Chapter 827: I Am Chaos, I Am Oblivion
Chapter 827: I Am Chaos, I Am Oblivion
Kana sent her mind into her body to Ako’s space and saw her still lying there curled up into a ball. Kana’s inner self floated over to Ako and knelt down beside her. She reached out and patted her head. “Since you have worked so hard, I will now help you in one go.”
Kana rolled Ako over so that she was lying on her back before placing her hand on Ako’s stomach. She then began to slowly inject Ako with her chaos element. As it entered Ako’s body, Ako’s brow furrowed for a second before slowly easing up, and any look of discomfort was completely gone.
Kana’s chaos element was slowly willing the rampaging chaos energy inside her to merge with Ako’s body instead of harming her. Slowly but surely, Akos’s body began to turn a midnight blue as the chaos in her body merged into her completely, allowing her to gain power far greater than what she had before.
A few hours passed when Ako’s eyes slowly began to flutter. As her eyes opened, the first thing she saw was her Master’s beautiful smile. “Am I dead?”
“No, silly, you are quite alive. But your body still needs time to adjust. For now, stay in your space and rest. In a few days, you can come out and meet those dearest to me, okay?” Kana leaned over and pulled Ako gently into her embrace. “You have done well. Sorry I was unable to help you at that time.”
“No, Master, Ako is sorry for not being able to be there for you all this ti….” Kana placed her finger on Ako’s lips.
“Ako is a good girl and has done nothing wrong. So rest. In a day or two, I will summon you out, and then we will go back to your family and return everything they have done to you tenfold. Luckily everything that has happened has allowed you to become much stronger. Your suffering was not for nothing. You now have power strong enough to take revenge on those who dared treat you wrongly and poisoned you for no reason. Your time has come.” Kana said in a soft, warm voice. Ako looked at Kana with deep emotion in her eyes. Her Master was the best Master ever. She did not care if she were to never be reincarnated again. In this life and any life thereafter, she would only have one Master.
“Be good and rest. I still have things to do.” Kana said with a smile before disappearing. She was glad Ako was fine now. Only after her body truly adjusts to her new chaos elements will she be able to fight at one hundred percent.
After Kana left, Ako touched her eyes. She felt a slightly warm liquid running down her cheeks. “Are these tears?”
—
Back outside, Kana saw the old man pacing back and forth. “Old man, what are you worried about now?”
“These chaos beings. What do you plan to do with them? They all stopped what they were doing and are just standing here. Even your darklings are standing there motionless.” The old man replied.
“Hmmm… Well, I guess the best options would be to just send them into the same space with the darklings.” Kana felt a strong connection to the chaos beings just like the connection she had with the darklings. She waved her hand, and the millions of beings that were standing there frozen in place all disappeared in an instant.
The old man let out a sigh. Kana kept giving him one surprise after the other, but he was glad that Kana was still the same old Kana. “Well… I owe you one. With your current strength, you can easily survive in the sea of stars. Do you wish to go there now?”
“Why?” Kana tilted her head to the side with a confused expression.
“Didn’t you wish to leave this world once you have the strength to leave? I can guarantee that you can leave this world. Even my restriction on the heavenly laws here was erased during your evolution, yet you still are retaining your normal powers.” The old man explained.
“No. I will stay here. My family still needs to complete their cultivation, and the same goes for me. While I will not have any issues in this world, that does not mean I will always be the strongest. The more power I can gain, the better. Plus, I feel if I get each of my cores to the pinnacle of this world and merge them into my chaos core, something good will happen. I will also be helping my family form chaos cores as well. So they will be able to grow in strength along with me. After all, I like to share all the good things with my family.” Kana explained lightly as if what she said was something ordinary.
All the old man could do was stare at Kana as if she had six heads. “This… How can you allow them to form chaos cores? Wouldn’t you drain all the chaos energy in your body?”
“Hmmm? Old man, you say a lot of funny things.” Kana’s eyes lit up with a black light as she said: “I am chaos. I am oblivion.”
*Dong!* *Dong!* *Dong!*
Bells tolled through the sky as the area around Kana suddenly turned into a space of nothingness. The area she stood in was instantly erased from all existence. Her feet hovered in the air, but to Kana, it was as if she was still standing on the ground as she gave the old man a small smile. “If I wish for it, there is nothing that can stop me.”
“Okay, I get it you are scaring this old man! Do you find it fun to scare the elderly? I feel like my heart is about to burst!”
Kana chuckled as the air around her returned to normal. She landed softly in the small hole she made. “Sorry, I just wanted to test it out. Let’s head back. I am sure everyone is worried.”
“No, this old man needs to go and rest. I have a lot to come to terms with.” The real reason he wished to leave was because he felt like if he stayed any longer, he would be bullied to no end!
