Qin Xue flicked her hair, shaking off some water before coming up to get dressed. She nearly drowned herself; telling anyone about it would be a laughing stock.

Thinking about what just happened, Qin Xue was somewhat distracted, so much so that she didn’t notice her three beloved pets staring at her, as she sat there in a daze.

"What’s wrong with the master?" Red Snake asked Xue Ling, her appearance was too strange.

"How would I know what’s wrong with her? We came back together, but I wasn’t with her. You’re asking the wrong person." Xue Ling gave Red Snake a look; if it knew, it would truly be like the worm in her stomach. It could use divine sense to see Qin Xue, but it knew Qin Xue didn’t like it doing that, so it never did.

"Xue Ling, you’re the closest to the master, go and ask her. We can’t get through to her at all." Red Snake felt Xue Ling’s relationship with Qin Xue was different from theirs, so it had a point.
