Reincarnated as a damn planet
Chapter 130: I will not allow
"Lapace the Overproud, I heard you can make anyone kneel before you."
"I can, but I won’t use it against a woman like you."
Both individuals began to taunt each other as their blades repeatedly collided, sending sparks across the sky. Neither of them seemed willing to give the other even a moment of rest, their attacks becoming faster with every exchange.
The Sword Magician gritted her teeth and suddenly flew several meters backward, creating a large distance between them. She raised her sword above her head, and a massive red circle began forming around its tip, emitting an unknown energy that caused the air around it to distort.
Lapace’s eyes widened with excitement as he watched the growing formation. "So it’s true... You really do lose your temper whenever someone mentions your gender."
The Sword Magician didn’t respond. Instead, she pointed her sword directly toward Lapace, and the massive red circle immediately launched forward at an insane speed, tearing through the air as it traveled toward him.
"You think I’ll just take that attack like nothing?"
The Sword Magician suddenly jumped slightly when Lapace appeared beside her without warning. He was so close that she could feel his breath against her face, forcing her to immediately retreat and create distance between them.
But the moment she looked back, Lapace’s image had already disappeared.
His figure began appearing throughout the sky, one after another, until dozens of identical images surrounded the Sword Magician. She tightened her grip around her sword, desperately trying to determine which one was real.
"Do you now know why you see the thunder before you hear it?" Lapace’s voice echoed from every direction.
The Sword Magician’s eyes narrowed.
"It’s because you don’t feel the thunder until it hits you." The moment those words ended, every image of Lapace vanished at once.
The Sword Magician immediately raised her sword.
Something struck her.
The impact sent her flying through the sky, her body spinning several times before she managed to regain control. Blood trickled from the corner of her mouth as she looked toward Lapace, who was already standing several meters away with a grin on his face.
---
Meanwhile, far away in the western continent, a completely different scene was taking place.
Hundreds of individuals had gathered around a massive blue stone that floated several meters above the ground. Thick chains were wrapped around the stone from every direction, and each chain extended downward before connecting to a smaller red stone embedded into the ground.
The red stones were covered in dried blood.
The hundreds of people surrounding the formation were kneeling, their heads touching the ground as they recited words that could barely be understood.
"HA BHW A PASC GOAP!"
"SHI KA LE MA LSI A!"
Their voices echoed across the empty land before eventually fading into silence.
Slowly, they raised their heads and stared toward the enormous blue stone floating before them. Their expressions were filled with exhaustion, fear, and strange devotion, as though they had spent years preparing for this single moment.
A heavy voice suddenly came from behind them.
"From the moment Endium was created, we sacrificed our tears, our blood, our hard work, and even our loved ones."
The crowd remained silent.
"And today, we shall reward you."
The man paused for a moment.
Then his voice suddenly became louder. "THE WORLD SHALL CEASE TO EXIST!"
The crowd trembled.
The man slowly stepped forward, causing everyone’s gaze to lock onto him. His staff dragged across the ground as he walked, producing a long scraping sound, while his long white beard swayed with every step.
He eventually stopped in the center of the formation.
The man closed his eyes and slowly raised his staff toward the sky, circling it once above his head.
The surrounding atmosphere immediately changed.
The sky became darker. Red lightning began cracking through the air, illuminating the land for brief moments before disappearing into the darkness. The enormous blue stone began glowing brighter, while the red stones beneath it started pulsing like beating hearts.
The chains connecting the red stones to the blue stone began glowing as well.
The people watching understood what was happening.
For years, they had gathered blood, magic, memories, and everything they could offer. Those sacrifices had been transferred through the blood stones and stored inside the blue stone, slowly filling it with enough energy to activate Endium’s final function.
Some of them hugged each other as they looked toward the sky.
For many of them, this would be their final sight.
"This world claimed my parents when I was young," the white-bearded man said quietly. "It took them from me before I could even understand why they had to die."
"My father pretended to be a human. He married my mother, lived beside her, gained her trust, and then ate her in front of me just to watch me suffer."
"My father was eventually crucified in our hometown, back in the south. They accused him of being associated with the Scarlet Cult!"
His eyes slowly opened.
"WHAT IS JUSTICE IN THIS WORLD?!"
His voice shook the surrounding land.
"THE ANSWER IS NONE!"
The blue stone suddenly began absorbing the energy flowing through the chains. Every red stone dimmed as its stored power was transferred into the massive core above them.
"If the world is cruel to us, then let the world cease to exist!"
The white-bearded man raised his staff toward the blue stone.
"BE GONE!"
The instant he shouted those words, the blue stone released an enormous wave of energy.
Every chain began vibrating violently.
The ground beneath the ritual formation fractured as the energy accumulated inside Endium became so immense that even the surrounding air began bending toward it.
The man closed his eyes, bracing himself for the destruction that was supposed to follow.
Everyone else did the same.
Tears rolled down their faces as their eyelids closed.
Then... A massive force was released.
For a brief moment, everything disappeared beneath an overwhelming wave of light.
The white-bearded man was the first to open his eyes.
He stared at the blue stone.
It was still there, the world was still there and the sky remained above them.
"It... didn’t work?" His voice trembled. "It can’t be!"
One person slowly opened their eyes.
"How come...?"
"Did something happen?"
"Why are we still alive?"
The white-bearded man desperately looked around, his expression slowly becoming one of confusion and anger.
Then a gentle voice suddenly echoed from every direction.
"Of course it won’t..."
The voice was soft enough to feel almost like a whisper, yet everyone heard it clearly. There was no anger within it, no threat, and no hatred, only a strange warmth that made the surrounding silence feel peaceful.
"I won’t allow such a thing."
The people slowly looked toward the sky.
"For creations to erase creation itself, the Creator must first allow it."
The voice continued, calm and comforting.
"And I will not."
The red lightning gradually disappeared.
The darkness surrounding the ritual formation began to fade as well.
"We understand your suffering," the gentle voice said. "We understand the pain that brought you here, and we understand why you believed this was the only answer."
A faint warmth spread through the air. "But this is not the answer."
The white-bearded man’s expression twisted with anger.
"WHERE ARE YOU?!"
He gripped his staff tightly. "WHO ARE YOU?! COME OUT! THIS ISN’T FUNNY!"
"Pleasure to introduce myself."
The atmosphere suddenly became still.
"I am the Goddess of Probability..."
"...Scantilla Eazi."
