The character Hua was even more hurtful from his childhood; the man who wasn’t his father gave him the name but didn’t fulfill his duties as a father. So he also disliked the name Hua.

Yet this name had accompanied him for more than twenty years.

When he was in college, he chose the port city because there was a house there that Mom had left him, along with the factory she had worked hard to establish alone, though a hateful person later sold the factory. He always thought fondly of those two years spent with Mom.

So during his studies, he often visited the factory, though it no longer resembled its former prosperity, now there were barely any people there.

In his sophomore year, a sign was posted outside the factory indicating it was for sale. His first thought was to buy it, though he didn’t have enough money.

After contemplating, Li Qinghua decided to use the house Mom left him as collateral. He mortgaged it for over two million.

The factory cost him one and a half million. With the remaining money, Li Qinghua procured a batch of gloves from the market, had them repackaged, and during that summer vacation, he met many foreign merchants. Finally, he managed to sell off the goods successfully.

With the price doubling, Li Qinghua made some money from this venture. After the school year started, he worked and studied simultaneously, dealing in some food, clothes, shoes. The port city was a major wholesale hub with many merchants coming and going.

However, Li Qinghua was still inexperienced and got cheated once or twice. Without experience, there is no growth. From then on, he became more astute and bold-eyed.

Using the money he earned over the year, he invested it all in stocks he’d been watching for a while. Just two weeks after buying, they surged several times. Because of this investment, Li Qinghua triumphed.

He used the money to pay off the loan, redeeming Mom’s house, and then used the remaining funds to open a shoe factory. After graduation, he devoted himself to running his shoe factory.

He specialized in exporting shoes abroad, so in the past two years, he traveled overseas frequently and saw a lot. Over a few years, he also earned quite a bit of money.

No matter how busy or free he was these years, he remained alone, because there was always a bright star in his heart.
