After taking a shower, she immediately entered the space to prepare food for Little Reunion.

Having Little Reunion by her side had one downside, there was no way to prepare his meals on time. She wondered if Little Fox had found something for him to nibble on.

Jiang Xue thought about this as she entered the space. Upon entering, she saw Little Fox and Little Reunion inside the pavilion, with Little Reunion holding a piece of bread, delightfully eating it.

Seeing that her son had something to eat, Jiang Xue felt relieved. She then approached and asked, "Little Fox, did you find this food?"

Unexpectedly, Little Fox shook her head and said, "Little Reunion found this himself, I didn’t even know it was edible."

Jiang Xue was quite surprised to hear this. She didn’t expect her son to be able to find food on his own. Fortunately, she had previously bought quite a few things and stored them in the space, and she had checked earlier that none were expired.

"Mommy, you eat too!" Little Reunion said as he walked toward Jiang Xue and offered the bread to her mouth. Jiang Xue felt her heart melt; she gently took a bite from her son’s hand and then said, "Son, it’s really sweet."

Little Reunion laughed, his smile incredibly sweet. Jiang Xue couldn’t help but hug him and give him a strong kiss.

After kissing her son, Jiang Xue asked, "Baby, are you full?"

Little Reunion nodded and then touched his tummy, indicating that he was full. Jiang Xue laughed at that and then carried her son to the mountaintop for cultivation.

At the mountaintop, Jiang Xue sat down to cultivate, while Little Reunion sat beside her, mimicking her movements to cultivate. Jiang Xue watched and smiled, thinking Little Reunion was merely playing along, not realizing he was genuinely cultivating.

By the time Jiang Xue finished cultivating, thirty minutes had passed. Little Reunion had been sitting for thirty minutes as well, which made Jiang Xue both happy and feel an indescribable sensation.

She bent down to pick up Little Reunion, kissed his forehead, and then took him for a bath, changed into clean clothes, and finally, the mother and son lay down together on the bed.

Little Reunion, after half an hour of cultivation, was somewhat tired. As soon as he lay down, he quickly fell asleep. However, Jiang Xue couldn’t sleep at all.

Her mind kept flashing back to the events she witnessed this morning at MD Company, analyzing, speculating, and assessing them in her mind.

On the surface, nothing seemed out of the ordinary. However, Jiang Xue noticed that some people who came to handle business at the company seemed not to be simple individuals.

How to put it, Jiang Xue felt the same aura from them that she felt from the assassins who had come to target her before. Therefore, she guessed that these people were probably the assassins maintained by MD Group externally.

However, in the morning, Ah Lin was by Jiang Xue’s side, so she couldn’t do anything. Otherwise, she would have done something to them.

While Jiang Xue was contemplating, Jin Hao was also not asleep. He was conducting a secret meeting, and if Jiang Xue were present, she would surely find some of those she suspected to be assassins among them.

Jin Hao glanced at everyone and then said, "Jiang Xue came to the company today, and you’ve all seen her. Any thoughts on this?"

As soon as Jin Hao finished speaking, a woman immediately stood up and said, "Boss, are we overly promoting the enemy’s morale while undermining our own? Jiang Xue doesn’t seem all that formidable."
