87 Chapter 87: Grand High Pitch Impact.
[Lightning Manipulation: Lightning Dash]
Electricity surged through his entire body, spiking up his pearl black berry coloured hair before blurring past Xavier, leaving behind a trace of electricity behind.
The young marquess stood behind Xavier in a crouched position whilst panting heavily. His arm was extended out, trembling as it held onto his shortsword whose blade was being occasionaly zapped by the burst of electricity within him.
He felt it, he definitely slashed Xavier’s neck.
But as he turned around to confirm, his eyes widened as he noticed that it was not Xavier’s neck but rather his arm which had been chopped off.
Whilst Staring at Xavier’s falling arm, they watched as the [Lightning Javelin], which he had just launched to kill the bandaged marquess, was back in his hand once again.
[Retract & Revert.]
It was reverted back into it’s optimal state, and retracted back into a position in his hand.
‘I still haven’t mastered the Lightning Dash… Really going to be killed by my own attack?’ The thought flashed as a fearful expression grew on the young Marquess’s face.
Staring into Xavier’s mechanical clock-like eyes as he released the [Lightning Javelin], the young marquess realised that there was no hope for survival.
*VBOOOM!*
The loud sound of a thunderclap resounded once more, as if thunder had again struck the backyard, a bright blinding light flashed for an instant, and the young marquess was dragged across the garden, with the rod impaled through his heart.
[You killed a High-ranked Vampire Noble!]
[+580 XP!]
Gale, and the feminine braided haired Vampire who were the only two remaining took a step back in surprise and fear once Xavier turned his head to them.
Now that he was weapon less, they knew that it would be their only chance to attack, but despite that, their legs wouldn’t move.
‘It won’t work… We saw him have all his limbs slashed off, but they healed at a speed faster than I could see… As if they’d never been slashed off in the first place…’ Gale thought to himself with fear.
‘He’s a monster… How can we possibly kill him?’ The feminine braided haired Marquess wondered.
Keeping their eyes on Xavier, they watched the rod he’d just launched magically manifest in his hand once more. With it there, Xavier began walking towards them with the same glaring expression.
He didn’t say any words, but it made sense, for there were no words needed to be said. Xavier was out to kill them, and they were fully aware of it.
It was a feeling they’d never felt before. He was their prey, it was four of them, four high ranked renowned Vampires. Yet, how? How did they end up in this position? Was it a fluke?
The two Vampire’s began to back away in fear, the closer Xavier got. And this seemed to annoy him greatly.
“What’re you doing?” He asked before tapping his neck with his electric rod. Electrocuting it as he did so. “Don’t tell me… You’re scared?” Asked Xavier with a grin.
Scared. It was just a word, but to think that he’d ever use it being attributed to someone of his superior background by another of a far inferior background regardless of the situation, it snapped something inside of them.
“Scared… Us…? Shut your fucking mouth, you fucking peasant.” Said the femine-looking braided haired Marquess as he halted.
The Vampire Nobles had stopped backing away and instead, instantly lunged themselves at Xavier.
‘A suicide attack? No… They’re too prideful for that… Looks like they still have a trump-card left.’ Xavier thought to himself as they appeared before him.
Appearing before the unphased Xavier, The feminine braided haired Vampire dragged in as much air as he could in the short period of time which he had before blowing it all into his flute.
Xavier’s brows raised in surprise as he felt shivers running through his body, as if warning him that something dangerous was coming. Simultaneously, Gale’s body liquified as he could also tell.
[Vibration Manipulation: Grand High Pitched Impact.]
*FWOOOOO!*
The loud sound of a flute being blown echoed throughout the air, and in that instant, all of the mansion’s windows shattered as the entire backyard’s ground sunk forming two giant craters.
In a fraction of a second, the entire garden was wiped away as if an explosion had occurred.

“W…What was that sound…?!” Viera asked with a worried look as she turned to Sangrea.
They were all inside of a dark cube made purely of shadows, nothing could enter and nothing could leave without Sangrea’s permission. It was her [Shadow Domain.], one of her abilities which she could only use whilst the seal was removed.
Sangrea who was in her mature form walked over towards the wall made of shadows, jiggling her enlarged chests with every step, before halting and placing her hands on it.
“This domain should be sound proof… Yet all of us heard that… Is Xavier really doing okay out there?” Sangrea asked with a worried look.
Viera stared at Sangrea’s expression with surprise and disbelief. Appearance wise she looked like a completely different person, but inside she was still the same Sangrea.
“Young lady, if you’re thinking of going out there, please remember the promise you made with him… You have to stay here and keep everyone safe.” Said the head butler as he walked up to her.
“I know but… There’s no telling what kind of reinforcement Gale brought-“
“It’ll be fine, young lady. I have been watching Xavier for long enough to know. That boy cannot die.” Said the butler with a serious expression.
“Just because he’s been lucky a few times doesn’t mean it will always be that-“
“No, it is not simply luck. Time and time again I have witnessed him face opponents far stronger than him in positions where it would be impossible for him to survive, but he’d emerged. Even luck has a limit.”
Everyone in the room, including Sophie who was quietly sat by the corner, playing with her threads, listened in as he spoke.
“It’s ironic, isn’t it? A human is far harder to kill than we Vampires who boast immortality.”
If an outsider were to hear it, they would take it as a joke, but to those of them who stood in the room and witnessed Xavier’s power.
Somehow they couldn’t help but believe it.
“Does it have something to do with his ability…? Speaking of which, what even is my son’s ability?” Elaine asked.
“His ability? I’m not sure… What I do knows it that it wouldn’t be a stretch to say it could rewrite reality itself to his liking.”
“Is that even possible?” Sophie asked, joining in on the conversation.
“If it’s him, it is.” The butler replied with a grin.
–
*Huff* *Huff*
The femine braided haired Vampire let out heavy pants as he stood at the center of the crater. Beside him was Gale who was emerging out of his liquified state.
Ahead of them was a cloud of a smoke which was quickly fading, they could see the sillhoute of Xavier’s figure on the floor through the smoke.
‘We got him… From point blank range too… With a Vampire’s hightened hearing, there’s no way they’ll stay conscious after an attack like this…’
“Go land the finishing blo-“
*VBOOOOM!*
The feminine braided haired Vampire was interrupted as the sound of thunder striking echoed once again, next thing he knew, his body was being dragged through the crater by a rod of lightning impaled into his stomach.
‘He… He survived that!?!? How!?!!’ He wondered as he crashed into the inside of the dirt formed from the crater, coughing out heaps of blood as he did so.
Gale who hadn’t been hit, slowly turned around and stared at his injured ally.
“He survived that…? That’s not possible… What the hell is he…?” Asked Gale with a fearful expression.
*Step* *Step*
He quickly turned his head back over towards the smoke which had been fully blown away. There he could see Xavier walking over to him with the crimson electric rod in his hand.
His eyes still had the crimson clock works with the time turning backwards.
“Ah… I see… You’re not human or a Vampire… You’re just simply a monster… A monster that can’t die…”
Hearing his words, Xavier halted in front of him staring him right in the eyes. He was far shorter than he was, but still, Gale felt as if Xavier was towering over him.
“No… I can die. And before I evolved you had many opportunities to do so… Honestly, to not even kill me once… You’re useless.”
Xavier let go of the rod of lightning before thrusting his bare hand straight through Gale’s chest to grab a hold of his heart.
[Aqua Manipulation: Liquify]
Gale’s body instantly became water, allowing the hand to smoothly pass through, however thanks to it, he was able to avoid being injured.
Gale planned to escape in his liquefied state, he knew beating Xavier would have been impossible. He would need more reinforcements.
“Revert.” Said Xavier with cold eyes.
[Rewind Level 3: Revert.]
But Gale never managed to escape, for his body instantly returned back to it’s solid state, with Xavier’s arm still in his chest.
