Chapter 180: Chapter 90: Superman, Sentry, Kakarot! (Part 2)

"Of course. Look at the three of us. Before joining the organization, we were all Reincarnators struggling bitterly in the [Reincarnation World]. Now, we have money, beautiful women, and status in our respective worlds, living the exact lives we want."

He extended his arm toward Alex, inviting him sincerely.

"Come, become one of us, and you will know what it truly means to live like a god!"

Alex said flatly, "I am a Hunter. Can I join you too?"

"Of course. Don’t you know that the first-generation Hunter..."

Sentry was just about to continue the sentence when Kakarot sharply interrupted him.

"Shut up!"

Kakarot’s hair color instantly turned a dazzling golden yellow. A majestic aura erupted around him, causing even the vacuum of space to ripple. His eyes transformed into a profound sea-blue as he stared intently at Alex.

"You have asked enough. Now give me an answer: yes or no!"

Alex sneered.

"Actually, I have no prejudice against your so-called Pantheon. But do the few of you really deserve the identity of Children of Destiny?"

He shook his head.

"I am deeply concerned about the future of your worlds!"

The worlds of these three Reincarnators were fraught with crises.

With the mentality of these three imposters alone, it was absolutely impossible for them to lead their worlds out of danger.

However, this was fine as well. It gave Alex plenty of opportunities in the future to harvest Divinity and Origin Crystals.

"It seems you have chosen a path to your own death!"

Kakarot said no more, waving his hand and ordering coldly, "Kill him!"

Before his voice even faded, Superman had already transformed into a streak of red light, charging straight at Alex!

His acceleration came without warning. The crimson cape trailed behind him like a burning ribbon, and the muscles beneath his blue suit bulged as if forged from steel. Every inch of his physique contained the terrifying power to shatter stars.

His figure blurred in an instant, his pure speed exceeding the perceptive limits of all mortal beings. The kinetic energy he carried was like an out-of-control supernova. Wherever he passed, the ice rocks in the void were silently ground into powder, and a deep trench was torn through space, with debris and ice instantly vaporizing under the ultra-high-speed impact.

Alex lowered his eyelids slightly, seemingly completely unbothered by this world-destroying charge.

Just at the very moment when the iron fist, containing planet-destroying power, was about to strike his face, Alex’s body swayed gently like an illusion in water.

This was not teleportation, but a subtle shift that surpassed the limits of vision, accurately evading Superman’s iron fist.

Boom!

Superman’s lethal punch, powerful enough to shatter continental plates, smashed viciously into the empty space where Alex had just been.

A terrifying shockwave of energy abruptly erupted, slamming down like an invisible giant hammer. The moon’s crust behind Alex was instantly ripped open, blasting out a massive crater over a thousand meters in diameter!

The frozen fragments of Adam and the wreckage of the Tree of Life were blown away by the shockwave, shooting deep into the cosmos like cannonballs.

The shockwave swept over the frozen lunar soil, and web-like fissures spread rapidly. The already shattered moon let out a pained groan from this missed strike.

Kakarot and Sentry floated in the distance. Golden light and a dark blue energy field circulated around them, effortlessly blocking the shattered ice flying past them like bullets.

"How is that possible?"

A flash of disbelieving shock crossed Superman’s eyes.

His space-tearing punch had actually missed?

In his understanding, unless the opponent possessed speeds approaching the speed of light or a teleportation-type ability, it was absolutely impossible to dodge.

What fueled his anger even more was Alex’s calm and breezy demeanor, clearly showing he didn’t take him seriously at all!

In his world, he was a hero revered by the masses, his every move drawing countless eyes.

Fury and an even more blazing battle intent surged instantly. His eyes turned blood-red, and two beams of high-energy crimson heat vision, capable of melting even vibranium, erupted from his eyes.

The beams, capable of melting through the Earth’s core. Carrying a temperature that scorched space itself, they fired in a crisscross pattern toward Alex, sealing off all avenues of escape.

Alex’s eyes were cold. Facing the lethal, crisscrossing beams, he neither dodged nor defended.

He slowly extended a single finger. There was no dazzling light at his fingertip, nor any surging, majestic energy. There was only a layer of ice-blue coldness, thin as a cicada’s wing and refined to the absolute extreme.

That was the power to freeze all things and return everything to utter silence, the ultimate technique of Aquarius, Absolute Zero!
