Pregnant women are naturally sleepy; a little nap is fine. Just that it’s better for her to move around more when the time comes closer.

"Do you guys have something to discuss? If it’s inconvenient, I can wait outside." Qin Xue was originally just waiting for Nangong Beiying. Seeing Cloud here too, there might be work matters to discuss.

So she decided not to disturb them, as it wasn’t necessary for her to be there.

"No need, we don’t have anything to discuss. We just haven’t eaten yet. I asked Rain to get some food, and Cloud came to eat too. Aren’t you hungry?" Nangong Beiying pressed her shoulder, explaining, and didn’t let her leave.

"Oh, that’s it, huh? That’s fine then. I have no issue with that." Qin Xue initially thought she might need to excuse herself, but hearing otherwise, she stayed put.

"Go wash your hands, it’s time to eat." Nangong Beiying noticed Qin Xue hadn’t moved yet, so she urged her.

"Alright, got it. Aren’t you coming?" Qin Xue thought for a moment, deciding to eat before heading back. She had initially thought of going out to eat with Nangong Beiying, but seeing she had been asleep instead, they hadn’t disturbed her rest, and Rain was tasked with getting the food.

But this arrangement was fine too since there was a cafeteria here. Because Nangong Beiying eats here, the food’s not bad at all.

Even so, it’s still not as good as eating out at a restaurant, where the food is prepared individually, unlike the cafeteria’s mass-cooked meals.

No matter what, she should look at the situation first. If what Rain brings back is tasty this time, maybe she’ll mooch meals more often in the future.
