"Sure, let’s go." Chu Molin agreed and walked with his wife toward Ye Xiao’s house.

"What is it? Let’s talk inside." Ye Zishu didn’t want to discuss it standing outside the door; it would be better to chat inside, at least over a glass of water.

"You go ahead, I’ll take Xue’er for a walk. You guys come over to our place for dinner tonight." Even a trip to buy groceries with Qin Xue was fine for Chu Molin.

"Okay, Lele, let’s go inside." Ye Zishu didn’t say much. Someone inviting her to dinner was a good enough reason, otherwise she wouldn’t agree. After coming back, she finally understood the complex relationships within their family.

Unexpectedly, they ended up being relatives. It might sound unbelievable to others, but this is just how coincidental it was. Seeing them now made Ye Zishu feel particularly close, securing herself a legitimate meal invite with such a relative felt good to her. She couldn’t help but feel pleased.

"Xue’er, let’s take a walk." Chu Molin took Qin Xue’s hand and started leaving.

"Sure." Qin Xue nodded, following along. As for her sister, she could leave her to play here; she could come back with Ye Xiao and the others in the afternoon.
