127 The Chess Match Had Ended With One Side Being Defeated

“Did you really think I would allow this simulation to have all chess pieces besides the king piece to be females? It would ruin our reputation if both of us are having a harem war against each other.”

Carrion explained to Allen his reasoning for why he didn’t make the chess simulation they have in his <<Strategist’s Domain>> to be a harem war. After all, he knew that it would be unpleasant for both of them if they were NTR-ing each other during a friendly game of chess.

Not only that, Carrion wasn’t an idiot as he knew there would be consequences of making the chess match a harem war.

‘What scares me the most is not having my reputation ruined if Allen won in a harem war. What scares me is that lover of Allen who is currently spectating the chess match. What if she was dissatisfied that Allen was surrounded by girls?’

‘It wouldn’t be far-fetched to say that she might blame me for that. And from what my instincts tell me, even I am not confident in dealing with Iris Aria in a one-on-one battle.’

‘I can’t deal with a monster who is a combination of the <Supreme Programmer> and <Supreme Hacker> talents. After all, I am only a mere strategist who knows about military martial arts. I can’t deal with a reality hacker and programmer.’

With those thoughts within Carrion’s mind beforehand, he didn’t make any blunder whatsoever. Whether it was in a chess match or in real life.

Carrion preferred to live a lot longer so he might as well not offend anyone as much as possible. Of course, if he was provoked, he wouldn’t be passive as he wouldn’t be the <Supreme General> if he was a coward!.

“Since you already know about the true secret of chess that most chess players are ignorant of, then we can now continue our chess match.”

“Rook to c7.”

After speaking those words, Carrion commanded his black rook to move out from the white queen’s attack range as his black rook retreated to the c7 square.

“Queen to h8.”

The white queen, after hearing her white king’s command, waltz towards the h8 square with poise and elegance.

“King to c2”

Carrion moved towards the c2 square as it was the best move he could ever make to delay a faster-forced mate. If he moved to the other squares, he would be checkmated by Allen a lot faster than moving to the c2 square.

“Queen to d4.”

The white queen was clearly not a mortal since she literally teleported to the d4 square. After all, the white king wouldn’t have a nobody as his queen so it was already obvious that the white queen wasn’t a nobody.

“Rook to g7, check.”

The black rook moved towards the g7 square to give a check to the white king.

Since it was illegal in chess to not move the king piece when it was under attack by the opposing army, Allen was left with no choice but to use his other legal move other than him retreating to a safe square.

“Queen takes rook.”

The white queen teleported above the black rook as she directed her fist towards it. Slamming her fist on the black rook, the black rook crumbled into dust since it was only a tower and not a living thing, unlike the other chess pieces.

In chess, if it wasn’t already obvious, the queen was the strongest piece. The queen was even stronger than the king but was less important compared to the king.

Although chess was not only racist but also sexist, at least the queen was the strongest piece so at least, so it would satisfy the females that played chess.

After all, in chess, the king could only move one space at a time, while the queens are free to go wherever they like.

“King to d2.”

Carrion moved towards the d2 square since, within his calculations, it was the best move he could make to delay an early checkmate.

“Queen to b2, check.”

“King to e1.”

The white queen moved to the b2 square and since Carrion was within her attack range, he moved to the e1 square.

“Rook to f1, check.”

“King takes rook.”

Allen sacrificed his white rook to deliver a check and although it was a free rook, taking it would lead to a forced mate. Carrion knew about that and taking the white rook was the only legal move he had so he was forced to take it.

“Queen to f2, checkmate.”

Allen’s white queen teleported to the f2 square, delivering a checkmate to Carrion.

After the chess match had ended with Carrion’s loss, he deactivated his <<Strategist’s Domain>>.

After Carrion deactivated his <<Strategist’s Domain>>, the chess match simulation ended as all of them that were in the chess match simulation was brought back to Arthur’s <<Creative World>> which was the chess realm.

Most of them were confused despite them being intelligent existences but before they could confirm their doubt, Allen already noticed about the chess match simulation beforehand since just like Carrion, he also could create such a simulation.

After all, what all <Supremes> in his world could do, he could do it better using his <Supreme Order> talent.

“So all of the chess match scenes that occurred when you activated your <<Strategist’s Domain>> was only a simulation? By simulation, I mean that none of those scenes that happened within the simulation have happened in real life.”

Allen asked as he observed that in the chess realm, both he and Carrion were back to seating on the white and black thrones respectively. Not only that, but Allen had also noticed that the positions of the chess pieces on the chessboard were the same as the time before Carrion used his <<Strategist’s Domain>>.

In other words, the chess pieces on the chessboard weren’t the same as the chess position in the simulation. Carrion’s black king wasn’t checkmated by the white king and white queen.

“You are correct. And remember that it wasn’t stated in the rules of chess that this type of strategy isn’t allowed. And although we can continue the chess match since all of that happened was only a simulation, I know that I will be defeated yet again.”

“So, you win this chess match, Allen Walker, the <Supreme Hidden Boss>. I forfeit.”

Carrion conceded defeat as he forfeited the chess match, resulting in Allen’s win.
