They had a few Immortal Emperors, and the battle was intense, but Lily and Almond together were unstoppable as they completed the mission successfully with only one enemy escaping at the end. Almond’s space power couldn’t restrict Hollowstar’s tricky escape means.

On top of that, Lily also had another Innate Talent called Achromatic Domain, which she got after she gained a sudden enlightenment, and it was related to Black Will Temple since the enlightenment was related to the seed of something she gained in her after clearing the temple’s trial and gaining the title of 78th candidate of Ruined Achromatic Throne.

The Achromatic Domain had a simple effect. It increased her Darkness-related powers’ effectiveness by 100%, but this was just the beginning, as Lily was sure she could make it stronger after gleaning more insight from that seed of something she had in her source space.

Meanwhile, Almond’s Innate Talent was already affecting people.

Those who returned after a break were startled to see Almond’s power, as they had forgotten about him.

This was one of the main reasons why Almond was not known far and wide, and he liked that.

Simon and others that Almond had talked to and remembered could also remember him, but these nameless people he had never talked to couldn’t keep him in their memories.

Speaking of talents, the innate talents everyone had awakened with the Bone Tethering Technique were destroyed when they lost their human bodies and died.

Resurrecting as Regalons, they didn’t have the same foundation structure as humans, so those talents were lost.

The second group of High-Mortals led by Julian was also performing exceptionally as they killed weaker Griminion Immortals that appeared in low numbers while mostly killing High-Mortal Griminons that were like a flood.

Unlike in the frontlines, where powerhouses fought within Hyper Plane, where High-Mortals and most of Immortal Griminion couldn’t enter, they weren’t considered obstacles.

But in the 100 channels where the rest of the Griminions flooded, it was hell due to the sheer number of them.

Fortunately, the battlefield’s 100 channels were designed quite strategically with such a flood in consideration.

By now, all 100 channels stretching 3000 kilometers were bloody.

The first half of the channels’ landscape was completely painted with blood of varying colors.

But as the wave began to slow down, those at the last didn’t even get any monsters to kill.

And then suddenly, the Griminions completely stopped coming, which was strange.

Because according to the calculation, the tide was supposed to last for 18 hours straight, and only six hours had passed by.

The top powerhouses like Simon and others in each channel got reports from the cosmic surveillance and relayed terrible news.

“What’s going on?” Almond, Lily, and Admiral Rudra arrived at the gathering.

“The tide is stopped at another big planet in the middle,” Simon said with a grim expression. “The few people from Hollowstar who sneaked into this cosmos are controlling them and doing something. We have no idea since the whole planet is covered in a starry violet veil.”

“Stopping the Griminion Tide on a single planet…I have a bad feeling.”

“Yeah, I hope they can find something and disrupt whatever those pests are doing.”

Almond and the other two left and went back to Sylvia’s Warden Grove.

Everyone had gained lots of Spirits and resources by killing Griminions and also ways to improve themselves, even if a little.

One of the Spirit Lords was also doing training in the Spirit Realm, having acquired a breakthrough in the development of an Ability tree.

Raring to fight with his newfound strength, Galvaren shouted right as Almond summoned him.

In terms of overall power, Galvaren was ranked 4th among his Spirit Lords and was as strong as Admiral Rudra.

Knowing he would lose, Galvaren still wanted to fight against Almond.

“Fine. I’ll give you five seconds.”

“Awesome! I’ll show you everything I’ve got,” Galvaren grinned.

On the other hand, in the Council Hall of Gezero.

The upper echelon of people who were in charge of observing the battlefield were watching Almond and Lily’s combat footage.

The hall had seven Immortal Emperors of the late stage in charge of surveillance with their powerful ocular abilities and maintaining the number of minions in all channels by giving information to the Supreme Emperors and other top Emperors in case a reinforcement was needed in another channel.
