Reincarnation of the Strongest Healer

Chapter 1105: Lord Colossus Fifth

Chapter 1105: Lord Colossus Fifth

Skyland City, Colossus Hall

At the Colossus Hall, a mighty presence was unleashed in the private room where Xu Feng was residing.

Although there was no hostility, he could feel the threatening aura that could easily squash him into meat paste.

A look of astonishment flashed across his eyes when he noticed the Colossus was nearing level 80.

’Is the Divine World trying to wipe out the player base?’ His internal emotions were going haywire. Not even the latest dungeon raid had bosses’ levels nearing the 80s. At most, they would only be in their 70s.

While Xu Feng was silently stunned by the Colossus’ level, the latter’s eyes inspected him thoroughly.

"I’ve heard from my subordinates that you, Luther of the Miracle Pavilion, wish to seek a business deal with me. Is that correct?"

As if afraid of the tense situation, the previous orc who had taken the gemstone from Xu Feng hurriedly introduced each other.

"Sir Luther, this mighty figure is the ruler of Colossus Skyland, Lord Colossus Fifth." The orc said thunderously, almost as if they were worshipping Colossus Fifth as a god.

"Scram!" But contrary to his belief in doing good, Colossus Fifth’s eyes glinted in a cold light. With a heavy puff, they raised their legs and kicked the orc away.

CRASH!

The orc flew straight past the concrete wall and continued to crash into multiple areas before coming to a halt, its body bleeding everywhere.

There also seemed to be his bones and limbs cracking in the process.

However, less than 5 seconds later, the severe injuries the orc sustained had miraculously recovered to their previous state. Had it not been for some clothes which the orc used to cover their private part being slightly distorted, then no one would have known they had received a heavy blow.

Xu Feng’s expression remained indifferent on the surface, but silently, he became alert and cautious of this Colossus Fifth.

The attack he did wasn’t to punish the orc, but to give him a subtle warning that his next words better please them. Otherwise, he would face a similar fate, or possibly a worse one than the orc.

’Good thing it warned me in advance.’ Xu Feng still didn’t put them too highly in his mind.

If their wisdom were high, then they shouldn’t have made such a move. Instead, they should have waited for the type of words he might spout before acting.

A few seconds later, Xu Feng stood up and removed his mask, his face changing to that of Luther, courtesy of the Mirage Pendant.

"It’s good to meet you, Lord Colossus Fifth." He said amicably.

Colossus didn’t have any names, only numbers to refer to each other. After all, they were considered the inferior version of the Titans and didn’t deserve to be named as an inferior species.

Seeing how sensible Xu Feng was with the greeting, Colossus Fifth nodded slightly in approval.

"Speak, what kind of business do you seek with us?" Colossus Fifth questioned coolly.

’Still acting ignorant?’ Xu Feng nearly wanted to laugh at their behavior.

They didn’t make him wait for so long because they wanted him to suffer.

Instead, they were most definitely checking in on the materials he brought along in masses.

It was only because the materials on the boxes were satisfactory that Colossus Fifth decided to show himself. Otherwise, he would have most likely been eliminated or expelled without a meeting.

"As you probably know from the materials we offered. Our Miracle Pavilion wishes to have free access in the city controlled by Lord Colossus Fifth and the others. In return, we will continuously supply valuable resources for you." Xu Feng proposed.

"Your Miracle Pavilion, eh?" Colossus Fifth frowned. "I don’t recall such a guild being around the vicinity here. The closest dominant guild from Immortals should be that pesky Vanguard Guild and that damnable City Magistrate Magnus."

"Precisely because the external forces are those two is why our Miracle Pavilion wishes to assist you, Lord Colossus Fifth." Xu Feng suddenly gnashed his teeth and hissed angrily.

"They sabotaged my guild and nearly caused our resources to be destroyed! All I wish for is to supply these resources to other cities controlled by Lord Colossuses because our Miracle Pavilion believes in coexistence."

At this moment, Xu Feng’s eyes flared up as he clenched his fist and banged it on the table, expressing his anger and resentment.

His outburst took Colossus Fifth and the rest by surprise.

Some of the monsters thought his outbursts were disrespectful and rude.

They nearly tried to rush forward to suppress him, only to be halted by Colossus Fifth.

"Haha, so that’s the case!" Colossus Fifth laughed heartily. "Coexistence is indeed what we desire, and all those who oppose it are merely villains who sought to monopolize the world’s resources for themselves."

What Colossus Fifth was most afraid of was the fact that this person in front of him could be harboring some deep secrets. However, once he learned that his desire to coexist stemmed from revenge, everything was well.

Although such insidious people were disgusting, they precisely needed such people to work with them to pursue their coexistence plan.

Naturally, the main emphasis was that Luther’s goal was apparently the same as his, and that would be Star Falls City.

"I don’t know if Lord Colossus Fifth had received intel, but I have ordered many guilds and individuals we allied with to target the Vanguard Guild and Star Falls City as a whole." Xu Feng suddenly said and proceeded to name each and every one of them who had participated in the killing of his guild members.

Just like he had intended from the start, all those who publicly opposed the Vanguard Guild and tried to take advantage of them would suffer tremendously.

Xu Feng had no intention of sparing anyone involved, or at least those who had the courage to post their kill count in the Game Forum post. And he must thank the Miracle Pavilion’s arrogance and dominance as well, because they required the players to use their username if they wished to receive the rewards offered.

Thanks to that, Xu Feng could list them out one by one without missing a single player.

’I want to see how they will enjoy the next major update.’ Xu Feng sneered inwardly. Once labeled as allied with the Colossus, their stance would be the complete opposite of that of humans. By then, all their resources and access would become severely limited.
