Ava was worried and troubled upon hearing that they would be leaving soon. Her heart felt heavy, and a faint anxiety settled in her chest.

So Vritra decided to show them the final part of the game, the court part; the previous time, he had left it out. He hadn’t wanted to burden them with that scene earlier.

Mainly because of this reason. He wanted them to understand everything before making a choice.

Using the misty essence, he displayed the court case and how he fought against the gods. The mist swirled and formed clear images before their eyes.

Gunter seemed very proud, even clapping and laughing; he couldn’t believe the people present there were all so powerful. The scale of the courtroom left him stunned.

And finally, they saw the last part, where the ten received the punishment. The atmosphere in the room turned heavy.

"Oh..." Ava stared at the screen, not knowing what to say. Her lips trembled slightly.

But Vritra then explained that they don’t really need to go to the prison but will be leaving the planet. His tone remained calm as he clarified things.

"We would be staying among the higher beings, which is very dangerous. So it is your choice whether or not you want to leave everything here and go with us or just stay here. Maybe it will take a long time, but I am sure we will be able to return here," Vritra said. He believed the first choice was better for them.

They would at least stay safe, but he wasn’t sure if they would get to meet ever again. That uncertainty bothered him more than he admitted.

What if it’s so late that by the time he returns, they had already passed away? The thought made his chest tighten.

Also, leaving all this wouldn’t be easy; they were rulers here, top of the chain.

It wouldn’t be easy to leave for most people. Power and status were hard to abandon.

Vritra was deep in thoughts while giving them time to think it over; there was still a week, so he wasn’t in a hurry for answers. He silently watched their expressions.

"When are we leaving?" Gunter’s body flashed, and in the next moment he returned with a bag, already packed to the brim. He had clearly decided long ago.

"..." They all rolled their eyes; wasn’t he a bit too zealous? His enthusiasm was almost comical.

"After a week, so use this time to ’properly’ think this through," Vritra said, emphasizing his words. He wanted them to be sure.

"What’s there to think? You think I would want to separate from my son? Not see my little grandchild? This can be built again, I have ruled enough, I am already tired. I would have preferred if you had taken over," Gunter said solemnly.

"Hmph, aren’t you just wishing to be a Demi God or see those higher beings and gods up close?" Ava said, but she too was ready to give up this Yate Realm and their status here if it meant getting to be together as a family. Deep down, her decision was the same.

But she replied in a calm tone: "Okay, we will think about this properly." Her voice remained steady.

"Tsk, it’s not like you would choose any of this over your children, so why wait?" Gunter said, only becoming silent when Ava glared at him. That single look shut him up instantly.

The group laughed upon seeing that; their relationship was still so good.

They quarrelled, joked around, but still loved each other dearly even after so long. Those small arguments only showed their closeness.

The women were all happy that their own relation with Vritra was just as good, if not better. They felt secure beside him.

Only Shitless and Onest wished they too could have a life like that, but they weren’t in a hurry. Their paths were different, and they knew it.

While they chatted, one of the servants informed them that the lunch had been prepared. The smell of food already drifted faintly through the corridors.

Arriving in the dining hall, the table was soon filled with dozens of various dishes; most were what Yasmine had asked for. The colourful plates made the hall look festive.

"Yasmine, do you want a son or daughter?" While eating, Ava asked curiously. She leaned forward slightly, genuinely interested.

"...I would be happy with either, be it a daughter or a son," Yasmine replied after thinking for a moment. She smiled softly as she spoke.

Ava didn’t press on, instead turned to look at her son. Her eyes held warmth.

"What about you?"

Vritra replied without even thinking: "Of course a daughter, a cute little version of wifey."

Just imagining it melted his heart, but he would have to wait several more months. The anticipation made him feel strangely excited.

"So have you thought of a name yet?" Ava continued, while serving more food to Yasmine and others. She enjoyed fussing over them.

"Hmm, not yet, we have plenty of time," he replied. He didn’t want to rush such an important choice.

It would be better to reach godhood as soon as possible and before his child is born; if they can reach the higher being level, that would be even better. The responsibility weighed on him.

They can reach godhood, but higher being might be tough. Still, he was determined.

"We should do some additional shopping of various things since we will be moving," Ava muttered unconsciously. Her mind had already jumped to practical matters.

"Hah! I knew it, you have already made up your mind too. I will start preparing for departing in a week!" Gunter said happily. He finished eating quickly and excitedly left.

Ava shook her head; he is so old yet acts like a child all the time. Maybe it was his responsibilities that made him be so serious at all times before.

Of course, she preferred this, and a smile appeared on her face. His childishness warmed her heart.

They began to discuss; aside from their living arrangements, Ava wanted to buy various things such as decorations, toys for her grandchild. She already pictured the child playing with them.

The atmosphere was joyous; the rest of the women dreamed of the day they too would have Vritra’s child. The thought filled them with gentle longing.

There were still seven days and nothing really to do, so they all just planned to enjoy. It felt like a short vacation before a long journey.

Roaming the planet together, visiting places they hadn’t before outside the continent.

Even going back to the Dunshire Kingdom, Vritra, Vanessa, Fiona and Diana felt nostalgic. Old memories surfaced with every familiar street.

The goddess remembered her past, how she was revered here, how she used to take pride in it and had no ambition of getting stronger. The contrast with her present self was striking.

Her arrogance, the grand summoning, and how she had tried to kill Vritra while taking his mythic halo; her life completely changed since that moment.

She, together with Vritra and others, even went into the temple, her old house.

Many years had passed, but most things were still just the same; of course, there were a lot of changes too. New decorations and different faces filled the halls.

The old royal family was completely gone, and the king was now a 3rd Legion human. Power had shifted quietly over time.

The unexpected thing was... Vritra and Fiona actually found someone they recognized.

It was Jace and Tyler, the two who had been Max’s underlings and were later used to project Max as a scum playing around with them.

Fiona remembered them as Max’s lovers, and it brought unpleasant memories. A faint bitterness rose in her heart.

The two men still lived together; they had tried to leave and become powerful heroes. Their ambitions had once been grand.

But facing three powerful demon generals quickly gave them a reality check; somehow they managed to survive.

Yet their current living condition was almost pitiful, having suffered too much mental trauma. Their eyes seemed hollow.

They didn’t interfere with the two, leaving to the next place, which was the labyrinth where Vritra and Yasmine met.

Though the labyrinth was long gone, the place still brought back both pleasant and unpleasant memories. The land still carried traces of that past.

This was the place Vritra met his first wife and also obtained the Divine Sin Wheel, tying his fate to so much trouble.

If not for his unbending will, he just might have died down there. The thought made him appreciate his journey more.

Or maybe there could have been other surprises; since they were leaving, they planned to go see all the places. They wanted no regrets.

After the Dunshire Kingdoms were the blue and white kingdoms, where he met Yennefer and almost died at her hands.

Yennefer also fell into thoughts, remembering how she kidnapped Vritra into the inheritance realm.

Although that was what led to their first meeting and intertwining their fates, she still felt bad. A trace of guilt lingered.

The two events of her life made her a bit regretful, but the end result thankfully turned out good.

Through her redemption, she was able to stay with him. That alone made everything worth it.

When they were passing over a certain arena, the goddess giggled and called out "Daddy V."

His actions from back then still made her laugh; at that time, they didn’t know why he was trying to get so much attention.

So, it was more absurd and hilarious. The memory felt light-hearted now.

This was also the kingdom where Vritra met Shitless; the monk had even supported him during that competition.

To the point of almost getting beaten by the crowd.

After moving around the three kingdoms and spending some time, they decided to go and check places away from the Quartz Continent.

It was a fun adventure; since they had a week, the group didn’t rush and enjoyed various sceneries. The skies, forests, and rivers all felt new again.

As the day came close to ending, the eight of them decided to rest near a waterfall in the forest.

The sight here was very beautiful; once the noise was stopped, this place was perfect. The constant roar of water became soothing background sound.

Onest and Shitless had travelled with them too into the three kingdoms, but later on, Shitless took Onest with him to the temple he grew up in. He wanted to share that piece of his past.

Instead of bringing the House of Darkness here, Yennefer used her elemental powers to create a one-room big wooden house. The structure rose swiftly from the ground.

Since getting to the 7th level, her physique had stabilized a little, no longer transitioning her body into a random element. She felt more in control now.

Beside the house was a just-as-big bathhouse, and currently all eight of them were enjoying a warm bath in the bathtub. Steam gently filled the room.

The next few days were going to be just relaxing and touring. It was a calm pause before the storm of future challenges.
