Chapter 229: Chapter 115: Aquarius Cloth Evolution, DC Universe! (Part 1)

There were no earth-shattering explosions, only a suffocating silence.

The world-destroying orb of thunder, compressed to its absolute limit like the core of a collapsing star, was surrounded by near pitch-black, deep purple lightning as it silently penetrated the atmosphere of the Precursor planet.

The viscous organic cloud layer instantly vaporized upon contact with the lightning, leaving not even a wisp of white smoke behind.

Immediately after, it crashed into the planet’s surface. Plunging into the biomass crust—which was several times thicker than Earth’s—was like a hot knife slicing through butter. Without any resistance, it dove straight toward the planet’s core.

Time seemed to freeze at this moment. Floating in the void of the universe, Alex’s black eyes calmly watched the alien planet below, the residual lightning on his fingertips still faintly dancing.

In the next second, a silent tremor emanated from the depths of the Precursor planet’s core. Following that, the entire planet burst open from the inside out, like a punctured pustule!

All geological structures, biological tissues, and energy fields... before the power of thunder that surpassed the limits of their comprehension, were completely crushed! Disintegrated! Annihilated!

The purple lightning net wildly leaped among the planetary wreckage like a spider web. Every arc of lightning accurately swept across every fragment, ensuring that not a single piece of matter capable of harboring life survived. Even micrometer-sized cell fragments were reduced to nothingness within the lightning.

This terrifying lightning flooded the entire star system!

The massive planet instantly collapsed and was destroyed. Countless rays of destructive light spewed forth from underground!

Boom!

As the planet split apart, the radiance of that instant was far more dazzling than the simultaneous eruption of a thousand suns!

A few minutes later, the entire Precursor civilization, along with the alien homeworld where they had reproduced for generations, was completely erased from the cosmic macrocosm by Alex’s single strike.

All that remained was a field of planetary wreckage composed of high-temperature particle streams and spatial ripples.

Alex stood in the void, the hem of his white clothes fluttering gently in the particle stream.

He looked apathetically at this scene of destruction, his heart completely undisturbed.

To this universe, the existence of the Precursor civilization was nothing more than a parasitic tumor. Now that it was completely eradicated, he was merely acting in accordance with the will of the world.

"Return."

He spoke softly. Though his voice could not travel in a vacuum, it triggered the fluctuation of spatial traversal. In the next second, Alex’s figure disappeared from amidst the cosmic ruins.

The Kaijus on Earth instantly ceased all activity. As a hive-mind species, the death of their mother nest immediately stripped them of any purpose to live.

Tendo Choi slowly fell to his knees. From the moment that young man appeared until the Kaijus stopped moving, only half an hour had passed.

At this moment, his outlook on life, his worldview, and his values were completely reshaped.

He began to believe that the ultimate end of science is theology!

...

At the entrance to the Abyss of Tartarus, Alex held the newly acquired Origin Crystal in his hand.

The crystal was a transparent silver-gray. Inside, it looked as if countless tiny stars were circulating, emitting a pure and powerful force of rule correction.

Alex’s gaze fell upon the Aquarius Divine Cloth floating before him. The Divine Cloth seemed to be cheering and leaping for joy, excited at the prospect of finally being able to conquer everything alongside Alex.

"It’s time to take you out to see the world, my friend!"

Alex couldn’t help but feel a twinge of guilt. Despite being his natal Cloth, it was actually the third one to be liberated.

However, a good meal is worth the wait. Hesitating no longer, he pressed the obtained Origin Crystal against the core of the Aquarius Cloth—the blue gemstone representing the will of eternal freezing!

Hum!

An indescribably dazzling golden light erupted instantly, flooding the entire karst cave.

The silver-gray light of the Origin fiercely mingled, collided, and fused with the Aquarius Cloth’s inherent golden and blue radiance!

The Cloth seemed to come alive, emitting a joyful hum.

Its original pale blue ice crystal patterns were bestowed with a deep, nebula-like silver-gray undertone. Faint, deep purple lightning patterns representing the Thunder of Chaos danced and circulated along the edges.

The original crystal light spots seemed to have truly transformed into stars—deep, vast, and carrying a sense of profound weight.

The four holy bands of light on its back became entwined with a trace of purple electric brilliance originating from the World-Destroying Divine Thunder, appearing even more majestic, mysterious, and lethal.

The Cloth’s form also underwent subtle adjustments. The lines of the shoulder plates became sharper and more streamlined, resembling the wingspan of a cosmic starship, with runes of ice and thunder faintly inscribed upon them.

A divine artifact that transcended the original rules of the Saint Seiya world—one that belonged entirely and exclusively to Alex himself—was being born!
