With a crazed expression, Liu Zhenghai stared coldly at Qin Tuo and demanded, "Go on, kid. Keep bidding if you dare. You think you have what it takes to compete with me?"

Wu Qihao nodded and said, putting on an act,

"Mr. Liu, if it were anyone else, I would have to wait for the full ten billion before handing over the Dharma Artifact. But out of respect for the Liu Family, I agree to your terms."

Everyone in the hall waited patiently.

As their conversation continued, a growing uproar filled the hall.

Any lingering doubt was erased. They had truly been taken in by scammers.

It was just hard to believe that someone would dare to pull such an open scam on the grand stage of the Capital City.

And their victims were none other than the rich and powerful elites of the city.

Many people now looked at Liu Zhenghai as if he were a complete idiot, a laughable fool.

Then, Qi Wuqi’s mocking voice came through again:
