281 Fight of Immortals
Qin Yuan took a deep breath then narrowed his eyes as he looked at the sword.
Perhaps it was because his strength was sufficient to wield it, that a sort of desire had arisen in his soul to obtain that sword. He thought it was because of the technique of the sword.
Meanwhile, the Martial Immortal and the other old man looked at each other when they saw Qin Yuan’s expression.
“What do you think?” asked the old man.
The Martial Immortal pondered for a while before shaking his head. He replied, “let’s let him decide. If he can wield that sword, that would be good too.”
“Mmm!” The old man nodded.
“What’s your decision?” The Goddess asked Qin Yuan. Her eyes narrowed and her face was cold, like she would curse him if he refused.
“It’s a fair exchange.” Qin Yuan sighed, then nodded his approval.
Even so, the Goddess still snorted as she said, “throw the Core at me and I’ll throw this sword at you.”
“Don’t worry, I definitely won’t cheat,” Qin Yuan replied with a laugh, making the Goddess frown with bulging eyes.
Qin Yuan then threw the Sacred Tree Realm’s Core to the Goddess while ehe threw the red sword at him. This basically saved the Goddess time due to the help of his power, retrieving the Sacred Tree Realm’s Core became a piece of cake.
Whoosh!
Qin Yuan directly grabbed the hilt of the red sword. He closed his eyes, sending his energy into the sword.
‘So strong,’ he said to himself.
The sword gave him a sensation as if he could burn everything, even upheaval the Heaven if he came there.
‘Plus with that blue sword, I might be able to threaten the Second Stage Immortals,’ he thought.
At the same time, the Goddess entered her palace again. She said, “back off!”
Her voice probably reached the Immortals in the distance as well because Qin Yuan found their auras starting to calm down. Including Shen Lianxiang and that Titan.
Rumble!
The palace moved backwards. A portal appeared behind the palace and it entered it.
Until the portal disappeared, Qin Yuan could still feel the gaze of the Goddess.
He had no interest in taking care of her now. His gaze moved beyond the Sacred Tree Realm.
The Titan and Shen Lianxiang were about to turn around, but Qin Yuan’s gaze made them stop.
Of course, they would ignore it if it was just a casual stare, but this time it was the gaze of someone intent on battle.
He might still be within the Sacred Tree Realm and his aura had not yet left his body, but that will to battle made the universe vibrate.
The Martial Immortal only smiled at that. It was only natural for anyone to go challenge the enemy after possessing the power of an Immortal. Those from Heaven also always did that, coming to their territory to fight.
However, Qin Yuan’s gaze was mostly on the Titan.
The latter was clearly annoyed. “Kid, train another few billion years if you want to fight me, you’re only a kid,” he said.
Shen Lianxiang who was standing by his side then added, “Eternal Star, I will accompany you if you wish to fight.”
She took a step forward, exhaling slightly harder so that the veil covering her face was pushed forward slightly, almost revealing her chin.
Qin Yuan responded to her words with a smile. “There will be times we fight, but of course, it’s on a bed, not here.”
“…”
The four Immortals in the universe space were dumbfounded, seemingly unable to believe what they were hearing.
On Shen Lianxiang’s face, there was even a hint of redness appearing for a moment, something that had never happened before Qin Yuan had the strength he has now.
Maybe the way she looked at him was a little different now.
While the four people were still dumbfounded, Qin Yuan took a step outside the Sacred Tree Realm. He stored the red sword in his storage ring and then took out the Punishment Sword.
Whoosh!
He appeared with his sword held high.
It emitted a silver light, enveloping many Realms. Every realm that came into contact with that light shook violently causing many mountains to collapse.
This was the true power of an Immortal Weapon, something that could not be unleashed by the Epoch Giants no matter how brilliant they were.
“Eternal Star!” Shen Lianxiang flew into a rage after she was taken aback. Then, she flew towards Qin Yuan.
Her hair fluttered while her body radiated boundless divine light, as if she was the source of all Divinities.
Her title as the Divine Light Immortal naturally did not come out of nowhere. Rumor has it that she cultivated her light power in the deepest place of the source of the Divinity. There, not just anyone could cultivate, not because there was a boundary that prohibited people from entering, but because it required extremely brilliant talent to survive there.
Millions of Divinities born there produce countless heavenly phenomena, each one of which can make you fall into an eternal illusion if your heart is weak.
Shua! Shua! Shua!
Shen Lianxiang’s divine light suddenly created various light creatures and objects, there were tigers, dragons, Phoenixes, swords, spears. They numbered in the tens of thousands and each was as large as the Great World. Some were even as big as an ordinary Realm.
They also appear to be alive where their mouths make various sounds.
Before possessing Immortal strength, Qin Yuan would definitely die in front of this attack. Even a thousand Third Tier Epoch Giants would be powerless, but at this moment, he only smiled.
Whoosh!
His sword descended forward, shattering the universe space leaving nothing behind.
When it reached Luo Shen’s light, it immediately scattered into tiny specks.
That one strike could practically determine the difference in their strength.
Luo Shen’s beautiful eyes that were almost hidden by her hair opened wide as she saw that sight.
She retreated far before looking at Qin Yuan seriously.
“How did you get so strong?” She asked in a voice that penetrated space-time.
On the surface Qin Yuan did not answer, but he answered her words through voice transmission so that only Shen Lianxiang could hear. “Curious, if you want to know, I can tell you as long as you follow me.”
“Don’t even think about it, you won’t be able to defeat the Goddess,” she replied, once again displaying her fanaticism.
Qin Yuan was actually wondering what the Goddess had done to her. He felt like this woman’s loyalty was completely to her, not Holy Heaven the ruler of Heaven.
“Well, then wait until your Goddess surrenders to me,” Qin Yuan replied, causing her to become angry.
Qin Yuan then turned his gaze to the gigantic creature. He had calmed down from his shock.
“It seems you do have the ability, good, I will accompany you,” he said.
In each of his hands, appeared a huge blood-red axe, radiating extreme heat.
“Humph!” He snorted and his nose shot out a sea of flames that seemed capable of burning everything.
“Perhaps you two need to go to a more distant place.” The Martial Immortal made a suggestion.
It was quite a dense area here, even if he used his power to protect the surrounding Realms, some would still be destroyed.
Of course, the Titan wouldn’t care, but Qin Yuan still did, so he flew away and the Titan chased behind him.
With a few steps, Qin Yuan quickly walked out of the civilization area.
He arrived at an area that was dark yet filled with lightning. Some immediately attacked him when he got there. Luckily, they were weak enough, not really affecting him.
His gaze swept around. He was quite surprised to find many meteor-like objects, each one enormous.
Of course, if they were just meteors, he wouldn’t care. However, when he observed them closely, he found that they were similar to dirt.
They gave off a sense of infinite antiquity and it was as if there were remnants of life there, but so long ago that there were barely any.
Qin Yuan couldn’t help but think of something that made him somewhat horrified.
Perhaps there was an enormous world in the far-distant past and that world was destroyed, leaving behind only countless Realms, which was actually a small place from the perspective of an Immortal.
“Kid, until when do you want to run?” The Titan behind Qin Yuan shouted. The shout creates giant waves that push things around.
Glancing at him, Qin Yuan discovered he was actually not that fast.
“Old Titan, it seems you are not as strong as I imagined.” Qin Yuan scoffed while slowing down his speed.
“Hmph.” The Titan snorted coldly. “See if you are quicker than my flames,” he said.
He opened his mouth and from within it, boundless flames gushed out, exhausting the universe.
The flames gathered above, forming a gigantic fireball. Even that titan was minuscule compared to that fireball, not to mention Qin Yuan.
Looking up, he felt like there was nothing but fire. The heat made sweat drip down his forehead.
