evade its sharp edge!
The Celestial Noble Star, Griffon Minos’s Cosmic Marionation snaked out like an invisible viper, accurately entangling toward Mu and Aldebaran.
Mu hastily deployed his Crystal Wall, but it was instantly covered in cracks under the pulling force of the marionette threads. His psychokinesis and the threads engaged in a fierce tug-of-war in mid-air, emitting an ear-piercing sound like grinding metal.
Aldebaran’s Great Horn blasted forth with the force of a landslide and shattering earth. The golden wave of energy bore down on Minos, but was blocked by a simple raise of the opponent’s hand.
A layer of black light rippled across the surface of the Surplice. The energy wave instantly dissipated upon hitting the light film, failing to cause any damage whatsoever.
Hades’ Barrier continued to relentlessly drain the Gold Saints’ strength. Every breath felt as though an invisible force was siphoning away their life force.
Meanwhile, bolstered by the barrier, the Three Judges seemed utterly tireless. Their offensive waves grew stronger with each assault, and they coordinated so seamlessly that they fought as one.
The Gold Saints were locked in a bitter struggle, unable to advance a single inch. Let alone destroying the core of Hades Castle, even getting close to the walls of the black fortress had become extraordinarily difficult.
Saga and Shaka remained hidden behind the woods a short distance away. Both of them maintained calm expressions, showing absolutely no sign of stepping in.
The current situation had not yet reached the critical juncture Alex had mentioned. Even though the other Saints were locked in a bitter battle, their own mission was far more daunting than everyone else’s.
They were slated to face the Gods of Death and Sleep—two true deities. Any rash action could cause the entire plan to fail completely.
’Wait a little longer... it isn’t time yet!’
Just as the battle at Hades Castle fell into a stalemate, the space above the Sanctuary suddenly underwent violent fluctuations.
Like a massive boulder thrown into a calm lake, ripples expanded outward, accompanied by the ear-piercing sound of tearing space.
