"Then let’s go home, shower, and rest. We can play again tomorrow." Qin Xue knew they went wild tonight; it’s been a long time since they were cooped up, and once they were out, they went crazy.

"Why can’t you just listen to me for once?" Chu Molin looked at his wife helplessly. He wished she wouldn’t be so considerate and just listen so she wouldn’t tire herself out.

"I do listen to you, but you’ve had a long day too. I want you to be done and resting early instead of you doing everything while I just enjoy it. That’s not right." Qin Xue didn’t want that kind of relationship because an imbalanced relationship will eventually sour. She didn’t need that kind of effort.

Qin Xue wanted a mutually contributing relationship because only then it would be fair, and they could go further together.

"Alright then, let’s do it together." Hearing his wife say that, Chu Molin couldn’t argue and just went along with her.

"Alright, darlings, let’s get cleaned up together." Qin Xue pulled up a little stool and sat in front of a big basin, calling the kids over.

"Mom, can I do it myself?" Yu Ze didn’t expect his mother to help them get clean. He had an adult’s mindset, and this was kind of embarrassing, wasn’t it?

"You’re too young to know how to wash yourself. Come on, let’s get clean and then rest." Qin Xue wouldn’t let the kids do it themselves. Being only one year old, if they could shower on their own, she’d think she’d given birth to a genius.

"Dad, I want Dad to help me." Yu Ze, seeing no escape, thought at least he could change who helped him.

"Hey, I thought you were the most well-behaved usually. Now it’s just a shower, and you’ve changed your tune?" Qin Xue looked a bit dissatisfied at her elder son who ran to Chu Molin.
