Irnina did not immediately respond to her former rival's direct and formal demand. The young woman with the horn stared intently at the sheer confidence with which Lise hovered before her in the air.

The wind dragon's posture was extremely relaxed and completely lacked any hostile intent. Irnina quickly noted that Lise had no intentions of fighting her at that moment.

Her intention in flying alone over Demon King Rohan's dangerous territory was purely diplomatic and strictly business.

"Alright, follow me."

Irnina replied in a much calmer and more calculating tone of voice. She didn't have any real intention of starting a fight in the skies of her own nation over a simple misunderstanding either.

Although her behavior was usually highly defiant and exasperating due to her deep confidence in her own abilities, Ryan's immense fame had spread throughout the world in recent days.

There was absolutely no way that Irnina, the powerful fire dragon, didn't know who the new ruler of the North was. She kept that very much in mind when evaluating the situation unfolding before her eyes.

Irnina understood perfectly well that if Lise was there, completely alone and without an army backing her, it was definitely not to blindly attack or cause havoc in the capital.

While it is very true that if a master orders total destruction from their dragon, the beast will do so without hesitation even if they die in the process, the known actions of the human Ryan demonstrated something very different from sheer brutality.

His new reputation on the continent made it very clear that he wouldn't do something as stupid or reckless as launching an unprovoked suicide attack. Irnina was fully aware of the high intelligence of this new demon king.

And for that exact reason, without arguing another word, Irnina accepted Lise's unusual request. The fire dragon turned around in the air and began flying toward the massive mountain.

Lise followed her closely, maintaining a safe distance as they ascended quickly through the dark sky. Irnina guided her straight to Demon King Rohan's imposing castle.

The massive castle was located at the very peak of the immense mountain. The millennial structure far surpassed the natural limit of the thick gray clouds covering the territory's sky.

As they approached the peak, Lise noticed a completely stormy and chaotic weather pattern covering the castle's exterior. That immense storm of red lightning and fierce winds hid the fortress from the sight of anyone looking from afar on the land or in the sky.

And Lise knew it wasn't something formed naturally by the mountainous region's climate. Being an absolute master of air currents, Lise immediately deduced that all this immense atmospheric chaos was pure concentrated magical power.

It was a massive defensive barrier meticulously designed to annihilate aerial intruders attempting a surprise assault. Upon crossing that dense, violent stormy energy by following Irnina's safe path, the true form of the fortress became visible.

The castle was brightly illuminated by large torches of magical fire that burned eternally. For Lise, crossing that fierce barrier of storm clouds was exactly like entering a completely different dimension.

Irnina guided Lise through the broad airspace of the massive walled enclosure toward the lower section. Both women landed very softly in an enormous and extremely wide inner courtyard. This specific place did not have a polished stone floor.

The ground was just dark, heavily churned dirt, full of large craters and claw marks. It was terrain designed to be purely functional, looking visually very similar to a rugged military training ground.

And in the four corners of that huge dirt plot, immense reinforced iron cages rose toward the sky. Those heavy dark metal structures served directly as stables for the fearsome flying beasts of Rohan's army.

Lise observed her surroundings with her sharp dragon sight as she walked calmly behind Irnina. At least thirty-two of those large cages contained fierce red and black-scaled wyverns inside.

The massive winged beasts growled aggressively and shifted restlessly behind the bars, sensing the overwhelming presence of two true dragons walking so close. Another twenty-four iron cages were completely empty at that precise moment.

There were hundreds of strong demon soldiers scattered throughout the massive training area. The magical ranks of those warriors ranged from common Principalities to the dangerous elite Infernals of the nation.

They all stopped their rigorous physical and magical training the instant they saw the black-and-white-haired intruder drop from the sky. The fierce warriors couldn't take their eyes off Lise as she walked through their territory with such calm and unwavering confidence.

But Irnina completely ignored all the curious and hostile stares from the soldiers around them to avoid any kind of altercation. They continued walking at a very steady pace until they reached the gigantic main entrance leading into the castle's interior.

In the distance, just before crossing the grand threshold, the loud, raspy voice of one of the infernal soldiers could be heard. The demon was shouting loudly at his brother-in-arms, who had been left behind in the huge dirt courtyard.

"Pay me already, you lost the stupid bet. I told you very clearly that the intruder in the sky couldn't be the beast Janina."

The burly demon soldier shouted in a very hoarse voice filled with loud mockery.

"Yeah, yeah, damn it, you won this time. Here's your filthy payment, take it and leave me alone once and for all."

The other demon soldier replied with extreme annoyance in his tone as he rummaged through his pockets.

Irnina paid no attention whatsoever to the absurd bets of the outer courtyard guards. She kept walking at a very steady and fast pace through the wide castle corridors, which were fully lit by large fire torches.

Lise followed her closely without saying a single word during the long journey through the labyrinthine hallways. Out of pure caution, she carefully memorized every turn, every carved door, and every small architectural detail of the enemy castle.

Finally, after walking for several minutes in total silence, they reached the end of an exceptionally wide and tall corridor. The massive entrance was guarded directly by two gigantic Abyssal-rank demons, beings of monstrous power and size.

The immense, hidden-faced guards wore heavy dark armor that covered their entire bodies and wielded enormous battle axes in their giant hands. When Irnina approached within a few meters, they reacted instantly to the dragon's presence.

They opened the massive double doors of cast iron with a loud, heavy metallic creak. The two giants cleared the way without asking any stupid questions.

Then they returned to their rigid, original guard stance, staring straight ahead without paying any further attention to the two female dragons passing in front of them. Irnina walked right between the two gigantic guards and entered the huge, luxurious main hall.

It was Demon King Rohan's majestic throne room, the heart of the entire Ignis Nation. The imposing ruler sat in absolute silence on his massive throne, carved directly from a single block of volcanic rock.

Rohan was an extremely tall demon, possessing highly defined musculature that deeply intimidated anyone who looked him head-on. He had intense red hair, worn very long and carefully tied into a tight ponytail at the nape of his neck.

Rohan wore heavy, completely black, light-absorbing armor, richly decorated with intricate and beautiful silver ornaments. Standing just to the left of the feared demon king's grand throne was a supremely beautiful and imposing woman.

She had an exaggeratedly sexy figure perfectly accentuated by her elegant, daringly form-fitting clothes. Her silky hair was also a vivid red and extremely long, cascading gracefully down her delicate back like a waterfall of fresh blood.

She had deep ruby-red eyes and a piercing gaze that seemed to evaluate and judge the very souls of those present in the room. She was Flare, the famous and feared demon queen, also known worldwide as the Fire Empress.

She was Rohan's legitimate wife and one of the most respected and deadly magical figures in the entire grand Ignis Nation. Irnina approached with slow, very confident steps until she stood exactly in the center of the great throne room.

The powerful fire dragon bowed forward with deep formal respect before her supreme leaders.

"Your Majesties."

Irnina said, bowing deeply to the two monarchs waiting patiently before her. She kept her head lowered for a few seconds before continuing with her quick border security report.

"The intruder who breached the aerial perimeter was Lise, the wind dragon of the North."

Irnina slowly stepped aside to allow the demon kings to see the foreign guest with total and absolute clarity.

"And she comes completely alone."

Lise walked forward with great elegance and pride until she stood right next to Irnina. The white dragon slowly knelt on the room's polished floor to show her diplomatic respects as an emissary of a king.

All around her, the massive room wasn't empty at all as Lise had initially thought. Standing there, highly expectant and in total silence, were other extremely high-ranking demons, all sharing the same characteristic fiery red hair of the feared royal family.

There was Aedan, Demon King Rohan's first son. He was a fierce infernal-rank warrior, standing with a very proud, arrogant, and defiant posture toward the enemy emissary.

Right beside him was Lighter, the royal family's second son. He too was a powerful infernal-rank demon, looking Lise up and down with intense curiosity, analyzing her every move with great distrust.

A little further from the throne stood Solaris, the powerful Demon King Rohan's fourth son. Unlike the immense brutal strength of his two older brothers, he only possessed the rank of a principality and remained quietly observing the entire tense scene.

And finally, there was Ash, Rohan's fifth and youngest son. The short young demon couldn't have been more than twelve human years old, and he held the rank of Legion in his small body.

Lise looked up with absolute confidence to stare directly into the deep, dark eyes of the red-haired monarch on the throne.

"Lord Demon King Rohan."

Lise spoke in a firm, loud, and clear voice, making sure that every syllable resonated throughout the silent and vast throne room.

"I am here to fulfill a direct request from my master, Demon King Ryan."
