Chapter 1189: Ch 1189: Creating an Universe

After Elena was done with having a very fun conversation with her new friend, instead of going back to the mansion and getting some rest, she actually came outside of the universe and into the Chaotic Void.

Her body was not protected by anything but still, the terrifying all destroying void was unable to do anything to her skin. And while she was in this situation, Elena closed her eyes and focused on the chaos that was inside her.

What Elena was trying to do here might sound absurd to most but was actually not uncommon to true Chaos beings like herself. She was planning to create a brand new universe.

Actually, creating a universe or two was not a big deal. Most Chaosborns were equivalent to one or several universes anyways and so, as a superior race, True Chaos were capable of creating and destroying universes and multiverses quite easily.

So creating the universes was easy. But handling and managing them was not. The omniverse was very picky about which universes it wanted.

If an universe was naturally born, then the omniverse would accept it easily. But in case of an artificial universe, the omniverse would to go through a very strict evaluation process and only if it managed to pass all the criteria would the omniverse acknowledge the universe as a true one.

The only difference between a true universe and a just create one was the access to the laws of the Omniverse. Without them, running and maintaining the universe would be an extremely troublesome task.

Maintaining the universe without the omniversal laws was not impossible but if definitely was way more troublesome. But as Elena was planning to create just a single universe, she was actually not planning to take any help from the laws of the Omniverse.

Not just that but she was also not planning to modify the universe. Instead, she was planning to allow the universe to grow freely, with little to no interference from Elena. This was actually an experiment that she was doing.

Elena had gotten the plan about doing this after having an interesting discussion with the Supreme Magus. He was telling her how he was very curious about how this universe of his was born and what kind of events it had faced to reach its current state.

To this question, Elena had an answer ready. As she had all the memories of an old and fully developed universe, she was aware of how that universe was born.

But as soon as Weiss thought about this, she realised that she only knew about how one particular excellent universe was born. But there was no reason for the birth process of all the universes to be the exact same.

With this in mind, Elena was making a big assumption by thinking that the birth of all universes would be in the same process. There was absolutely no guarantee for that.

And this was when she had realised that if she wanted to be sure, the best thing for her to do would be to do some research with the help of her absolutely broken powers.

So, this was the simple reason why Elena was suddenly creating an universe. And as she already had a complete developement process of an universe in her mind, she was planning to interact as little as possible with its growth, or she might subconsciously start to effect it’s natural growth.

With that mind, she started the process. The beginning was very simple and Elena just needed to make sure a very pure strand of Chaos was able to attract the impure Chaos from the void and was able to undergo a transformation.

This was the basic first step for the creation of any universe. But what happened next was something that Elena could influence. If she wanted to make an universe similar to the one whose memories Elena had inherited, she would have to mix some special and super rare qualities with the transforming Chaos.

But as Elena was not planning that, she just allowed the strand of the pure chaos to transform without doing anything. Even if this failed, she could try again as many times as she wished for.

Fortunately, Elena did not have to do a second trial. The strand of pure chaos managed to complete the transformation and turned into a seed of the universe. So the first and the most crucial stage was done.

All of this happened in a blink of an eye but for the strand of pure chaos, millions of years had passed. As there was no fate connection in this strand of Chaos, Elena was able to use and abuse her time manipulation on it as much as she wanted.

So, just like that, a few more millions of years passed in a blink of an eye. Elena was truly going all out with the time manipulation which was actually helping her mastery too as this law was something that she very rarely got the chance of using.

So, after so much time had passed and Elena was starting to become unsure if her seed of the universe had some sort of problem or not, a change finally happened. And as soon as this event took place, the chaotic void around Elena disappeared.

Elena had suddenly became dazed and her already extremely high mastery of the law of creation sudden started to rise exponentially. At the same time, the terrifyingly laws of destruction also appeared around her.

This was a state of enlightenment. In this state, several seeds of universe like before were created and destroyed again and again. The process was so fast that it was insane. Some of the seeds of the universe even reached the next stage of transformation before getting destroyed.

Elena had no active control over this process but still, all of these experiences were still enriching her. Actually, they were mostly increasing her control over two of the strongest laws which were Creation and Destruction.

While this was happening, the universe where Elena was staying. It suddenly suffered some damage. Fortunately, the damage was minimal and the wall of the universe was able to negate it. So no one staying inside the universe were injured but the powerhouses of this universe did notice the disturbance.

Elena had went quite far away from this universe before starting the creation of an universe. But if she was close, then her outburst might have destroyed the whole universe that she was trying to save, which would have been something really terrible.

So what was going to happen after this and was the danger for this universe truly over ?
