Chapter 271: Chapter 137: The Battle Begins, Three-Pronged Advance! (Part 1)

Before the echoes of his voice faded, the Three Judges led the Specter legion, surging out from beneath the earth like a pitch-black undercurrent. Under the protection of Hades’ barrier, they were immortal beings, more than capable of crushing anyone who stood in their way.

Meanwhile, the Gold Saints pierced through the shattered Dream Barrier and finally arrived at the last line of defense for Hades Castle: the Hades Barrier.

This layer of the barrier felt like the Underworld itself, exuding an absolute, oppressive might. The air here was frozen, and even light was devoured.

The massive black castle stood tall in the darkness like a dormant monster. Strangely, upon arriving here, the Underworld soldiers had vanished without a trace.

The Gold Saints wore solemn expressions. They could clearly sense the dark power skyrocketing from within Hades Castle, a force that far surpassed any enemy they had encountered before.

Aiolia clenched his fists tightly, his Leo Cosmo forming a roaring lion behind him. He spoke in a deep voice, "Everyone, be careful! The real battle starts now!"

Boom! Boom! Boom!

Three terrifying auras suddenly descended, blocking their path before the barrier.

Rhadamanthys, Minos, and Aiacos—the Three Judges of the Underworld—stood with their arms crossed, staring coldly at the Gold Saints with eyes full of contempt.

Minos slowly spoke, his voice carrying unquestionable authority. "Audacious fools, daring to trespass into our Lord’s divine domain! It seems you are truly in a rush to throw your lives away."

Behind them, the massive army of Specters swarmed out.

Even Shura and Aiolia couldn’t help but breathe a little heavier. It was six against one hundred and eight!

Fortunately, the arrogant Three Judges didn’t think much of them at all.

Aiacos turned to the Specters behind him and issued an order. "Leave this place to us. Terrestrial Oddity Star, Terrestrial Hidden Star, lead the Terrestrial-tier legion to deal with those Bronze brats. The remaining Celestial-tier Specters, head to the Sanctuary and assassinate Athena!"

"Hehehe! Assassinate Athena?"

"Leave it to us, Lord Aiacos! We will definitely bring you Athena’s head!"

The Specters roared with twisted excitement. Their bodies contorted into black shadows and instantly vanished before the Gold Saints’ eyes, shooting into the sky and speeding off in the direction of the Sanctuary.

To the surprise of the Three Judges, the Gold Saints showed absolutely no anxiety about Athena being attacked. Instead, mocking smiles appeared on each of their faces.

Aiacos couldn’t help but frown in confusion. "Are you not worried? The Gold Saints have deployed in full force, leaving Athena completely unguarded. Are you not afraid she will die at the hands of Specters?"

Aldebaran couldn’t hold back a chuckle, his Taurus Gold Cloth radiating a golden light. "It seems you just woke up from your slumber and still haven’t figured out the situation. The current Sanctuary isn’t a place you can just barge into whenever you please!"

Shura abruptly unleashed his Excalibur. Golden sword aura shot straight toward Aiacos as he shouted sternly, "Aldebaran, the more you speak, the more you reveal! Taking them out quickly and destroying Hades Castle is our primary objective!"

The cold light of Excalibur sliced through the darkness, and the battle between the Gold Saints and the Three Judges of the Underworld erupted in an instant!

...

At the summit of the Sacred Mountain, Athena had appeared behind Alex at some point.

She gazed in the direction of Hades Castle, her violet eyes filled with worry. Her hands unconsciously clenched the hem of her dress.

"Alex, all of Hades’ Specters have awakened. Are Seiya and the others... really going to be alright?"

The corners of Alex’s mouth curled up slightly. His gaze pierced through space, as if he could see the fierce battle raging at Hades Castle.
