A pale blue blade aura cleaved through the seawater, directly embedding into the warship above.

The warship was slowly sinking. After the blade aura sliced in from below, it shot out from the deck a moment later, cutting several ropes at the same time as it severed a fair arm.

The sound of wood scraping grew increasingly shrill. On the jostling deck, a female sailor suddenly felt her arm cool. She instinctively raised her arm, and warm blood splattered across her face, but it wasn’t her blood.

Hearing her comrade’s shout, the sailor whose arm was severed instinctively turned her head. She knew her arm was lost but hadn’t yet felt the pain.

As the female sailor turned her head, she discovered her friend was already covered in blood, with a slash deep enough to reach organs across her chest and abdomen.

The female sailor stood on the deck somewhat dazed. From the attack to now, it was no more than a dozen seconds, yet in this brief time, the warship they were on seemed close to sinking at any moment.

Though these female sailors were well-trained, they were under orders. If the commanding officers didn’t appear, they were lost on what to do. If it was pirates, they would immediately retreat, but would still find a way to save their own lives first.

A roar spread out. It was a broad and robust female sailor, giving off an impression of ruggedness, as if a bear in strength and stature.

Upon hearing the roar, the female sailors on the deck quickly drew the weapons on their waists. Forming a lineup, they intended to jump into the sea to capture the enemy.

With a crisp snap, wood splintered—it was General Crane.

General Crane, with staggering steps, almost crawled out from the cabin. Her clothes were soaked with seawater. As someone with Devil Fruit Abilities, escaping from the seawater was anything but simple.

"Cough, cough, cough..."

General Crane coughed out several mouthfuls of seawater. After taking a few deep breaths, her powerless reaction gradually subsided. She looked around the situation on the deck and immediately noted the female sailors ready to jump into the sea.

"Don’t jump!"

General Crane shouted, but she was a bit too late, as three female sailors had already leaped into the air.

Water splashed as three female sailors fell into the sea. No sooner had they entered the water than a scream tore out, and one immediately disappeared beneath the surface.

General Crane hurried to the side of the ship, signaling for the lifeboat to be lowered. Soon, two of the female sailors climbed onto the lifeboat.

Just as everyone thought the third sailor had perished, she broke out of the water with a splash, gasping heavily and looking terrified.

"Underwater... there are sharks."

The two female sailors on the lifeboat turned pale. Don’t think the sharks in the Pirate World are low-level; many of them have Sea King bloodlines. Though smaller in size, they are unusually ferocious.

Really, are there sharks in the sea? Of course not. That female sailor who had swallowed some seawater was obviously seeing things. What she actually saw was Bu Bu Wang, whose white fur made her mistake him for a shark with a Sea King bloodline.

A white shadow darted through the water below, and this time no one dared to go down.

The warship continued to sink. As the sole ship for transporting Su Xiao, if the warship sank, it would spell disaster for these sailors. The only good news was that no more cleaves were coming from below the ship.

At this moment, Su Xiao had no time to cut the ship; somebody was fervently pursuing him underwater.

In the seawater, Su Xiao kicked against the water below, ripples spreading around as his body rapidly accelerated, shooting towards the seabed.

Above Su Xiao by a dozen meters, Garp also tore through the seawater at rapid speed, heading straight for Su Xiao, and he was noticeably faster than Su Xiao.

Arcs of electricity surged across Dragon Slash’s surface, the gleaming blade slicing across Garp’s arm.

With a rasp, the blade sliced through the defense of Armament Haki, leaving a slash at least four centimeters deep on Garp’s arm. For an arm, a wound this deep was already severe. Any deeper and it might reach the bone.

The sharpness of the Legendary Level Dragon Slash was unstoppable even to top tier Armament Haki. This was Su Xiao’s one and only ability, crafted with great expense: sharpness.

If an enemy’s defense couldn’t be broken, no matter how beautiful your ability was, it would be utterly useless.
