Half a year later, Zhong Yue and Jiang Yiqi arrived at the Sixth Divine City. Just before they were able to leave in time, the Creator guarding the Sixth Divine City said, “Is this Zhong Li’s Jiang Yiqi?”

Jiang Yiqi and Zhong Yue halted upon hearing his call and the Creator continued, “King Zi Guang wanted me to tell you that the Human Sovereign has passed away and that you must not return to the Zi Wei Galaxy or you will be met with death!”

“Thank you for your advice.”

Jiang Yiqi bowed at the Creator before he entered the portal without hesitation and left with Zhong Yue.

“This human old man is really a stubborn one who does not know his limits!”

The Creator shook, “To think that King Zi Guang is his best friend… King Zi Guang must have seen him wrongly! This old man is merely a Creator like me and as a human, he will not be able to do anything at all.”

Two months later, Jiang Yiqi stopped the teleportal cosmic light again and this time, even with his patience and good temper, he failed to keep his cool.

“These are all humans…. If the enemies came from the other races, I wouldn’t even say anything..”

With a complicated tone, the old man said, “But they all came from the same race as me! I will never rest in peace if I die by their hands!”

A human god stood right in front of them with his hands behind his back. He came walking out from the galaxy in the ancient universe and said, “Did you know that the legs of the other races all bend backwards while humans’ bend forward?”

He laughed and said, “With their legs only knowing how to bend forward, the humans knew nothing but to kneel before everyone after being sealed by my grand teacher.”

“Now, only those who are willing the kneel survive! You and I are both human and if you refuse to kneel, then die!”

“Feng Chun, your existence alone has brought great shame to the entire Feng Clan!”

Jiang Yiqi retrieved his fiery dragon spear, pointed the tip at this human god and sneered, “You, as one of the human leaders in the Zi Wei Galaxy are a disgrace to all humans!”

Feng Chun however, laughed happily and replied, “Disgrace? Jiang Yiqi, you’re the one that is a disgrace! As a human, your mother had the audacity to marry someone from the Zhong Li Celestial Race and give birth to you, a mixed-blood! How dare you point your finger at me, a pureblood human! Only a pure-blood human can inherit the throne. You do not have the rights! Not even the slightest bit!”

His expression turned cold and said, “You refuse to kneel and insist on standing up! If you inherit the throne, humanity will be condemned to remaining oppressed by the other races, plunging us even deeper into the abyss! With that, you are not fit to be our king! Let me be the king and you can do whatever you wish to do!”

With a weird expression, Zhong Yue who was standing beside Jiang Yiqi asked, “His surname is Feng?”

Jiang Yiqi confirmed his question with a nod, to which Zhong Yue shook and said in disappointment, “They all have the same surname but this one and the others are so different. Those I know from the Feng Clan are all men with honor and great qualities, unlike this one here.”

Hearing his words, Feng Chun looked at Zhong Yue and smirked, “Little dog, I’ll come to you after I’m done with the old dog!”

Jiang Yiqi charged towards him right away with his spear and the two Creators fought fiercely. It did not take long until the battle ended; Feng Chun ran away with injuries all over his body while Jiang Yiqi coughed out some blood.

Though Jiang Yiqi won, he did not give chase as he was still in the teleportal cosmic light. Him disappearing would cause the teleportal cosmic light to fly away with Zhong Yue in it. With that, he would have to rush to the Seventh Divine City on his own and that would be a massive waste of time.

Jiang Yiqi had no time to spare as he wanted to rush back to see the Human Sovereign again.

After all, the Human Sovereign had become his priority now.

The cosmic light carried them forward and this time, Zhong Yue suddenly opened his divine third eye and looked around. His action immediately puzzled Jiang Yiqi and Zhong Yue explained, “I feel like something is chasing after us.”

Jiang Yiqi turned around and he saw nothing but everything they passed by flashing across his eyes in high speed.

“The teleportal cosmic light alters dimension and possess speed faster than light. How is that possible that something could catch up with such speed?”

The old man shook his head and said, “You have probably mistaken things.”

“Probably.”

Zhong Yue too, was not sure what was the thing he saw and he thought, Even such of the likes like Feng Chun wouldn’t be able to catch up with us. Perhaps only Imperial Emperor-level existences will be able to catch up with the teleportal cosmic light….

However, just as they left, the giant Fu Li rampaged past the dimensions and landed on the ground before he stomped off again. Feng Chun, who was catching his breath, was horrified as he saw a massive palm slapping towards him.

He widened his eyes in fear but there was no room for him to react anymore. Time seemed to come to a standstill for him as the palm descended upon him.

Feng Chun’s face was completely smashed into pieces and his head spun around like a wooden top before it fell onto the ground. The crushed head then exploded as the giant Fuli stomped on it before he ran past the headless body.

The giant let out an angry and thunderous roar and proceeded with his advancement. After running non stop in the ancient universe for three years, this giant still had a lot of energy to spare in his body and his speed did not even decrease even by a bit.

But of course, his speed was still slightly slower than the teleportal cosmic light. However, due to the duo being ambushed at every stop they made, the giant was able to remain hot on their tails.

Meanwhile, in the Seventh Divine City, the Creator guarding this city shouted the same thing, “Jiang Yiqi, King Zi Guang requested me to tell you to turn back right away!”

Jiang Yiqi bowed and expressed his gratitude again, “If I’m dead, tell Zi Guang that my life is complete to have such a good friend like him!”

After that, he brought Zhong Yue into the teleportal and headed straight to the Eighth Divine City.

Upon reaching here, they were now close to the core continent within the ancient universe; the stars and planets around were twice as ancient as those that they saw before. When Zhong Yue looked around, he was surrounded by a very ancient and old aura and he could vaguely hear some kind of prayers in his ears.

It was a kind of voice emitted by the ancient universe, the humming of the universe that sounded like the voices of the Dao.

Everything here was way too ancient; apart from the stars, there were marvelous sacred grounds everywhere. There were billions of starry clouds formed by the ancient stars and spiritual light, unreasonably huge exotic planets and sacred grounds like Lei Zhe.

The stars in the Lei Zhe Galaxy were all formed by lightning and thunder that eventually created a unique and independent world where everything was made of only lightning and thunder!

The Lei Zhe Galaxy was an assembly point where the lightning and thunder Dao nurtured by the heaven and earth gathered, a natural world of lightning and thunder.

A world that was able to give birth to innate gods!

And now what lay before Zhong Yue was more than just one world similar to Lei Zhe!

This was probably where it all started, where the most ancient innate god first appeared and the core of everything.

The universe must have begun growing here, the most ancient innate god gave birth to more offspring and their footstep slowly expanded to the other places, filling the barren universe with lives.

“Did you know that the Ancestral Star was once located at the core of this ancient universe. The location was a strategic place.”

Xin Huo who was looking around through Zhong Yue’s eyes said softly, “The Ancestral Star may not be as good as a pure Dao world but it was still extraordinary itself. Once upon a time, the Ancestral Star was located in a vast, resource-rich and precious land. However, as time passed, the land shrunk and it finally became the land we now know….”

“The Ancestral Star came from here?”

A surprised Zhong Yue then looked around at this ancient universe where stars as ancient as this universe dangled high in the air without showing any signs of going out of light.

“I still remember that time when the first Sui Sovereign moved the Ancestral Star and I could vaguely remember the place where the Ancestral Star once located.”

Xin Huo thought for a while and said, “The Ancestral Star was the core of that land, but there were many other rich lands out there. However, many of these lands proved to be way too risky and unsuitable for the people to live there, thus, the moving of Ancestral Star by Sui Sovereign. I wonder if we can still find that land after such a long time.”

Zhong Yue, on the other hand, kept quiet and thought, Once I removed the seal on Ancestral Star, I will reclaim the lost land of Ancestral Star and with it, our legacy!

Besides, perhaps it would be a good thing if I can find the land where the Ancestral Star was once located.

As soon as he thought this, he asked Xin Huo, who shook and replied, “While it’s possible to find the land, the ancient universe is just way too huge that it’s almost impossible to find it with just our strength. Then there are also no teleportals and dangers lurk everywhere around, making it easy to enter but difficult to get out. You might need at least a few hundred thousand years to get there.”

Zhong Yue was left speechless.

Suddenly, Jiang Yiqi pressed down the teleportal cosmic light and this time, the old man charged out straight and forced a human god hiding in the dark to reveal himself.

Clearly, this old man had gotten fed up after being ambushed by his own race so many times as he no longer held his strength back!

In just a few moves, he inflicted heavy injuries that immobilized the enemy. After knocking his enemy down, Jiang Yiqi reached out his spear and pointed it on the enemy’s forehead.

Jiang Yiqi hesitated and finally, he kept his spear away and said in disappointment, “Get out of my sight.”

However, the human Creator who obviously served under the Imperial Emperor sneered, “Jiang Yiqi, your dream of becoming the Human Sovereign will not….”

Krong—

A huge bone club that came from nowhere slammed onto the human Creator, crushing his head!

The dimensions then slowly broke down from one layer to another before a giant came rushing out from the dimension. As soon as the giant stopped running, blood started to gush out from his mouth as even for someone like him, it was a little too much to run three years non stop.

Giant Fu Li panted and the blood in his mouth splashed everywhere and he said with a thunderous voice, “Why keep such garbage like him alive? He will only prove to be nothing more than an enemy in the future! Now, which one of you is Zhong Yue!.”
